Judging from the purple eyes, I'm calling him as a Chosen of Endings, in which case there might be a chance that Destiny needs that mook to survive for a while longer.

You know Secret looks exceptionally good in the third panel for some reason. I think it really shows how much she had changed since she first showed up and used that same bow to fight off that magic-bot waaaaaay back in the first story arc.
