Well I mean, most of the characters are just make shift. Like Lisa has never taught a day in her life, but when she got to the sanctuary and that's just the job she chose. The only one that should be licensed are doctors.

my character isnt exactly a scientist for humans but does understand the anatomy and physiology of human bodies, does that count?
