Can I ask something out of curiosity?

If a pokemon had the lightningrod ability due to a special weapon or body part it possessed, if another pokemon or a person had come into possession of said weapon or part, would that pokemon or person inherit the lightningrod ability save for the status increase?

Gundam Watcher 27 That definitely fits the theme haha, but I wouldn't grant you that right away. If you perhaps, acquired it during the training arc through some feat/mission I would probably allow it. We'll have to appropriately plan and write that into the story in a believable way, however.

Funnier President I'm... going to need you to do better in regards to your continuity my man. So, 20-30 meteors. That's a lot of "meteors" considering i'm assuming they're all giant like they appear in the game. At least, they'd have to be if you want them to KO chance the way you keep mentioning, which by the way is godmodding. You don't get to decide what KO's just because it hits. If two or three hit chance, by my estimations of the damage thus far, sure. That's assuming they were more basketball-sized and not car sized. Because if they're car sized, 20-30 would fill the entire room effectively killing everyone in the stadium. You can't be THAT powerful. So I'm assuming it's a hailstorm of basketball-sized meteors for the sake of fairness. Seems fitting for a last stitch effort mega-attack, and I'm trying to respect that.

Now, all that taken into consideration, if you wanted to make Chirashi send one flame-punch powered one directly at chance or Kaminari, that'd be fine. But having him hit every single one on it's way down to direct them would definitely require him to move at light speed. Please edit your post into a more fitting format so that you're not setting off a nuclear bomb on the battlefield, powered up by a ufo, and we can proceed lol.

It's a cool visual, but I am going for a fair competition aspect as this rp is mostly about combat and if you had done all these things to one of the other players in a fight and not the GM imagine how frustrating it would be for them to have to constantly tag me for a ruling so that the fight could play out believably.

Send you on tasks or missions individualized to certain groups while others are participating in longer battles in the future.

I was going to use either of these mechanics at some point but it seems I should have implemented them sooner.

Welp, yeah. Real life got hectic for me (again) and I post better in my laptop considering there's a lot to take in here. Sorry about that.

Funnier President what I was trying to stress, is that your dragonite with no speed buffs wouldn't be able to hit every meteor. Just one of them. I hope to make clear that if you god mod this badly in a fight with one of our other fellow role players in this rp I may have to ask you to step away from it.

Somehow I knew you were going to bring that up lol. I'm going to be limiting based on what's fair, not necessarily whats relevant to canon. I'll give you dragonite would be on the faster end of pokemon, though, which is why I powered up Chance's speed twice to dodge.

Well you’ve been invited by the gym leader for a special training session at Mt. Mortar. You can go there and beat your other training partners to the first goal, the clearing at the end of the first cave. There are Pokémon there strong enough to give you a challenge. And once he and ryuko are free they’ll join you for the second half. Alternatively, you could request to watch our battle, in which case the other two will have the chance to get some extra training you won’t.

Sorry about that. Work keeps changing my schedule on me and it's getting kinda frustrating to be honest. Wish I could post more consistently, but we just lost a few members of our staff so they're shoving me wherever/whenever they can at this point.

I'll try and get at least one post out per-week, but don't wait on me! I wouldn't want to hold up the roleplay.
