Funny thing is, she didn't win her badges in Johto. She got them from Kanto but the last gym there was closed for remodeling.
So she took up the decision to go to a Johto Gym for the last badge. It was a matter of chance she ended up at the electric gym.

Kk- anyways, I feel like a battle between Doragon and Ryoku would be fun, cause Doragon definitely doesn't have as many moves as Ryuko, but he uses them to the max.

Gundam Watcher 27 Good to have you on board. I'm about to read your sheet now. You can have mega evolution, however i'd warn that it won't give you a substantial boost in stats the way it does in the games. The changes will mostly be cosmetic or possibly strategic depending on what you have planned, but I'd like to avoid someone attempting to claim their character wins just because of a form change. Also what Twist mentioned earlier I'd like to reiterate. Don't speak in the CS thread. This is the OOC. I'll let you know what I thinkof your character here in a few

I was thinking of having Charizard's Mega Evolution X be unlocked in a state of Synchronicity with his owner, like, it would be similar to Ash-Greninja, but It's from Ryuko's own Draconic energy being connected to Charizard's dragon spirit.

Feel free to wander into the gym with intentions of battling Chance for your last badge. I'd say that would mark a good end to our intro arc and straight away after your gym challenge we'll get to the training arc I have planned before the tournament! I'll obviously be inviting your character along for that with the rest of the PCs, since obviously you're about to impress us all and earn your eighth badge!

Funnier President Refrain from commenting on other people's character sheets in a critical way in the future. That's not at all how I'd like to welcome new players into the game. Pointing out things which break the rules is one thing, such as what Twist did, but you were a tad rude over something which is perfectly fine with the rules I've set down thus far. Leave the DMing to me, and don't be overtly antagonistic to other players again.
