Also, yeah I'm going off of the games right now, pretty sure DG isn't physical and considering Swampert's eyes were closed -- that is to say, it's already gotten its precision down to nothing and it has to rely on a mixture of hearing and moves that always hit, DG wouldn't do anything more to it lol.

I appreciate the apology, and in the future I would prefer a bit more effort into describing your posts. You could have walked him down the stairs, described how he felt about his plan, etc. I'm holding out on the idea that you'll come alive with battle. I plan for this one to be us fighting alongside our pokemon for this fight, as well, just so we're on the same page.

So just a reminder to everyone: Normal pokemon rules for combat don't necessarily apply. I know I said this, but I wanted to reiterate since noone really took advantage of rp style combat in the last one. You could do something like, say, blocking another attack with an attack of your own of equal power. anime rules, yknow? it would just cost more stamina since yoou'd be firing off another attack for your own offensive. Just make it believable that your character could do so. You by no means have to do that but I wanted to let everyo9ne know I'm flexible on combat

Right now if you all want to just socialize and observe the battle, youre welcome to do so. If you want to start more pokemon battles amongst yourselves, im fine with that too. Just so long as they're speedily resolved once we're ready to move on with the story.

Buddy, no god modding. I think it's rather obvious you can't just "send someone flying" automatically. That's called an auto hit. You declare an attack, and my character declares their reaction. Please edit your post.
