Thanks, I'm glad you like it!
I just got a little nervous when I realized it was getting long, measured the word count and came up over 1000, haha. But if it isn't too much of a chore to read, I'm glad. :)
I love detailed roleplays so I mean

Here's a lore page Siren77 Siren77 and I have been working on: Fantasy - JFO - LORE & OTHER INFO
It will be updated as the story progresses. Everyone is not expected to contribute to the world building, but that would be a wonderful way for us to bond. You can do so by dropping your ideas in the OOC for all of us to discuss! After approval and consensus, I will personally update the thread.

Side note: I changed Miho's personality for more diversity. I figured we needed someone on the more quiet/sorta shy side.

Floor 1 has been updated.

If there's an artist/digital artist in the midst, it'd be great if we could have maps for each of floors

Ahh finally done! I was almost finished before getting sidetracked by some stuff IRL.

Felis Felis Don't worry about your post length, I tend to write a lot when I have plenty of room to be creative.

Just a side question: Since this is an anime-themed rp, are we going with blue and pink hair being normal irl hair colors or just the typical black, brown, blonde, etc?

I don’t really understand why you’d post an IC post if you weren’t finished with it but alright ?

Lmao rip. I usually just post then edit said post in my private workshop. If I’m feeling extra careful, I head to google docs but honestly I’m a lazy pos. ?

So I think we should establishing some posting rules for everyone????

- My first suggestion is posting at least least twice a week. A post once a week is okay too, but be sure to give everyone a lot to work with.
- Don't leave others behind! Unless the people who can't meet the rate of everyone else say it's okay, try not to post too often. We need to give others some time to reply.
- In reference to the above post: Maybe be okay with some super minor god-modding? This would only be done if the player approves and if they can't or haven't posted in a while. For example, it's been a week and they haven't said or done anything to either Siren or myself. In such scenario, we'd just do some tiny god-modding and move said character with the rest of the group. There would be no dialogue for that character, and only some minor actions if need be (ex. a nod or two, maybe some hand waving, etc). When it comes to battles, that is yet to be thought about because we haven't hit a dead end yet.
- No general posting order but try not to have a 1x1. Wait at least two-three posts before you reply. If it's super dead, however, then go for it.

-I think posting once a week is enough depending on how busy everyone is. I think we should leave it at post as often as you can when it’s your turn (I.e. after 2-3 other posts) that way we keep things going.
-If you have to leave for a specific period of time, or need a break for a little bit. Just let me or Koala know the time frame and we’ll put you in that sort of sleep state that happens in SAO where characters just suddenly stop working for days at a time.
- Minor to Major God modding will be allowed depending on where we are in the story and how long you haven’t posted. If it’s apparent that you’ve been online consistently during that’s time and haven’t told us you need a break we’ll poke at you a bit and see if you still want to be a part of the Roleplay. No reply or not interested? Then we have to keep the roleplay going so your character may be killed in the story.
-1x1 can be done in a group post. If there’s a lot of dialogue two people need to get through, then PM each other and form all the dialogue and actions together. Afterwards one of the two can post it as one long post.

That seems reasonable enough, but if I happen to need a leave of absence from the RP, I'll deal with my character myself.

When the time comes and depending on the situation/where we are plot wise, we can all discuss the best way to have a character leave the story or take a temporary leave from the group.

I might redo his the posting will go should I come up with an idea but for now we’ll stick to the wait time of 2-3 posts.

Yeah I work stupidly long hours on weekends so it's hard for me to get a post out during them I'll get one out either late today or Monday.
That’s totally understandable man, no rush. I get a little antsy when it comes to the start of an RP, and seeing as one person already dropped out already it didn’t help with the nerves. But take all the time you need, work and other IRL stuff comes first.

Everyone’s gotten their first post up! We are now read to get this moving! Enter Battle Posting, which is the System I’ve kinda chosen for his fights will work in the game. So, with normal scenes in the RP you just have to wait 2-3 posts until you can post again. But in Battle Posting, myself or Koala will post a command thread which includes the enemies every move and action. Afterwhich everyone will post (barring that no one is on a break or dead) and react to this command thread. Once done, the cycle will continue with another command thread until all enemies/the boss is defeated. If you have any questions feel free to message me.

This may be the tutorial for the characters in the RP to get used to the game, But I mainly included a tutorial so we could all get a feel for Battle Posting. It’s first come first serve, meaning no specific posti order other than everyone needs to.
