Normal Skills: Jack is a salesman pedaling his various elixirs, inventions, contraptions, and gadgetry.


Magical Skills: as horrible as it sounds he will pay well for any magical being one brings to him dead or alive. He has a secret underground laboratory where he extracts magic from these beings...


This magic is where his most extraordinary inventions come from.


How did they end up on the Isle?:while studying magical lay lines in his secret lab in the Great Britian he accidentally teleportated himself here...along with half of his assistant.


Backstory:Changes every time you ask him.

Species: Human with the essence of a demon. This means Raider is not a pure-blooded human due to his demonic essence. Also... has the essence of an angel. Half angel Half Demon.

Personality: If there is something to be said about him it is that Raider is strong-willed. He heads into battle preparing for any situation that may came at him, even if the situation isn't exactly giving promising outcomes. The man isn't a wild-type person nor is he a fool, but should he find challenge he will accept that challenge despite the risks and consequences.


Normal Skills: Raider is a "Hunter" if you will. To defeat prey and all manner of opponents is what he does for a living. Whether it is to defeat a powerful beast for it's rare meat or taking on a demon for it's soul; Raider will take them on. He will take any job that requires his skills so long as the request does not involve anything inhumane.


Raider's weaponry involves his fists and a special two-handed blade called 'Septentrion.'

Septentrion can also take different forms of different weapons. Each form has a specialty of it's own.


Magical Skills (if any): Despite having demonic essence, he generally stays away from most magic since it's not really his way of fighting. As a result, his knowledge of magic is very limited at best. His knowledge of magic is limited to Enchantments.


Can also use his demonic powers to power himself to unbelievable heights as well as undergo some transformations. Same goes for his angelic powers.


How did they end up on the Isle?: Raider was fighting Belial, a powerful demon who serves under the high order of demons when a magical influx seemed to have occurred. It transported Raider to the island where the colonists live. From there, he would at least settle down for a bit since he doesn't really have a home to go back to. (This would happen at the start of the RP)


Backstory: To be explained as the RP progresses.


Other: Because he has the essence of a demon and angel, he can basically use both powers to take care of similar threats. He also tends to hold back his power for worry that he could destroy the entire Isle.

Because the cost is very large, he has only done this only a few instances in his life. Demon souls generally are much larger so they can help fulfill the requirement much more quickly.

Skills: Kiara is very stealthy, as she's well adjusted to fending for herself.
Magical skills: Due to her elven nature, Kiara has more natural ways of boosting her witchy magic-- mainly focusing on nature spells and alchemy. She steers clear of death magic.

Zara was born into the elven community, her witch mother having showed up out of the blue to seduce her elven father, and then simply disappearing after birth. She never felt at home with the elves, and--when pressured by the resentment she felt toward the human invaders-- she rejected the queen's wishes to maintain peace. Instead, she pushes the limits to get some amount of childish revenge, waiting to gather the forces she needs to keep the elves at bay whilst ridding the island of humans for good.

Personality:



Arrogance: Davorin believes he know best and believes he is above most if not all creatures. He has faith in his own plans and that things can't go wrong. He also thinks that he pirates and colonist will at some point turn against the native creatures of the island. He also believes that the mythical creatures are weak for not using there power to fight of the invaders. Most people can find this annoying or frustrating, but some do see this arrogance as confidence.


Charismatic: Davorin is quite the charismatic man able to convince someone that iron is gold given enough time. Some of this down to him being a vampire but even for a vampire he is a great talker. It isn't what he says, but how you says it. He isn't just a great talker but also a great listener always knowing what the person means. The genuine smile helps as well. Most people like this, but some think this is trait means he is up to something.


Courage: Some might see this as more of his arrogance but Davorin does believe in what he is doing. He believes he is doing the best for the island. He will what he thinks is right in those tough situations and will remain loyal to his friends and loved ones. He won't show it to anyone, but if trouble is there he isn't a bad guy to have at your back.


Normal Skills: Is a good sword-fighter able to take on about three men with too much trouble.Its really the only training he does. He is a good talker able to convince and calm people down without to much issue.


Magical Skills :
Like most vampires his strength and agility is above a normal human. However he doesn't train these skills much, consider them beanth him, still they are present. Bat transformation is something else he can do. Again hasn't trained in it much. The skill he has trained the most is hypnosis. Convince some to move out of a chair is easy. Convince them to give him something is a bit more difficult. Making someone be your humble slave, hard but no impossible. It just takes time. Oh and of course he can drink blood. Less a skill more thing to keep me alive.


How did they end up on the Isle?:
Davorin found the island as a younger man. He had left his family, not of ill will, but more to find his own path. He arrived in when he was twenty so he witnessed the whole debate. It was a good time for some 'blood tasting'. He enjoyed and still does enjoy playing the sides against each other, like chess pieces.

He lives in a cave on the island. It looks like an other animal cave from the outside but inside oh inside. It is castle of fine paintings, jewels, food, wine and some wonderful clothes.

Personality: Maria always wants people to see her as a simple, beautiful, sweet girl, one of whom is always kind and generous towards others, although this is just a scam. In fact, she is arrogant and will not hesitate to use abusive language towards others. She even tries to make amends, if someone sees her true personality as she is uncertain about her dual personality. Maria actually can be very wise even though sometimes she can't even help herself. She won't tell you right away what's wrong if she is trying to help, she usually just leaves tips here and there not wanting to get involved or, if she is close enough to the person, hurt them.


Normal Skills: Sword and combat fighting, acrobatic, dancing, stealing

Personality:
Draoken is a bestial being, savage in his ways, behavior and thoughts. He has a short temper, and relies almost exclusively on his instincts (which actually happen to store most of his knowledge) and even prefers to growl over talking. He is not trusting nor quick to befriend someone and he sees humans as cowards and weak for relying on technology and weaponry to fight for them, wasting their potential. Draoken is aware that he is a failed project and feels a strong envy regarding creatures with success, thus holding a grudge against beings like elves, for example.


Though shameless, prideless and sly, Draoken does know gratitude. He is not particularly intelligent, but he is resourceful and experienced. Hence, he knows not to try to fix what isn´t broken and if someone brings him food regularly, protects him or helps treat him, he will be loyal to that person for some time... Never expect anything eternal with him, though: His mind, like his body is everchanging, quick to adapt, a bold survivalist.


Normal Skills: Survival and hunting are it´s main skills, though it is a fast learner, even if that knowledge is hard to retain. Great mobility.


Magical Skills (if any):
Inapertwa are a lifeform created to serve as a basis for all others. It is unknown whether or not they were, but in them exists the potential to become anything, however, it will not always be a success. As a failed attempt to create a magiho-like basilisk, Draoken´s combines strengths form all of his intended forms...and weaknesses. His main trait as far as magic goes is his body ability to incorporate just about any part of any living thing, as long as he feeds off of it, but it will take time. This can act as a form of regeneration, due to it´s transformative nature. Knowledge can also be incorporated. However, all of this makes his body much harder to operate and much more energy-consuming. He needs frequent rest and feeding and has short attention span and frequent memory lapses. He also has an incomplete basiliks´s stone gaze, which allows his gaze and his blood to have a paralyzing effect and can even turn someone to stone, but only over rather extensive periods of time (a day or so). Finally, he is able to keep track of nearby living things and using fire-controlling and telekinetic abilities he can, ironically, barely control.


How did they end up on the Isle?: He was sealed beneath the island in a cave, having been dumped there by people he can´t remember, for reasons he doesn´t remember. He was awoken during the battles in the forest, years ago, and the bloodshed allowed him to recover enough to get back in his feet.

Name: Elizabeth Alis

Gender: Female


Species: Human


Appearence: The one on the left.


Faction: Pirate


Personality: Creative. Resourseful. Distrusting. Liz is a thinker, and can come up with ideas to get around any problem. While they may not always work, she never gets too discouraged, and always tries again. She doesn't trust many people, especially not the rich... or pirates for that matter, though supposedly that's how she got to be the leader. She will make use of what life throws at her, though her tendency to work alone, and her general success rate does lead to a slightly inflaited sense of pride.


Normal Skills: Climbing, combat, and stealth. She is a theif after all.


Magical Skills (if any): None. She's tried using enchanted scrolls, but they only give her power when she has them on her, and she can't risk getting them wet, or damaged, otherwise they don't work, so they aren't worth it in Elizabeth's mind.


How did they end up on the Isle?: She was one of the pirate crew members on the original voyage.


Backstory: Elizabeth ran away from an arranged marriage when she was fourteen. She was a stowaway on a ship that was overtaken by pirates. The pirate captain forced her to join his crew, and she was severly mistreated until she led a rebellion against the pirate captain two years after arriving on the isle and took his place as leader.


Other: She despises the rich who do not have to work hard for their food, and is thrilled by the challenge of stealing from them. Though she is a pirate, she is not entirely greedy. She'll help those who are in great need, and neglected by the rich, though she tends to turn those she helps into pirates as well.

Gender: Female


Species: Human


Appearence: The middle one


Faction: Colonist


Personality: Gentle, quiet, kind. May was raised to be a noble, and handles the responsibility of ruling the country with grace and understanding. She is not one for public speeches, though, and typically communicates important information through pages.


Normal Skills: Rational, and logcal. Though May has a soft heart, she knows when she can afford to take risks. Knowing this, however, does not give her the ability to keep calm in all situations. She can put on a graceful act, but when big problems arrive, her nerves eat her alive.


Magical Skills (if any): May is an Alchemist in her spare time. She makes medicines for soothing illnesses, and also potions that can change appearences (to a certain degree).


How did they end up on the Isle?: She was kidnapped by the pirates who came here.


Backstory: It's written in the history.


Other: She loves animals, and has countless pets roaming her estate. She can usually be seen carrying some small furry mammal in her arms.

Species: Woodland Elf


Appearence: The one on the right.


Faction: Woodland Fae


Personality: Logical, Strategic, Protective. While Raina cares very much for her people, and those close to her, she isn't very expressive of her felings. Her first priority is the protection of her forest, and she would be willing to turn against even the closes of friends if they posed a threat to her home.


Normal Skills: She is a huntress with great respect for the life of the forest. She never kills more than she would need to provide for herself and those who rely on her.


Magical Skills (if any): She is very aware of the lifeforce within the forest, and can influence through songs. She can cause plants to grow strong with songs, and soothe even the most dangerous of beasts.


How did they end up on the Isle?: Raina was born on the isle.


Backstory: She was born to rule the forest after her mother passed, though sadly her mother passed long before her time, and Raina was crowned the youngest queen to rule the forest.


Other: She has a black panther named Ash for a pet.

Personality: Although she is tomboyish Snow is actually more girly and image conscious. Snow is a gentle, cheerful and a understanding girl who always put others before herself. She has a hard-working spirit and hopeful nature. She can be temperamental at times but normally keeps a cool head.


Normal Skills: She has knowledge abut different fish and plants that are under the sea. She can also sing.

How did they end up on the Isle?: She's lived here all her life.

Personality: Maria always wants people to see her as a simple, beautiful, sweet girl, one of whom is always kind and generous towards others, although this is just a scam. In fact, she is arrogant and will not hesitate to use abusive language towards others. Approved. I have to ask though, would May know about one of her subjects being a mermaid? Would they have talked before? It's possible May would have worked with Snow to make peace with the other Mythicals on the isle, from my point of view anyway.
