Gyld was acknowledged by Master Elandril and his persistence was commended. He, too, would be permitted to face his mirrored self in the Mirror Trial.
Gyld, absorbing the words of Master Elandril, gazed into the dimly lit hallway leading to the arena. The hushed ambiance of the corridor contrasted with the imminent confrontation lurking in the shadows. He breathed in, sensing the approaching clash with his mirrored self.
A flash of realization sparked within Gyld. The true nature of the trial lay not in demonstrating power but in overcoming oneself. He knew that to succeed, he had to embrace both his past and present, merging his Northern essence with the vitality of the Eternal Glade.
Closing his eyes, Gyld summoned the heart of the White Bear of the North. Ice and frost melded with verdant essence, creating a harmonious blend of North and Glade. Gyld could feel his form changing, growing larger, his body fortified with the strength and resilience of the bear.
His new form, the Icy Bear, was a seamless integration of his Northern roots and his connection to the Eternal Glade. His large, powerful frame, covered in a blend of frosty fur and leaves, could stride effortlessly through any forest terrain. The energy of the Glade pulsated within him, granting him enhanced regeneration and an acute sixth sense connected to the forest realm and plant essence.
He could feel the surge of power within him, the strength of a D grade coupled with natural heavy armor and super strength skill allowing him to withstand and deliver blows of significant impact. His new form held a majestic presence, a symbol of unity between the frozen North and the evergreen Glade.
Gyld contemplated his new powers and abilities. He would be resilient and robust, with the capability to regenerate swiftly from any injuries. His large, imposing form would serve as both armor and weapon, his claws and teeth honed and ready. He felt a balanced harmony between strength and resilience, a cohesive blend of his experiences and his newly acquired domain ability.
He knew that his transformed state would offer him a potent advantage in the upcoming confrontation. His inherent vitality and the enhancements from his transformation would render him a formidable adversary to his mirrored self. The harmonious amalgamation of his abilities reflected his journey of growth and integration, a testament to his evolving connection to the realms he has traversed.
His gaze fixed on the faint glow at the end of the hallway, Gyld, now the Icy Bear Form, stepped forward. His every step resonated with a newfound sense of purpose and unity, his spirit intertwined with the essence of the North and the Eternal Glade. The arena awaited him, and within it, the opportunity to confront and overcome his mirrored self, a step closer to becoming a true legend within the Adventurer's Guild.
Note, original skill attack vs dummies was intended for a medium sized creature and now he is large, so it might invalidate it as is or entangling a large creature might have a penalty to the entangle skill?
Defense is calculated as: [Mighty Bear Tank F] as his e-grade skill is bound with the domain. Strength D (3) and Natural Heavy Armor E (2) coupled with his Super Strength skill F should give him slightly better odds tanking the damage.
By my calculation: He is opposing an effectiveness 8 attack from the mirror. [Mighty Bear Tank F] is effectiveness 6. Large size might serve as a "combo" bonus. He also has 1 more action after Domain Transform E and [Mighty Bear Tank F], which he'll use his basic Magic F (Energized F, Compontentless Magic F) for another +1. So he should defend with 7-8 effectiveness. Then he'll use Regen F out of combat to heal back up.
Note: All abilities listed here use Gyld's Nature Domain (Eternal Glade):
-- Grade E; Effectiveness 8 (Magic E2, Componentless Magic E2, Intelligence C4) Cooldown 0;
--E-grade ((Range: 30ft & Duration: 1 hour; Targets: 5 | AOE: 15ft radius))
--Intelligence C4, Magic E3, Domain F2, Selective Magic F1, Componentless Magic E2.
