A psychologist would be in extreme demand. Anyone with a lot of muscle as well, it appears as though half of our crew are simply nerds wielding keyboards and syringes (minus Alex).

....Not that this fits the need at all, but I'll mention that Islia has a lot of XP with combat, due to her nomadic history and the state of the Earth before the Dawn departed. It's not her strong suit nor her preference, but she has extensive knowledge in weapons development and repair, and at best, can hold her own in a fight.
