Looked up a picture of them and I'd say this rp, since they definitely look more sci-fi in nature. Haven't played the game so I don't really know how they function in game, only that they look like they'd fit here more.

It's definitely possible for something like them to exist within the other universe but I suppose you're right. They essentially function as hidden blades from Assassin's Creed.

Building the most OP character in this universe, a Short Guide by Kumii.
Step 1. Make a character like Amanda (Cybernetic Human)
Step 2. Give them the Mantis Blades (They're long, sharp and VERY deadly.).
Step 3. Give them a Sandevistan Cybernetic mod (This is the closest thing to time manipulation as you can get, a Sandevistan slows down time for the user which makes them move and super speeds for everyone else.).
Step 4. ???
Step 5. Profit.
