Okay so there's about 7 votes for the first mission so even though I'm keeping the poll up for another day or so I'm pretty sure that's our starting mission. There's a couple people talking about making characters who haven't been able to yet though so it's not 100%.

But tomorrow we're gonna start IC so that's definitely gonna be fun

Even though there are still three open spots left in the list of characters, I'm going to go ahead and begin the IC. The remaining three characters will either join in the HQ later or rendezvous with the rest of the team before the mission really gets going. I'm also editing the first post in OOC to talk about the basic posting rules and how to really make it through a tough mission in the RP.

I liked the post, I don't think it needs to be edited that much. I'm going to lend you a quick reply since your character offered dried hibiscus and then probably do the same one-by-one as the other characters arrive.

idalie Yep! It's 2018 in the setting, the scientific advancements just happened way faster and evangelism gave way to agnosticism much earlier in human history in the AU, so the Discovery happened around 1979 and then because magic was a whole new field the scientific advancements either advanced to include magic or just stopped so enjoy a universe where the Internet has essentially been around for forty years.

Also GumGumChomp I'm sorry about the confusion with the first post. He's sitting across from the front doors, waiting for people to enter so he can give them a quick tour and an itinerary.
