Okay so the packet just has all of the basics on where the rooms are, what they're for, an overview of the history of the company and how to get accommodated into the dorm and how to properly prepare for missions. Basic stuff, mostly. As for what room she's in, there are five rooms in the dorms. There's Vulture, Squid, Rhino, Raven, and Elephant rooms, each with two beds. If you want your character to have her own room until the rest of the characters show up then Vulture and Squid are free, or if she wants company she can be in the Raven or Elephant room. You can decide which room the folder says she goes to.
