Snow: Her eyes blinked slowly as she gazed back. The rose pink hue of her iris darkened... becoming a rich blood red. She lifted her hand, an amused smile on her face at Niklaus's question. Her finger pointed to the ice, then to the giantess before falling limply again on the girl's side. "You." She closed her eyes when she sensed that Niklaus doubted her own force and power. Snow had no desire to know why... too personal. She simply wished to survive the day.

@SnugglyKnight

Niklaus squinted her eyes at the change of hue, unknown whether it was due to repugnance or interest. Not natural, that's not she categorized the newcomer; of course, it wasn't as if she was entirely normal either, but there was something off. Why was Magnus guarding the girl like this, especially when he just recently mauled another's legs? She wouldn't allow herself to be lost in the red color of the girl's eyes -- not now, not ever. The smile on the girl's face forced her to turn her head to the side, getting the sight out of her mind. Her opinion wouldn't be swayed by the appearance of the girl.

She scoffed at the single word that the blonde spoke. Beautiful? That a lie, or that's what the giantess thought. Niklaus stood at nearly seven feet tall and lacked any sign of femininity in her current gear; how in the world was that linked to appeal? The female looked down at the ice she had created. After spending her childhood in the alps, she had learned to love the snowfall, but winter's weather was a curse all the same when it never went away. She heard stories about deserts and gorgeous beaches, and she greatly wished to visit one. Yet, she couldn't even come close. "I'm sure the healer can fix your eyesight as well," she sarcastically replied.

"I've told you I don't like en that name. Or any name like it," Miley said. "Next time it happens, I will punch you in the dick," She warned, throwing him a sharp glare. "My friend should be here soon."

"Noted. Now I'm off to take a bath. Have fun with your friend. I intend to meet her." Mac said, as he walked back in the house. Closing the door, he walked behind Tallah, and gently laid his hands on his waist. "Seeing how you don't smell as fresh as a summer breeze too, how abouts you and I just take a bath together?"

"She isn't gonna be alone ya know. Her husband is most likely gonna be with her, along with an escort," Mikey called as he entered the house.

"I hope you mean just to bathe. We have no idea how long either of the guests are going to be, and I do not remember a soundproofing spell offhand. Come on." Tallah grabbed Mac's hand and led him towards his bedroom. As they approached the door, it shimmered as the doorknob switched over to the right side. The door swung inward into the room instead of the usual outward, but revealed a large bathroom with a wide pool. The room had translucent walls and floors, and a completely transparent ceiling. The was a pleasant and slightly fragrant warmth to the air as the water in the pool poured off small waves of steamy fog.

"Don't worry Miley. Tallah's cottage is already expecting them, so it'll have something ready for all of our guests when they get here." Garren had politely wandered off when Mac came out and hadn't heard a sinle part of their conversation except for Miley's final comment. He spoke to her as he walked back toward her, and the cottage.

"Wow..." Was all Mac could say he didn't know how the hell he hadn't stumbled upon this before, but he definitely wasn't going to complain. He hadn't been in a bathroom this nice since he went to thone fancy bath houses in the Outer Isles. Mac smiled, and took off his clothes, folding them neatly, and placing them away from the water.

"Tallah, my love, you never cease to amaze me."

"Well, there are only so many rooms a cottage can physically hold." That was a bit of an understatement, considering that this single room was larger than the entire cottage. Tallah unwrapped the mage robe as his braids took themselves apart. The robe hung itself on a hook on the wall as the various beads and charms in his hair floated into a nearby basket. "Our clothes will be clean by the time we leave." His thigh-length hair flowed around as he walked towards the water and stepped down the stairs into the pool proper. "Are you not coming in?" Tallah looked over his shoulder questioningly as the steam swirled around him enticingly. He scooped up a perfect 6ft sphere of water, and let it washed down over his head, soaking his hair as it traveled glistening down his body.

If Mac took the time to actually look at the floor and walls, he would realize that the room appeared to be supported by treetops, and that the cottage was a tiny dot many miles below.

Mac resisted the urge to do a cannon ball, and stepped into the warm water. The room smelled slightly of eucalyptus and rosemary, which was only an and dedication onus tof the already calming atmosphere. Slowly sinking into the water, he let out a relaxed sigh as what little stress he still had melted away from his body. Life was amazing right now.

"Tallah, this is absolutely amazing." The large bearded man said, hugging the elf from behind. "How about I make you dinner?"

Szaktal watched everything from his corner, when he was spoken to he did not answer simply because he was lost in thought trying to understand what he just saw. He watched everyone talk or argue among themselves, hearing every word and thinking about every word. This new person, who was he? And what was he? His attachment on his head quavered. @Safety Hammer @Delacare @FireMaiden

Magnus was able to listen to them, no matter how much wind was going past his croc ears. He growled at Snow, though didnt say anything about anything. He was just there for transport, than he can leave this girl whoever she was with the doctor and he wouldnt have this weakness around him anymore. He jumped over a log in front of him, making for a rough moment. @Valefar @Jennete

"Well, at least two of them aren't staying. My friend has some business elsewhere, so she isn't gonna stay. And if she isn't neither is her husband. The escort is the inky one likely to stay if she has one." @Delacare

Tallah called up water to splash down on the both of them as he leaned his head back against Mac. "If you would like to prepare a meal, I would enjoy eating it." He was quite content, at the moment.

"Yeah well whatever their plans, the cottage'll be prepared. Tallah cast countless accommodation and oracular spells on that place back when he still cared about being liked by people. I do not think that I have ever seen him surprised by an unknon arrival since I was 12." Garren walked up to Miley, taking care to stay out of arm's reach, because he remembered Lyla's reflex, and Miley was definitely more dangerous. "What are you doing standing out here anyway?"

"Fresh air I guess? Mac pissed me off again by calling me Snippy," She said, looking at Garren. "When I was ten, my ears were clipped during a five day torture session. Now I look like a fucking half elf and names like that piss me off." @Delacare

Garrren nodded his head in sympathy. "I've been tortured before; wasn't exactly what I had pictured. Only lasted a short time though. They did some weird things to my head so I can't really remember how many days." Garren spoke as if it had hapened to somebody else then shook himsel a dn smiled. "That's what happens when you decide to free a bunch of slaves from a blood mage, and get locked in a room sealed with your own blood. Anyway, Tallah could probably restore your ears if you don't like 'em. Now that he has his magic back in full force, there's very little that he can't fix."

Snow: Her lips turned into a pout as the woman scoffed at her. Clearly, she didn't see herself and her powers in a very good light. Well... that was something they had in common then. A frown took over her fragile face and her eyebrows knitted together as she was told to get her eyesight checked. Her eyes were perfect... it was just the rest of her that was sickly. She shook her head at the Giantess, letting her know that Snow did not agree. Suddenly though Magnus growled and she whimpered, fear pulsing through her heart. Next thing she knew he jumped and she held on tightly, landing roughly enough that a sharp cry escaped her. She was just a bag of bones and every harsh movement hurt her so.

"If you're into that kinda thing, I guess. I've got more scars than I know what to do with, so I don't really think they look all cool. Though I do have a series of scars where a blood mage, a different one, tried to turn me into a living spellbook. Tallah had to cut them into different runes and sigils to save my life. Believe me when I say he wasn't happy that he had to hurt me so much to help me." Garren paused for a moment then chuckled. "It seems like I run into a lot of blood mages, but it's only three that I run into often enough. Two of them hate me and want to make me suffer. The last one loves me and wants to keep me close, hence the spellbook."

@FireMaiden

 Hey, scars are badass. They all have a story," Mikey said, before he said the bit with the blood mages. "I know one blood mage. She's pretty cool. Hunts monsters and stuff, but yeah, I'd say you have a problem. And why a spell book? That doent make much sense." @Delacare

"Spells written onto a living host can cast themselves, at the expense of the host's energy, not the mage they belong to. Imagine, if you will, a ritual spell that would normally take 8 mages and 4 days to speak through casting itself. What mage wouldn't want to take a few days to write it out in another's skin and save themselves the trouble? Plus, they know that I have large energy reserves." Garren briefly glowed with portal energy to prove his point.

@FireMaiden

"So, do you think they could hear us from up here?" Mac whispered into his ear, resting his hands at the elf's waist.

"I'm sure we can have a bit of fun while we clean ourselves up."

"Oh, so just magic stuff," Miley said with a nod. "To be honset, stuff like that kinda confuses me. I've ever only dine magic once, but I didn't have anything to do with all the books and shit." @Delacare

"Well technically this room is still connected to the cottage, so they could hear something through the door but," he turned around halfway and waved lazily at the door, which promptly shimmered out of existence "that should not be a problem if we are not actively connected to the cottage." Without disturbing Mac's hands, Tallah spun around fully and wrapped his arms around the larger man neck, drawing up for a kiss.

@Safety Hammer

"Yeah, I actually can't even do magic. My powers seem to take up all the extra space my mind would normally allow for magic. Not that Im complaining. Nobody else can do what I do so easily or as well. Don't bad though, Tallah had to explain the whole living spellbook thing to me, along with the dangers of my bouts of abject stupidity." Garren winced at the memory. "He didn't need to curse, but his words were not kind..."

@FireMaiden

She snorted, and was about to say so thing when she heard at least three horses not to far off. "You won't mind hinges and finding the sex addicts would you? Our guest are here." @Delacare

"I know exactly where they'd be right now, but I don't think Mac'd like it is I just barged in there." Garren tap a finger on his chin with a contemplative look, before his green eyes shifted into a bright purple, and mischief was writ across his features. "I'll be right back, with a pent up Mac in tow." His eyes filled with portal energies and he was gone.

Mac kissed with passion, moving his left hand up to his back, while moving his left below his waist and onto his bum. The water was nice and warm, which led to Mac breading the kiss with a devious smirk, and disappeared beneath the water. "C'mon, I've always wanted to try kissing under the water."

As Garren went off to fetch Mac and possiby Tallah, three horses rode up. Mikey smiled up at the person on the front on. "Bout damn time Bailey." She did this as the half elf woman dismounted with a small chuckle. "Well sorry Miley. My husband wasn't fond of the ferry so we had to ride an extra 15 miles, much to my escort displeasure." She lowered her hood, raven hair shimmered in the sunlight and bright blue eyes sparkled like always. "So, like I told you, I'm only here for a few hours before I have a meeting in the city," Bailey said, then chuckled, and hugged Miley, who was just a bit taller than her. "Ok, now we just wait for the fuckers I'm here with," Miley chuckled.
