Immortal Sins [Inactive]

Emma sighed. "I forgot he was that crazy at times..." she muttered to Token. "I assume you remembered?" she asked, before sending a bright smile towards the doctor, quickly following after Nate.

Emma winced. "Eheheh..." she chuckled weakly. "Sorry!" she called out, looking down, a slight blush of embarrassment on her face.

"Still crazy, Nate. I'm pretty sure you'll always be crazy." She nodded in a contempt manner, "Now Doc, if you don't hurry up and bind my leg soon I am going to flip my shit."

They had arrived to the room, though Nate had to kick a head out of view from anyone. He placed the man down, gently, and gave him the supplies. "Heal her, now. We don't have much time." he said in a stern, even voice. He was lucid, even if for a moment.

Emma chuckled a bit at Token's comment before walking towards the empty bed and gently lowering the girl down before stepping back. She moved so she was behind the girl, making sure she could see everything that was happening.

"Nate...sweetie...I know you've been out of the loop for a while, but this doctor can't automatically heal people like oh, I don't know, Nikola did in the old days." Token replied to Nate in a condescending tone.

Esmeralda ignored them and started to hum the song

"Don't you ever weep, don't you ever scream, time may try to hurt your pride!" She kept doing that hoping no one could hear her plus she wasn't really a part of this conversation and was really, really, really bored.

"Do you want him to heal you or me to chop the thing off?" Nate asked, irked by her tone of voice. He may have been crazy, but at least he was standing.

Emma groaned, rubbing her temples at their bickering. "Can we just shut up, and let the man heal her? So we can leave?" she asked loudly, sending the doctor a look, telling him to get started.

"Right. Sorry. The excruciating pain I'm in must be making me irritable." Token supplied to the conversation, putting emphasis on the words "excruciating" and "Pain".

"Then whine like a normal girl and writhe in agony, leading the doctor to act quicker to help heal you. And give you drugs, which of some I'm going to need soon. You two are giving me a headache." Emma commented dryly.

"OH CREATOR! GEESE! WOW! I AM IN SO MUCH PAIN! OWWWWWW! PLEASE HAVE MERCY ON MY SINFUL SOUL." Glancing over to Emma, Token hissed, "Happy now?"

"Go, now." Nate ordered, nudging to doctor into Token's care. "And Esmerelda, " he turned to the witch of envy herself. "Shut up. She can probably hear your screeching all the way from here." he seethed, looking her dead in the eye. "If I didn't need you, I wouldn't hesitate to kill you now. All those innocent people..." he trailed off, slamming one hand against the wall near her face.

"Welp, I'm gonna go get my leg patched up." Token carefully enunciated, dragged herself over to the doctor, who helped her up onto a small table in the corner of the room and set to work diagnosing her, "You two can go take your sexual tension elsewhere, if needed."

Emma rolled her eyes, ignoring the girl before blinking. "Who are you even talking about?" she asked, wondering where the young immortal had gotten the idea of someone having sexual tension. Then again she wasn't that quick with stuff like that.

"Nobody. I just like making people feel uncomfortable." Token rolled her eyes, "While the doc is patching up my leg, do you mind updating me on the goings ons in the immortal community these past couple years? I'm afraid I've been out of the loop."

Emma nodded, before shrugging. "Eh....Never really paid much attention. Ya know...All I used to care about was killing something....Been taking the last few hundred years or so to fix that." she said. "Figured I should calm my hunger, if you get me, and try to live a bit more. The good kind of living." she thought for a moment. "If that made sense."

((My laptops about to restart so I'll be back soon))

"I killed Malice a during that one war...the one where he tried to build a perfect race." Nate commented, still staring Esmeralda down. He smirked, remembering that ridiculous mustache he wore. "It was worth it."

"Oh yeah..." Token replied to Nate, "I wasn't invited to that little outing. Something about my "immaturity". I wondered what had happened to good ol' Mal. Speaking of disappeared people, Em and I were talking earlier about whathisface, the kid who represented dishonesty? Well, I heard a few years back he got caught by that Cult that supposedly resurrected Ira...do you remember that?"

"Ugh....I hate politics and stuff...." Emma groaned. "It's worse when you're immortal." she muttered, stretching her arms, brightening before suddenly pouting. "Anyone know where some food is? I'm getting hungry..." she whimpered, feeling her stomach rumble a bit.

Nefertiti had strolled down the hallway, the path Nate had cut through was obvious. It wouldn't be long before the police would arrive. The things everyone had said to her slightly annoyed her, but she just brushed it off, like usual. She lived a lavish life and made so much money during the prohibition, it was no wonder Scott Fitzgerald based Gatsby off her. She heard someone complaining about their hunger, so Nefertiti grabbed some snacks from a busted snack machine. She waltzed into the room just in time to hear Nate talking about Malice. She tossed the food to Emma without a word and sat in a nearby chair, crossing her legs nonchalantly. "Remember when Vanity drowned trying to kiss his own reflection? Priceless," she reminisced.

Emma grinned at Nefertiti. "Yes! Thank you~" she chirped, plopping down on the now empty bed, ripping open the wrapper and taking a bite of the granola bar. "Not bad for hospital food," she mumbled after swallowing, listening to the dancer speak. "Ha!" she laughed. "I think I remember that." she giggled.
