(Well, it just seems like...she's not even using a ranged weapon? C'mon, Hasterville is damn dangerous and she's just basically using glorified gloves to gut mafia. I...uh...you can keep the wings just...maybe have something else? More equipment? There's no way a thirteen year old can just fly through ranks of mafia gutting them when even the most hardened people in Hasterville like Owen and Clark have trouble even killing five. It just doesn't make any sense)

(if you're going to play a child her age, make her act realistically for her age at least. Like, a thirteen year old isn't going to run around slashing up mafia soldiers. I mean, even Lara's not the best at it and she's 15, so I assume 13 would mean a scale down even from her)

Name: Bob Clarke

Alias: N/A

Gender: Male

Age: 43

Alignment: Chaotic Evil

Appearance:

images

Personality: A brutish, easily irritable and short-tempered individual, Bob shouldn't be considered the most coolest tool in the shed, although he has improved in terms of calmness, he still possesses extremely bold hints of intolerance and paranoia, the latter primarily dictated by his tendency to pull the triggers a bit too easily. He's wholly self-motivated, and even to some extent, arrogant. Even though he may appear distanced from reality or unfocused at the first glance, he's actually quite attentive, observant, and most importantly, really determined, to the point of being stubborn.

His trigger-happy features are more than extended by his ruthlessly cold demeanour, having the means to takedown any person he seems a threat, whether said person was even wrong. Although his source of 'evilness' may as well come more from eased justification and stressed confusion, he also has signs of major psychopathic tendencies. The latter can also be contributed heavily by his apparent mental instability, which often results in a rather unpredictable nature.

Generally, out of action, he's a sarcastic person, with an admiration for humour. Other than that, he's not to be considered an introverted, outspoken individual, as he can be often seen participating in binge-drinking like all his teammates do, and also a tendency to use various expletives.

Backstory:

"A man stuck in a world he can't understand"

If describing his current situation with a single sentence would've been enough, this would've been that very single quote.

Nevertheless, he was born in the beginning of golden epoch, at the year 2591, to a family comprised mainly of militant individuals. His upbringing was quite a difficult experience, at least for him it was, as both his father and his mother were rather stern and brusque, resulting in the then young Bob receiving virtually no affection from anybody in his family, all of whom shared surprisingly similar attribute including his overly patriotic siblings, with the exclusion of Bob, the black sheep of the family. Early on in his life, he had a rebellious, adventurous and energetic personality, which served him nothing but trouble and a tense lecture from his father. This eventually resulted in him being coaxed by the a military recruiter, which then resulting in him going to the military, with the hopes of earning his father's respects.

However, his calculations were terribly wrong, as he was put into a series of difficult training modules, before being mentally assessed, neither of which he liked, in any sense. Had he not joined the marine corps, he might've been the average Joe, just like his name always suggests heavily. But luck may have or may not have been on his side, as he was accepted into the military. The next few years in the military was chaotic and gruelling, which drastically changed his personality. From a by-the-book recruit, he turned into a carefree, trigger-happy soldier. Although, he had quite the fights with his superiors, he had gained himself a lot of medals under his belt, mostly because of his service and boldness in various battles.

In the more later years in his army, he grew even more insensitive, and paranoid, instead of being mellowed out like most soldiers did. At that current time, a brief yet extremely brutal war was waging on, with the U.S suffering massive casualties. With the recent invention of a time displacement device, the government was forced to select a group of individuals, hardened, possibly battle-worthy soldiers, to be sent a decade back and stop the events leading to the future. Of course, the selection wasn't voluntary, and Bob was, unfortunately, drafted into the project. However, a glaring mistake in the machine, or meow precisely, in
his machine, which resulted in him randomly landing in a place, at the year of 2016. And to his woe, time machines didn't even exist in 2016, which is an apparent fact, and which definitely dictates, that he's indeed, stuck forever.

Powers:

Enhanced Muscle Fibres

Surgically tightened, hardened muscle fibre, restricts penetration by either bullets or sharp objects.

Reinforced bones

Carbonic bone platings increase overall skeletal durability, and decreases chances for fracture or other major bone damage. Melee damage is also increased. Drawbacks include lack of greater mobility and speed.

Equipment:

ArmTek TUC-43

images

Although manufactured in limited amounts, the TUC-43 is widely known amongst people who're actively employed by the military, due to its constant usage by special operatives, and whilst guarding heavily secured bases. The gun has been infamously dubbed as an 'overkill' weapon by the superior officers, because of its categorization of a 'rotary cannon', and it's usage of heavy armour-piercing 7.62mm NATO rounds, typically used in rifles and such. The weapon's primary drawback is the apparent time it takes to spool the weapon properly, which is actually not much, but needless to say, every second matters in warfare. However, it compensates for its reload time and spool time, with its high fire rate, extreme stopping power and the ability to penetrate most covers. The gun also suffers from a wide spread range, and inaccuracy, and has been recommended to use in close range.

Griz-71 PDP

images

This emergency pistol saw moderate use in the air force, serving as an item of defence, if the pilot were to ever land in enemy territor the gun's service in the air force was discontinued, due to its lesser mobility compared to other personal defence weapons. Although its roots were primarily stuck in the air force and the U.S Navy, it has also been used frequently by commandos on missions, mainly concerning jungle warfare, or by guerrilla instructors. Nevertheless, the gun doesn't need any external ammunition, because of its implementation of a self-replicating energy source, however, said energy source is extremely prone to overheating if used too much. The energy itself is comprised mainly of supercharged ion cells, which is commonly known as plasma

2x4

An ideal representation of Bob's crude mind set. Nothing special.

Does your character start in Sanfield, or Hasterville?: Hasterville

Extra: He gained his mental instability, due to the giant theoretical distance between the time he travelled, resulting in his neural network getting all messed up.

Name: Rufus Fiennes

Super-Hero\Villain name: The Collector

Gender: Male

Age: 28

Alignment: Neutral

Appearance:

4a01b3e9bf0aa8ef84629cd3dce4fe47.jpg

Personality:

Adventurous, deeply curious and thoroughly gentlemanly, Rufus is certainly a product of his upbringing as a traditional, if anachronistic, English gentleman. Although he has no aspirations of being a "hero", seeking instead to serve his family name and cause as his forebears have for centuries, he is nonetheless a brave and kind-hearted man who won't hesitate to rescue those in need.

He does tend towards overconfidence, and his family's notorious avarice when it comes to supernatural trinkets can lead him to act ruthlessly and dishonestly where a valuable artifact is at stake.

Backstory:

Rufus is the current living head of the Fiennes family, who have deep roots in English nobility. For over 500 years, the Fiennes family have been keen collectors of all manner of magical and supernatural artifacts. This unique greed has led members of the family to travel the entire world in search of items of great power, and they have found plenty. During the golden age of the British Empire, the family made a fortune through trade, exploration and sugar plantations, which they have simply used to further their insatiable drive to accumulate magical items.

The family is deeply traditional, and values its heritage highly. Thus, all the children are raised from birth to carry on the Fiennes name with honour and skill. Rufus has been well-trained in marksmanship, hand-to-hand combat, navigation, wilderness survival, 8 languages, mythology, basic engineering and medicine.

Rufus takes his family duties very seriously, but this is not to say he's an excessively serious man; he takes great pleasure in his adventures.

He has a 6 year old son called Edmund, two younger brothers and a younger sister.

Powers:

Rufus is merely an ordinary mortal man, but carries several artefacts which grant him considerable supernatural powers:

Mfalme's Blade - An ancient African sword once owned by a great tribal Warrior-King. Acquired by the Fiennes family during the Anglo-Zulu war. Unbreakable blade with incredible shock-absorbing abilities, able to cut through virtually anything.

Lord Ralph's Gauntlet - An enchanted gauntlet gifted to Lord Ralph Fiennes by a gypsy sorceress after he saved her from being burned at the stake. Allows the wearer to heal themselves by draining the life force of other living things via touch. Slow and painful process for both wearer and victim.

Nine League Boots - The tattered remains of an ancient pair of boots dug from the grave of a Norman merchant. Too damaged to wear, the leather has been patched onto a pair of modern military boots, and grants them the same power as the originals. Allow powerful jumps of up to 10m straight up or 40m along, effectively cushion landings from any height, and cause the wearer to always land on their feet if they fall.

Ritual Blade - Captured by Inspector Stamford Fiennes in a raid on a Jamaican voodoo cult in 1912. This blade, when used to cut off a body part from a recently-dead being with supernatural powers, will transform it into a talisman that grants the wearer a lesser version of the deceased's power.

Equipment
:

High-performance military and survival clothing, kit etc.

Heckler & Koch G3 battle rifle, and assorted high-calibre handguns and revolvers, all with armour-piercing ammunition

Various drugs and poisons

Rock climbing and rappelling gear

A silver dagger blessed by a priest, a rabbi, an imam, a shaman, a witch and a monk

Credit cards with a total of £2 million GBP in the accounts, and $100,000 in cash

Name: Thomas Greene

Alias: N/A

Gender: Male

Age: 37

Alignment: True neutral

Appearance:

images

Personality: A pragmatic realist, Thomas has a rather conventional view of neutrality, and as such, he's quite ought to behave friendly, and to some extent even altruistic, to all whom he views as his benefactors, and egotistical to all whom he views as his malefactors. Anyway, his view of evil and good, is rather absolutist in terms of its nature, as he believes that good is always better than evil, especially if said goodness benefits him, and due to this belief, he's more ought to do good than bad. Although some may say that he's completely self-motivated, apathetic, or selfish, he views himself as a practical individual, one who knows how to survive in the long haul.

Generally, he's a serious, if not a bit too stubborn, person, who often fails to appreciate the representation of good will, often branding that as naive. He tends to think thoroughly before making any decision, often a bit too slowly, which may otherwise, constitute to an indecisive behaviour. He likes to abide by the society's acceptance of the norm, which is more or less, conventional traditionalism. He's also quite intolerant, and rather short-tempered, preferring to eliminate any obstacles in whatever objective he's pursuing.

Backstory: TBR

Powers:

Cold-Blooded: A natural mutation, Thomas' thermal signature is completely invisible, even to the most advanced of machines.

Fleet Feet: Thomas is quite faster than the average humans, regarding in bipedal muscle. His movement is also much more silent than the average human, again, due to tense leg muscles.

Tough Skin: Thomas' possesses a more rugged skin than your usual average human, to the extent of protecting him from small arms, and weak weaponry.

Equipment:

Machete

Ideal for whacking both bushes and human.

S&W Model 629

Chambered in .44 magnum, and fitted with a full barrel underlug. Aside from that, nothing special in it.
