  • Hallow was once a human boy. He would offer to sit next to those who have very little left to live, not to comfort them, but to watch them die. He was so obsessed with death that he even faked his own death to watch his funeral. His actions would not go undiscovered. When he was found out, the people drove him away. His travels eventually bought him to the floating Necropolis of Hexxas. There, he instantly knew this was not a place for the living. For once, he finally felt at home. There, he did something unthinkable. He killed himself and offered his life to the undeath. Now, he lives as the Lich King of The Hollowed, reaping the souls of the dead, severing the final bonds of life and bringing those whom he deems worthy into the undeath.




    He was later shot through the head using the Black Rose, a revolver infused with ancient power. The gun is currently in Genji's possession. After his descendant (whom now he treats like his own child) destroyed the Sanfield Military HQ, Hallow appeared to the child. Sirius immediately fell to his knees and began crying. Hallow, unable to stand allowing his last descendant suffer loneliness any longer, returned to the Living. He no longer has any powers. But as long as it will kill Sirius' suffering, it's worth it.

    Place of Residence: A nice and well maintained home in Sanfield

    Now, he's not even barely interested in death anymore. He just wants to protect Sirius and let him live a normal life. (which isn't too easy since Sirius IS a warlock)

Personality:


Arrogant is perhaps Jehova's most noticeable trait. Due to his powers, he places himself higher than most beings. This in turn makes him underestimate his opponents, but once he finds then a threat then he'll have to reassess the situation. There is also a sort of anger issue with him. Having been sealed and trapped in a small enclosed space for years takes a toll on one. Any number of things could set him off like the mention of Kuuga. He cares extremely little for the consequences of his actions, so he'll just about do anything.


Biography:


Eons ago there was a sort of powerful yet insane psychic. All he wanted was his own enjoyment, and he would do just about anything for it. He was extremely troublesome to the point where outer being's notice. Kuuga would be the one to fight this being, and it took about a week to settle the match. Eventually Kuuga, wanting to end this quickly, ended sealing him within a small enclosed space. From there Jehova was trapped... He became even more insane as time passed by, and he kept on muttering about Kuuga. With the death of Hibiki, the seal seems to have broken, and now he heads off to locate Kuuga at his last location, Sanfield. Jehova is actually the thirteenth member of the organization '13th Crucifix.' This group is still mysterious to pretty much almost every being in the universe. Only few know of their existence. As for what they do... it's still a mystery... for now.


Powers:


Telekinesis: Standard telekinesis ability. Jehova has mastered the art of telekinesis to the point where he can lift powerful beings as well. He can even lift planets within a few minutes or so give or take. Perhaps even faster if he were still in his prime.


Teleportation: Has mastery over teleportation as well. Long range is no problem for him, but even traveling through the Universe will take time.


Clairvoyance: Gain information about an object, person, location or physical event through extrasensory information.


Immune to mind control/attacks: Straightforward there. So anything that affects the mind will be useless against him.


Density Shift: This is an advanced form of his psychic powers where he can shift the density of matter. Of course he can't do this to living beings, but he can at least make gravity heavier. Could probably crush planets if he were still in his prime.


Pretty good endurance: Can definitely take some pretty strong attacks. He can even take attacks said to slice through anything. A very durable psychic.


Telepathy: Communication through the mind. It has a pretty long range, so one would think they would be speaking to a ghost or a god.


Extra:


It'll take either some super powerful outer being, or good super powered teamwork to take him down.

    A man surrounded by a shroud of mystery, he is only known as "The Plague Doctor." He is often seen as unhappy and tends to look on the worst side of things. His home has over 500 categorized toxins currently only in his possession. Many speculate that behind the silver plague mask lies something so inhuman that it will drive whoever views it insane. This is simply untrue as James McMillan, a very high ranking police officer has been known to have seen him unmasked on several occasions. He seems to be keeping this man's identity a secret. Most simply dismiss him as a myth but many of the sick have reported of "a demon appearing in a in a flock of ravens and curing them of all maladies." Most of these people have been called mad but police and many people are certain of his existence. Recently, he disappeared. His house is currently heavily guarded due to it containing fatal toxins.

    Some time later, he was resurrected by Reh'Kurzul after he sacrificed his own life for the safety of Sanfield. First, the sympotoms were hardly noticeable, but soon began to manifest. Nightmares, visions, haunted whispers. He had been driven mad by the power of the Necronomicon ex Mortis Tomo IIV. He now seeks to destroy all life in this world, leaving a trail of undeath in his wake. He had cut out his own heart and threw it into the ocean, claiming that 'It made him weak." Now what lies where his heart was is a Crystal like relic, containing his very soul. He is all a good man gone bad, corrupted by the whispers of The Old Ones. Still very skilled in medicine, he now uses his skills to create Frankenstein's monster like abominations. He also has grown a particular liking to using poison to cause his enemies to suffer and die a painful death... Not an ounce of goodness left in him, he will stop at nothing to fulfill C'thulhu's wishes...

    "It shall be done, my master C'thulhu..."

    Strengths:

    -Merciless

    -Extremely powerful in Necromancy

    -Due to his undead status, he is immortal and almost impossible to kill.

    -No longer feels any remorse, nor any emotion. He threw them away with his heart. "Heart? Useless. It only made me weak..."

    Weak Points:

    -Terrible marksman. (like as in HOPELESS HOPELESS marksman)

    -No longer has the loyalty of both Reh'Kurzul and Sirius

    -Will listen to the Old One's whispers without question

    Personality: Merciless, cold and brutal. He does not show, or indeed feel any emotions

    Powers:

    -One of the best, if not THE best doctor to date.

    -Skilled in Necromancy

    -Can call on the powers of C'thulhu

    -Commands the undead, who no longer obeys the Lich Queen due to C'thulhu's intervention

    -He is now capable of reawakening all the Old Ones. (have fun)

He stated that he just became a hero because it was his dream and for self-satisfaction and before becoming one, used to suffer from anxiety issues. Despite his boredom, Saitama does not ignore crime.

Backstory: Anna was once part of a large gang and learned almost all martial arts and has enhanced combat skills but there was this one time where they were ambushed by the cops and it was a bloodbath since they were trying to fend them off, it was a long battle and Anna was trying to escape but when she was about to be gunned down, Ziene came out from nowhere, it was actually that Ziene just finished a race and found someone in trouble, he helped her escape and because of that Anna was very loyal to him.

It's all good, but the causing nightmares thing should be granted permission. That also includes the weapons that can make someone so terrified and mentally broken. Also maybe a bit more clarity on dark powers. Seems a bit vague.
