Kirsty ignored the sight and sprinted to the park at the sound of a neck snapping. However, while she looked around she bumped directly into a man on the bench with a phone and tremendous speeds. Kirsty simply rolled and stood up, looking up at the man. He was about two years older than Kirsty was, by an estimate. "I am so sorry!"

Oh something's happening Jay, look!





"It's just a vampire girl and Dee Jango talking to each other, what's there to see?"





Right. Vampires aren't that weird.





"What? I want to be a vampire."

Seconds later, there was a fireball running through the streets of Sanfield. The Writer was invisible but the outline of a human girl was apparent as the fireball sprinted through the city, zipping past Django and Valentia.

Without warning, Robert was hit and flew into a tree at a speed he had only felt on rollercoasters. While he wasn't fatally injured, he sure felt as though he had just been mortally wounded. The man took a couple of gasping breaths, which was hard to do considering his chest ached like hell.


He held up his hand, and though his vision was unfocused, he could tell it was bleeding and he came to the conclusion that his phone had been broken. "Oh, fuck."


And just when he thought it was over, he felt himself being weighed down.

She walked out of the cafe, her eyes darting around everywhere. There didn't seem to be anyone outside following, but honestly, how would she be able to tell. "It's a good thing my buildings not too far away..." she mumbled. Eventually, her apartment came into view.


Something else came into view too. A fucking fireball. Valentina started running without giving the action much thought.

HOLY FUCK I'M ON FIRE! The flaming Writer screamed but to no avail. The characters couldn't hear him scream. Instead, he kept sprinting, an invisible smile creeping over his face. Jay's gonna get her ass kicked in three...two...one...

Kirsty stepped back, a gloved hand stretched out. "Am I...wait...how do you know?" Kirsty didn't realize it, but the GLASS jumpsuit had snaked around her body completely, the only thing visible was the bottom part of her neck. "Oh. Jumpsuit." Kirsty laughed. "How do you know who I am? I'm not a superhero or anything special." Kirsty didn't know if it was for the good, or for the crimes she's committed. Best to act innocent for now.

Anella lay nearly motionless with shallow breathing. Her fingers twitched occasionally. She seemed to be a bit more content when Owen let the light from his desk lamp fall on her, and became grumpy whenever the lamp was obstructed.

"Alright! It's jam and juice time." Valentina opened up the door and stepped inside the lobby, which didn't look as clean as it once had been due to most of the janitors either losing their lives or quitting and moving somewhere else. It was almost sad.


Without lingering too long, Valentina pushed the button for the elevator and it opened up quickly. She took a step inside.

"Well, I frequent plenty of websites that talk about superheros and anything else related on the internet. You may not be a super, but you've been in the news. A lot. Lots of rumours about you and quite a few others from Sanfield. Sanfield itself is a hot topic." Even being in pain, he tended to chat too much.

Anella had weird lines all over her body, noticeable as some kind of veins. The light snaked from the lamp down through her eyes and into the glowing lines, and she woke up. Anella gasped and leaned forward, coughing. "W-What h-happened?" Anella was clutching her stomach as if she had a terrible stomach ache, but at least she was conscious.

"Yeah...I know... But, agh, really I'm fine. I think." Now that Robert's breathing was under control, he smiled at her. Some part of his expression looked like he felt some discomfort, but not from his current pain.


"Er... Well, there were theories about your eyes. Some people theorised that they were made in a lab and that your real eyes had been replaced with them. I've seen arguments for or against it, pretty heated if I must say. Then the news came out about you not being uh... human and uh... not having rights..." he coughed into his hand. "So then the rumours became about what are you and uh... there were people analysing your photos... I dunno if you've ever been in a fandom before but it's pretty common. Now that I'm saying it out loud though, it sounds super creepy... Eh..."


"There was one rumour that you were from an alien race that had a taste for humans. Some people put forth the theory that maybe you were actually human, just a branch of human scientists thought died off a long time ago, yadda yadda nonsensical nerd stuff." "This apartment will have special sensors that will detect anyone up to 50 feet, so you can detect if any suspicious characters are coming. Also I have the door with a special ID scan that will register fingerprints on the doors. "So you can tell if someone came in or not, and the best part is no one can tell! Then we have the anti-hacking software that is some super advanced stuff from my planet. They can't possibly ever hope to use their brains to figure it out due to how advanced we are."

Kirsty just listened to the whole thing with her mouth open. She touched her eyes and then closed them, looking inside herself. Robert probably didn't know, but her eyes stretched along the entire length of her body. She couldn't see out of anything but her eyes, but the light veins were connected through them, and her second heart. Albert even confirmed she wasn't a human. "I don't think...wait...just because I bit into someone doesn't mean I want to eat all of them. Part of the reason is that every damn restaurant shunned me and I was starving." Kirsty realized she just admitted to cannibalism.


"I'd like to meet these people. Does this group have some sort of video chat or something?" Kirsty smiled at the man. "What's your name, by the way?"

He had to hold back the tears, Anella had to have someone who would tell her everything would be okay. He had to be that man. Yet seeing her like this, in such pain. "Please be okay" Owen stutters hugging her for dear life. After all he has see all he has been through, this was Owen's hardest fight. @JPax42

He talks with the paramedics, saying how he as to go urgently on police business. They buy it. Going to his equipment in the other room. "I need some one with knowledge of superpowers" Owen mutters before thinking for a while. "Kristen" He says before disappearing in a puff of smoke. @JPax42
