Lightning was flying in the air on the winds when she felt a strange vibration spread throughout the city. She felt it shaking the city beneath her and breaking things. The sunlight itself began to twist in disturbing ways. She shook her head and came to a halt midair on a cushion of wind. The sunlight was disturbing her but that was easily enough solved. She raised her hands to the sky and reached for the power she had channeled before. She found it and pulled, creating activity in the atmosphere. Suddenly over Sanfield stormclouds rolled in thick and menacing. Moments later hail began to pour down in flurries and the wind picked up, becoming biting and cold. She nearly fell out of the air over the city, after channeling that much weather energy, but caught herself before she hit the ground and managed to come to a light landing on the white house grounds. (There is now a massive hail storm over the city. The hail is normal hail but there is a lot of it, as well as powerful stormy winds. WOOT weather control try flying in that)

(Do you expect a giant ship that can carry millions of soldiers will be affected by some hail?)

(nope the smaller planes yes.

"trust me... i upgraded my jets, they will put up a fight long enough to drop you off at the carrier, after that you're on your own" he said @YoungX

"All right that sounds like a plan to me. If talking doesn't necessarily work, then I'll have to try something else." He would then nod to Genji. "Let's have a jet prepped up then. I'll start preparing for this."

Hibiki would then look out to the window and nodded back to Genji. "Thank you. Now then I best be prepping myself up for this. Once I get on the carrier I'll have to locate the leader myself. This will mean I'll have to either fight my way or I'll request myself to be sent to the leader. Based on the situation I'll most likely have to fight my way." He would then head out the door and would prep up.
