From there Hibiki would find himself at the White House, and would lead himself to where Nick is. He would enter to find Nick and Harmony and would greet himself, but finds a sort of emotional moment. Hibiki considers the situation for a bit inside his head. There are certainly a lot of troops, and yes he doesn't know if he'll survive. Of course behind it all because he is Kuuga he wishes to find balance within this conflict. "Thats fine, but there is one thing I request. Lightning was flying in the air on the winds when she felt a strange vibration spread throughout the city. She felt it shaking the city beneath her and breaking things. The sunlight itself began to twist in disturbing ways. She shook her head and came to a halt midair on a cushion of wind. The sunlight was disturbing her but that was easily enough solved. She raised her hands to the sky and reached for the power she had channeled before. She found it and pulled, creating activity in the atmosphere. Suddenly over Sanfield stormclouds rolled in thick and menacing. Moments later hail began to pour down in flurries and the wind picked up, becoming biting and cold. She nearly fell out of the air over the city, after channeling that much weather energy, but caught herself before she hit the ground and managed to come to a light landing on the white house grounds. (There is now a massive hail storm over the city. The hail is normal hail but there is a lot of it, as well as powerful stormy winds. WOOT weather control try flying in that)JPax42 said:
