"I think everyone's okay. You, ma'am, are you alright?" he'd say in a tired yet calming voice. He'd shake his body and blow a quick whew, as he'd put on gloves and rub the bullet in the wall. Suddenly, his powers kicked in. The gun was SIG, Pro, and the man who shot the gun was.. dead? No bloodstream, no heartbeat, yet, it moved. It was creepy. He'd snap out of his retrocognition, and get a minor headache. "Uhm.. Who do you think that guy was?"

Lightning watched as the man seemed to fade out and in. She nearly questioned it, but then dismissed it and said, "I am fine, although I am amazed that everyone in here is. As to what the man was I have no idea. Speaking of which," she turns back to the pile of ashes and raises her hands. Suddenly a tall thin twister rose from the ash flinging it out over the city. Then she turned back to the strange armed man and said, "I guess it is a good thing that I was passing by. It should definitely be dead now whatever it was. If everything is fine here I will get on my way."(sorry that too wayyy longer than it should have)

"Well..." I looked around. "Anything fun you have in mind? I would've gone with sliding on old sheet metal down a hill at three hundred miles an hour, but I crashed through way too many buildings last time." I looked at a building with a helipad. "Meet me on the top." I sprinted up the side of the building in a blur, standing on the helipad. I immediately lay down on the surface and lifted up my shirt so that the dragonblade wound would be exposed to the sun. I figured while I waited for Hibiki it would be good to get some sunrays on there.

"Well..." I looked around. "Anything fun you have in mind? "Meet me on the top." I sprinted up the side of the building in a blur, standing on the helipad. I figured while I waited for Hibiki it would be good to get some sunrays on there.

Hibiki would at least head to the helipad. He figured he would use his electricity to gain some speed in his human form. He would reach the helipad in no time. "I see your enjoying the sun, but I jest." He says as he is calm and smiles at her.

I quickly stood up and dropped my shirt over my torso, covering myself awkwardly. "Oh, no, it's nothing. Just, I kind of got slashed by Genji. It's not healing as fast I thought. Anyways, that's what I'm here to test. Do you mind shooting me with electricity?"

He considered it for a moment. "Very well. I trust that you would be fine." Then he would send an instant quick jolt of electricity.

I watched the electricity fly through the air. I raised my arm and took the blast to the arm. It hurt for a second, but the sun quickly glazed over the wound and the burn mark covered up, leaving a mark. "Ow! It'll fully heal in a day or so. Do you have any fire you can shoot me with?"

I watched the electricity fly through the air. I raised my arm and took the blast to the arm. It hurt for a second, but the sun quickly glazed over the wound and the burn mark covered up, leaving a mark. "Ow! It'll fully heal in a day or so. Do you have any fire you can shoot me with?"

"Yes I do actually. My powers seem to be integrating a bit with my regular human body." He then uses Pyrokinesis to shoot a quick burst of fire at her.

I condensed, however taking the fire worse than the lightning. The wound remained and the skin on my arms was glowing with heat. I quickly patted out the flames on my clothes, which left weird holes. The skin under the holes wasn't harmed. However, the initial wound glazed over. "That's gonna be there for three days. I still don't understand Genji's dragonblade. Thanks Hibiki."


I walked over to the side of the building and dangled my legs off the side. "Sanfield is so big. I can't imagine how long it takes a normal human to cross all of it. What I can do in three minutes." I sighed and untied my hair, looking at the GLASS branded hair tie I was using. Everything about me was in a way related to GLASS.

"I take it to be about a day or so. For me it would be under five minutes." He would stand next to Kirsty and looked to the city. "It's funny really. Us super natural beings look to the city differently. We don't worry about work or transportation. That's what makes life interesting," he would say calmly as he takes in the fresh air.

"It's also strange. Normal people don't have to worry about waking up, and being able to see through concrete. Normal people's anger, at the most, while they're unarmed, is punching another person or breaking something. When I get angry, anything in my line of vision would be fried." I felt a tear fall down the side of my face. "Sometimes, I don't want these powers. I can't get rid of them. They're not even powers. It's just in my genetics."

Hibiki would then put his left hand on her right shoulder. "Life can be kind, yet cruel. I wonder what my purpose in life is. I'm still discovering it really. Your powers may be an inconveninece, but they can truly find purpose in your life. Somewhere deep within yourself lies that purpose. I can't really put much insight, but I can at least say this. What can you do now?" Hibiki would have his hand on her shoulder as he looks to the city.

The woman and Maria exchanged a long glance. For a moment, Maria felt something. Like an ache, a pain... In her chest. For a moment, she had forgot all about self preservation. She wanted to give herself in... The lady was too nice to get her mixed up in things.


...But she remained, breathing heavily and occasionally sniffling.


A sizeable crowd had gathered, and then a GLASS officer appeared. Chaos erupted as the man was mercelessly dealt with. People started to flee, scared for their lives.


"If you want this girl, then I will have to come too!" The woman yelled. By now her face was wet with tears.


"Hijo de puta!" The teenage boy yelled. He uploaded the video before actually dialing 911. "Some crazy man is here, threatening a little girl and my grandmother..." his face turned red, as he practically screamed into the phone. The father was also on his phone.


For the first time, too many emotions whirled in Maria's small chest.

"Woah oh." Valentina's eyebrows raised as the blood began to spread in the water. She froze, and slowly a weird feeling washed over her. "Hahaha? What is this?" With her face contorted in laughter, Valentina turned her head upwards, giggling and snorting.


"What!" She splashed her arms once. "Is!" Splash! "This?" Splash! "Haha!"

"I don't even know anymore..." I could feel my voice shaking from the tears. "I've managed to control my 'eye lightning' better, but I still end up seeing black and white after it. It's scary. Normal color vision is scary." I looked at the adjacent building. "See that sign over there? To me, it's a hundred and fifty different colors. To you, it's probably three. Five, at the most." I put my head back and covered my face, still crying. "I'm terrified of myself, Hibiki."

Starling rolled his eyes. "You are terribly annoying." As the police rolled in and immediately began shooting at Starling, Starling simply smiled as the bullets bounced harmlessly off his skin. "You see, it's going to take a special kind of cop to deal with me." Starling disappeared into a blur. Immediately, the blur passed three officers. The officers had their heads torn from their necks, rolling on the ground and spurting blood everywhere. Starling even kicked a police car into an officer, having him scream as he erupted in a mess of flames. "Normally I wouldn't hurt civilians..." Starling's eyes glowed blue, and hazed red with anger. Electricity arced out of his eyes in three directions. One was headed for the old lady, another towards the boy, and the last to the middle aged man. "But you just got involved with the crime business."

The puppeteer hid in a closet so he couldn't be found. He messed with Harmony "Hmm, Nick isn't there, better have a night on the town. Do you agree caretaker," he said forcing her to teleport to the city, making her cause havoc.

Hibiki would be silent for a monent. It was times like these that he would act like the adult that he actually was. He would at the very least hug her so that he could comfort her. "Look I understand your scared. You experience out worldly things people never even dream about. It won't be easy, but I'm sure you can pull through this. You have the support of me and everyone else."

I quickly wiped away my tears, my emotions going 0-30 faster than a Honda Accord. "I have to go..." I jumped down the building, sliding the side. I ran and came to a halting stop in front of Harmony. "Harmony! What are you doing?"

Puppet Harmony


I nod my head before teleporting out, soon reports of murder came up by the hundreds if she was not stopped. She fights like puppet on strings not fighting like normal nor making remarks like she does. She murders without the joy just wearing the faceless smile in the mask.

Hibiki would see that she would be gone. In any case, it seems she had found Harmony. For now he would leave the situation to them. In any case, he would head down and walk in the city.

I noticed the mask and was shocked by the murder. I began running civilians out of her path, most of the time before Harmony could reach them. I then saw the mask on Harmony, as well as the lines going up. "Puppet master? Yeah, I'm not staying out of your way." I smiled and raised my fists after running a few more civilians out of the way.

Harmony


She did not fight like Harmony,her style was quick but flawed, glass cannon if you will. This was clumsy but balenced, unskilled but skilled. She cut down a civilian before looking at Kristy tilting my head.
