Hibiki would be knocking when he notices a helicopter near an abandoned GLASS building. He was curious about what they needed there, but it wasn't exactly his business. Still it must have something to do with work, so he decided to well not really get involved. He sat in a bench nearby and rested.JPax42 said:

A portal opened above the abandoned GLASS building in Sanfield. It was a rip in the sky that glowed green, and suddenly an immense snake body dropped through it. It hit the roof of the glass building with an immense thud and coiled up as it landed. Siren raised her body from her coils. This was not where she had meant to teleport. Over in the center of the roof there was a man in a helicopter and she slithered closer before calling out with her Voice "Hello human! Could you tell me where I am?" @JPax42

Brendan stepped forward and looked at the snake woman. "You're in Sanfield...on Earth. And, you're going to pay for the crack in the sky." Brendan pointed upwards and frowned.

Grey teleported to where he died. The place was still destroyed, and was sectioned off with yellow police tape. He looked around and saw his katana stabbed into the ground, standing. "Well there's the handle part." He walked over to it. "Sorta like the sword in the stone." He joked as he removed the blade from it's place in the earth.

Neo looked around as she walked under the yellow tape. Her boots crushed the pieces of rubble, almost causing her to slip. She tried looking for the actual umbrella part so she made a glyph and surfed her way around the rubble. She saw the point of the umbrella stick out and pulled it out, lifting it up in the air towards Grey, shouting "FOUND IT~"

Grey looked over at her, and extended his blade towards her, the umbrella shot out of her hand and clicked the pieces back together. "Perfect." Grey said, tapping the tip of the umbrella on the ground. He looked down at the ring. It was still silent. He sighed. "Still not working..."

Siren glanced upwards, "Oh that." She raises her hand and the sound of an eldritch bell tolls through the air. The tear snaps shut leaving the sky in it's previous state. She looks back to the man in the helicopter and says, "Oh I am in Sssanfield? I have heard of this city. This is not quite the outcome I was aiming for, but it could be interesting nonethelesss." She looked down at the roof beneath her and sang a note of disharmony, immediately following it with a longer song. A circle out of the building beneath her dissolved and then the fine dust left of it spiraled up into the air. She shrank away into a human woman, and as she did a dress formed from the dust and dropped over her. In her smaller form she stepped up onto the landing skid of the helicopter and smiled saying, "Ssso is anything interesting happening in this city? I had heard it was a hub for Powersss, but I have not been keeping up with the news lately." (she is now wearing a formfitting black dress and looking mostly human, but her eyes are yellow snake eyes and her tongue when she speaks is forked.)JPax42 said:

Alignment: Villain. In it to get shiny things for her nest.
Appearance: She is a Lamia. She has the lower half of an immense snake which is about thirty feet long. Her tail is gold and black scaled, and also extremely muscled. On the other end she has a human torso with dark skin, as she is originally from Egypt. She has long green hair and yellow snake eyes. When in Human form she is six feet two inches. She has an exceptionally beautiful voice.
Personality: She is very cold, and somewhat new to this world, as she had been slumbering for many years. She is not especially murderous, but has absolutely no qualms about killing someone who obstructs her. She is interested in meeting interesting people, and may vie for control of the city at some point. She does not regard human lives as generally important, but if she takes a liking to someone God's help anyone that hurts them. At the heart of her personality is a dragonlike desire for shiny items to line her nest with.
Backstory: She was born several thousand years ago in a time of great magical strife. God's had entered the battlefield and destroyed much. She was a peasant girl that happened to be in the area as god's warred with men. The god's had won the battle when one of them noticed her. They struck her down with an incredibly powerful curse, and she fell onto a nest of snake eggs, writhing in agony. She was being torn apart by the curse, but it had a strange reaction to the leftover magic present suddenly she began pulling back together. Unfortunately the organic matter from the snake eggs mixed with her DNA making her what she is now. She arose from the egg shells nearly fully powered and with a great deal of interest in revenge. She raised an army of magical beings and Powers with her Voice, and took the war to the God's palace casting them down and consuming their power. She is now immortal and incredibly magically powerful.
Powers: She is a sorceress, and capable of incredibly powerful magic. However she mostly uses her Voice. In general she is very persuasive when speaking and clouds the minds of those she speaks with. However she has several powerful applications of her voice that she can also use, and in fact primarily uses.
Dissolution: She can sing at a supersonic level that disassociates molecules and dissolves any non-organic material it hits. This can be controlled precisely between dissolving large objects or even dissolving a small contained hole in a wall.
Sleep: This is not always effective and is particularly weak against Powers and especially intelligent people. However normal people will be swiftly lulled to sleep, and it effects anyone within hearing range. This only works on people who can hear it.
Aural Rend: With this she screams. It causes an incredibly amount of pain and prolonged exposure can cause people's heads to explode, but that takes about ten minutes. This only works on people who can hear it.
Reformation: With this she can fix recently broken inorganic objects to the exact state they were before. She was known long ago for having snuck into a tomb in the night by dissolving the wall, stealing everything, and then putting it back together so nobody knew until the next body came to be buried.
Peace Aura: She can sing a song that exudes a sense of peace. It calms the angry and removes all Powers within its radius including her own. She uses this to mediate between powers, and occasionally to fight. It leave natural physical prowess but all energy is negated. This means she is generally the strongest thing present what with having and incredibly strong snake tail. This negates powers of anyone in range, but the calming effect applies only to people who can hear it.
Creation: This requires her full concentration, but it essentially allows her to take inorganic matter and reshape it with her voice. She can remake organic matter as well, but it requires magically binding permission from the being.
Restoration: This is her most powerful vocal ability and is also the only one bound to a particular melody. If she sings this every organic thing within range is shielded, and its regeneration is exponentially multiplied. It is fully capable of reviving the dead as they were. Evil magic that acts against it boomerangs back to its caster. The melody itself is said to be unbelievably beautiful, and bring tears and joy to even the hardest of hearts. It is said to bring happy memories to anyone that hears it. Only true evil cannot be effected by its calming effect. Anything purely evil within its range becomes a contradiction and must flee lest they are torn apart.
Equipment: She creates clothes with her Creation ability, but other than that has nothing on her.
Extra: Almost entirely in rp she will use her vocal abilities. The sorcery is in case say Cthulu shows up, at which point she is fully capable of contesting him.
