Lightning walked closer and raised her hand. A strong wind suddenly leapt up pushing on the GLASS official(he is not immobilized or anything just enough to to make it exceedingly difficult to say, fire a railgun at her.) Then she spoke, "Says the man allowing a Superhuman assassin to get away. One of us will walk away from this with additional innocent blood on our hands today, and no matter how it goes it will not be me."

I teleport back to the rooftop and aim my high powered anti tank rifle at lighting, "Your heads looking 12 feet tall" I say before firing a round directly at her head

I woke up in a minute, still wincing in pain. "Hey...I have to go do something..." I walk out of the door, hitting a few things and being disoriented. I try to look straight, but the sound from everything I see was transmitted to my brain. I was hearing through my eyes and ears. It was terrible. I stumbled down the stairs and fell over the railing. I see Brendan in the distance and a superhuman...abusing him? My vision begins to straighten as I focus...

"You're going to play the vigilante game?" Brendan smirked, knowing he had the upper hand. "My officers caught that. And, we caught you." Brendan stroked his armor and five officers popped out of the ground. An electromagnetic field linked guns with their armor and would render any electrical attacks useless. Brendan then lifted his railgun and aimed it at her. "Now, you're going to be drawn in for some questioning. That there was one of my subcommanders, and you have just assaulted someone."

Grey woke up to the clacking of wheels on concrete, and the squeaking of long un-oiled trucks. Grey sat up, and looked out the window. Celeste was still awake and trying to ride his old skate board. Grey got out of bed and walked down to backyard. "Remember when I gave it to you?" He asked as he walked out. "You saw me riding it, and wanted it, your parents asked if you wanted your own, but you were a spoiled little girl, and insisted on having mine, eventually I got tired of your crying and gave it to you." Grey laughed. "You never actually used it too long after I gave it to you, just put it away like some collectible item, or antique."

Lightnings electric field caught the sniper bullet and slowed it significantly at which point she hit it with a lightning bolt and destroyed it. Then she pivoted into a crouch and threw an immense lightning bolt at the sniper with her left hand(as in when it misses a chunk of that side of the building is gone). @Yappi At the same time with her right hand she generated a massive gust of wind knocking the soldiers off the rooftop, and clipping the man with the rail gun

I teleport away and decide to do another hit. I see the target but the only shot is from a alley wayBefore i fire i see he has handled it. I am confronted by a cop, while im killing a target. I look at him for a second "uhhh, im bird watching.... with a high powered rifle" He about handcuffs me before i get a cruel grin and shove my knife into his throat and kicking him to the side. It covers my clothes in blood before i come back to my senses. disgusted with my own actions and shivering i sit in the suite covered in blood. I think there is a test from Big Bob later, but i dont come due to the obvious.

Hibiki awakens to find Kirsty gone. She seemed to have recovere, so Hibiki decides to head to the training dimemsion. From there he would focus on working on his electricity. With the ring and gloves he works on improving that power. The lighter serves to give more voltage.

Brendan was knocked back by the wind. "Where's Kirstin when you neeeeeed heeeerr...." I mustered up the courage and despite the noise, my perception accelerated to a terribly high degree. To the point the electric girl couldn't see me move. (Amplification time!)


I run up to her and deliver a swift punch to her face, particles of air even suspended in my vision. My eyes glowed blue as I hit her down again in mid-air down into the ground. "DON'T" Before she hit the ground, I kicked her towards the building, leaping after her again and hitting down from the top, before she hits the building. "TOUCH MY CAPTAIN!" I held her down on the ground, my fist cocked back and electricity arcing to my eyes. Brendan finished his sentence. "....to fight-woah. Kirstin?" Brendan turned from the place I was lying to where I am now, holding the woman and almost ready to kill her. "Wow. That was fast." I didn't listen to him and just stared intently at the woman, breathing heavily. The noise of the blood rushing through her head was mixed with an electrical crackle, and it began to make my head pound again. I was about to punch but the noise made me double over and scream in pain, holding my ears.





@Abberakelaran (So basically the reason I included Brendan talking was to emphasis Kirsty's speed and how mad she was xD even though she's sixteen you don't want to mess with her when she's mad)

Jon stood up quickly and smiled. "Wow. It doesn't hurt anymore." He waved to the guy and then ran away, following Starling.

"Fruits...fruits...yes!" Starling opened the back and found a recipe book and a manual as well as a large amount of fruits. He also pulled out the blender, which was quite literally shaped like a mini particle accelerator. "Wow, that's handy." He plugged it into a roof outlet and started figuring things out. "I'm desperate for smoothies, so pardon me if my mind doesn't function correctly. I have no idea how this works."

Jon tilted his head at the man. His appearance was rather different than his personality. It just didn't match up. He shook his head and mentally shrugged before walking closer to the machine. "Geez. Lightning almost lost consciousness but held on. Suddenly her eyes snapped open and she placed her hand on her newest attackers chest and delivered several hundred thousand volts of electricity to their chest. As they fly back she rises up. Her eyes are glowing white and she is floating, but there is clearly not intelligence in her eyes only rage. Her hand flew up and black fierce lightning dances over her entire body. She raised her hands and flung a blast of lightning at the woman, along with a gust of wind to knock her off balance. (it is still possible to get to her but there are strong winds around her now so kirsty will have to use powers, also hitting her will hurt like a bitch)

I finally stand up and i walk into the GLASS mess hall, I haven't washed off yet so my clothes are drenched in blood. I get some food weakly and sit, my face concealed by my hood.

I made myself intangible but was too late. The electricity arced through me, causing pain. However, it went straight from my chest to my eyes, causing them to glow a bright blue and hazy red. "Excellent." I opened my eyes to unleash a blast of electricity. This time, it felt different. It didn't tingle. It was hot, and hazed the air around it. I walked forwards towards the glowing woman, the sizzling of the energy crashing through the lightning in the air. I couldn't see much through the haze, and the ringing had grown terribly loud. GLASS officers around me began deploying an electrical field, containing the electricity from the woman. Brendan had even stood up to point a blunt stun weapon at her. I kept going until I felt myself slipping unconscious...my vision went black and white...but the haze was growing stronger. I could feel whatever I was looking at melt under the heat and electricity. Brendan fired the blunt stun weapon. However, that was a decoy; the real enemy was an antimatter grenade that landed in the field. It exploded and nulled most noise out of the area, and I could feel myself breathing with relief. The electricity died down, and two GLASS officers ran forward with handcuffs. I fell on my knees, cracking the ground and feeling myself slip away...

Jon chuckled. "Okay. Calm down. It's just a smoothie." He shook his head and sat down on the roof, watching Starling work. "Honestly, there isn't a big deal with them. Sure, they're good, but I've had better on my planet."

Starling whirled around. "PLANET?! Well, Mister Alien, I've never left this earth save for low earth orbit, so this is the best shit I've got!" Starling turned back to the machine and began licking his mouth as he put the fruits in. "I got it!" Starling powered up the machine and the fruit began spinning around the double loop machine, smashing into each other little by little in the middle. The result of the smush was dropping into a light fluffy liquid, which then fell into a jar. Dr. Starling stared at the smoothie with intent. "Ohh yes...I haven't looked at anything this way since..." Dr. Starling scratched his face a little bit. "Never, actually. OH HURRY UP YOU MACHINE!" Starling shot electricity from his eyes into the power plug, speeding up the fruit spinning rate and also making a terrible screeching noise. "Yes!!"

Neo skated away before doing a flip with the skateboard. She had been practicing for a while, since she had at least four cuts now, but nonetheless she pretty much nailed it. She rode back around, flailing her arms at Grey smiling like mad. "TADAA! I actually did something" she laughed.

I stay silent and i push the napkins back. My knife is coated in a thick poison "ya know i went to a institute for years, completely off the record. Death was my old name, over 2000 people killed. Women, men, children.. i killed them all. Then again, maybe im better, or maybe i got better at hiding it" i say lifting my hood to show a insane look in my eye.

The antimatter grenade hit some of Lightnings lightning and ripped it away. It ripped a hole in her side out with it exposing the bone of her ribcage. Power glowed out of her side and suddenly shot up into the sky. Clouds formed over the city instantly, roiling and black. Eight lightning bolts struck the roof around her and the explosion blasted her into the air. She flew up into the air and then arced back down but there was no rooftop to land on except the outer edges(where your chars would be). She fell straight through the middle and landed with the crunch of several bones breaking including several ribs. She coughed up blood and began to bleed from her ears and eyes as she lost consciousness. Moments later rain hit the rooftop and all of the city as a rainstorm began. (after reading that back, holy shit is it a good thing GLASS has advanced medicine.)

"And you busted yourself up in the process." Grey thumped her forehead, and chuckled. "Be careful."
