"Alright then!" Brendan walked to the railgun room and opened the door. Arrays of railguns lined the walls. "Now, pick your favorite. The specs are written on the side." He stroked his face as he thumbed through the manual. He could feel stubble growing again.

"I love this building too." Dr. Starling smiled at the man on the roof. This was Dr. Starling's other favorite roof, next to the one he fought Cat on as well as the GLASS building. "It's very quiet, isn't it? Too bad GLASS is taking over it soon." Dr. Starling looked down at his feet, the usual electricity wasn't crackling in his eyes nor was he throwing things around or hunting Kirsty with salt. "I miss Sanfield before GLASS, man."

"Dude...it takes so long for you to make electricity." I knew my perception was accelerated and his movement was slowed in my eyes, but this took almost forever for me. "Here, just use this." I pulled out what looked like a lighter. It had two settings. Spark and Burn. I switched to the spark setting and flicked one on the ring. "There. You can buy these lighters at the merchandise store for twelve dollars. It has a million uses too!"

"I guess this works better than a stun gun," he says to Kirsty. He then turns on the spark and sparks at the ring so that it can contain the electricity. Then tries making a spark, and this time an instant spark much bigger than last time.

Starling then picked up a rock and chucked it at the carrier, a ridiculously loud whoosh and compression noise from the throw. Even with Starling's strength, it propelled the rock towards the carrier. It only bounced off the hull, but it took about fifteen seconds from the noise to be heard. "I guess they're a bit glorified. But I'm alright with them staying here. They make great smoothies!" Starling pulled out two glasses of smoothies he bought earlier. With GLASS tech, they were still cold. He handed one to the man. "What's your name, by the way? I'm Doctor Randall Starling. But you can call me Randy." It felt good to say his old nickname after a long time.

It was a little over an hour since Valentina had finished watching a movie, and she thought it would be a good idea to go around Sanfield because criminals don't sleep and she didn't mind being a nightowl sometimes.


GLASS could watch over the city all they wanted, but that fact wouldn't deter the young woman. She flew at low speeds down the street, waving to some of the citizens that were, giving a cute smile as well.

I have 8 rounds on my belt and 10 in my bag. I go over to the target and within 3 seconds using my increased perception i fire 4 rounds into the target completely blowing it away. I hit with unfaltering aim. A normal person would take 8 seconds just to load,cock and fire a single round

Jon nodded and grabbed the smoothie before sipping it gingerly. Normally, he wouldn't accept any kind of drink from a stranger. "Wow. This is good." He nodded and drank some more. "And it's not like I have a problem with them either...." He shrugged. "It's just....different."

Within three seconds of low hums and empty whooshes, the target had completely disappeared from existence. "Now, you wish you could do that to armor and people, right?" Brendan handed Harmony the package of rounds. "You can choose whichever. Or you can get a double barreled railgun and fire both."

"Yeah. Apparently they made these smoothies in a particle accelerator by smashing banana, mango, and strawberry molecules together." Starling sipped from the smoothie. "I don't think that's really how they make the smoothies." Starling turned to the man and a smile crept up his face. "Do you want to go steal one of their smoothie machines?"

Hibiki would wave back and then would be on his way. Then he would train on focusing his body as he wore the ring and gloves. With the lighter Kirsty gave him, he would be using that to charge the ring with electricity. For now he would work on his body's limits and adjust himself to the electricity. Since he couldn't fight he would have to avoid combat at all costs, so he went straight back to his apartment.

"hmph" I say grabbing rail gun and picking loading it "true but im the only marksmen in glass that can do this" I say going to a window and opening it. i shoot 6 miles into the city and 5 minutes later theirs a call about a terrorist dead "Beat that hot shot" i say before leaving Lucia there and sitting down "Is there any way to outfit Lucia to shoot rails?"

"Alright. That cart right there. You go distract that girl..." Starling looked at her awkwardly. "It looks like she's never used a straw before or...wait don't even think about that. Anyways, I'll go grab the machine. The officer won't see me. Ready? Break." Starling jumped down the side of the building and landed gently. He walked across the street, waiting at the smoothie stand.

"Damn. That's good." Brendan then pulled out something labeled Rail Fluid. He pulled out a round and coated it in the fluid. He then put the round on the rails and it floated nicely. "Yeah, just add rail fluid. It's permanent until the round explodes. Also, rail fluid smells great." There was a flower drawn on the bottle of rail fluid.

While he walks back home, Hibiki takes a moment and tries to make more sparks. He does his best not to overextend and only makes small sparks. Things seem to be going along well, and it seems to be doing great. Eventually he decides to walk all over Sanfield again only to see Kirsty again. He decides to approach her and say, "Hey Kirsty again. I'm just walking around so I don't really have anything to do," he says calmly as he disables the sparks he made through his gloves.
