For an organization like them they must have secrets. Of course it's not he has no reason to find those secrets. Still the radiation got him curious. In any case, he heads off to explore the city of Sanfield.

When it comes to Hibiki, walking in the streets of Sanfield can be very dull sometimes. Of course he hasn't actually explored the entire city, but what purpose does it have to do so? If anything he would just perform an odd job, and that would be it. So for now he would take a job which was to perform some extreme heavy labor for a huge pay. It was easy with Ultimate Kuuga, and now he walks the streets once more.
