I smirked at the door and quickly realized that this wasn't a test of just one or the other. I cocked my fist back and hit it with speed and strength, this time an intense shockwave radiating from the hit site. It kind of knocked me back and made me feel funny inside. I thought back to the time I was swimming with Grey, making a tidal wave. I pulled it back again and this time, hit with all my strength....

The door fell right off its hinges and the water drained into the next room, only filling half of it this time. I took a few deep breaths and looked at Harmony. "Speed, so I guess we have to run or swim down those two corridors to destabilize the water an-" I was interrupted by the filling of the room. I swam down to the corridor and stood there, increasing my density and digging my feet into the floor.

Grey looked at the cat. It's eyes pierced through him. It knew what he was. "Animals are sensitive to the paranormal, you know?" Grey looked back at Celeste. "I need a shower, do you have any clothes I can wear?" Grey walked over to the bathroom.

I follow along. Slipping effortlessly through the water like a dolphin or snake. When i reach the end I Increase my scales density making myself sink like a rock so I can stay anchored.

Neo pouted and rested Axel on the floor, before walking upstairs. She soon returned with a pile of clothes in her hand and handed it to him. "Those should fit you..." she said before returning to the living room.

I gave the thumbs up and sprint-swam down the corridor, a huge cavitation shockwave forming after me. I remained dense as to not get hurt, and I fell through the end of the hallway into the next room. It was only a matter of seconds before the water rushed from the cavitation into the next room.

I fall into the room as well, sputtering "I always hated water..." I say my eye twitching (yes she's still insane... Just got better at hiding it) "irrelevant anyways what's the next test?l

Grey showered up quickly, scrubbing the stench of hell out of his skin and hair. He put the clothes on and walked out, still drying his hair with a towel. "Did anything else happen while I was in hell?" Grey said coming out into the living room.

"Umm...Not that i know of..." She shrugged, before picking up her book. "I...was mostly cooped up inside.." she nodded, staring out of the window. "I think something about GLASS and a civil war..."

"I think that it involves timiiiing..." I said, interrupted by a loud bang. Water flooded into the room instantly as six torpedoes were headed straight for us. I easily dodged one of them, but the explosion knocked the rest into an unpredictable pattern and began bouncing around the walls. I saw that there were two cracked portions in the wall which we had to somehow aim one torpedo each...at the SAME TIME...to destroy. Let's do it anyways, I guess. I ducked over another torpedo, this was getting increasingly tiring in the water.

"Tsk." Grey threw off the towel and flipped his hair back. "I'm not getting involved, and I need you to make sure not to tell anyone I'm alive." Grey put his hand in his pockets and sat down. He clicked his tongue against his teeth, and the cat came to him, sitting on his lap. He pet it and looked at Celeste. "When'd you get it?"

I am nearly exausted... I move around quickly grabbing a tornado and throwing it at the cracked session. I nearly pass out, I get flung against a cement wall and I'm out cold. The torpedo lands on the crack.

Neo looked up from her book, sighing. "I found him a little while after you left..." She then nodded before returning her gaze to her book. "And i'll keep that promise, Besides...GLASS seems like a piece of shitty work.." she grumbled.

"You don't even know..." Grey thought back, to his situation with the Doctor. "They could cause more problems here soon enough." Grey sighed. "So what are you going to do now?" the cat climbed onto his shoulder.

Neo shrugged. "I was planning to waste my life away...Since everything is crumbling apart..." she rolled her eyes at that statement, but he didn't even know half of it. "I never made a plan really..." She used her finger to pet the cat, smiling.

At the same time, I swung a torpedo around and it hit the wall, breaking it. I grabbed Harmony as I also nearly pass out from the exhaustion. Both of us flood out of the room into a warm room, every surface covered in towels. I lay there with Harmony on my lap, nearly passing out...

Brendan ran in and quickly checked if both Kirsty and Harmony were alright. Neither of them were drowned, just tired. He turned the heat up and left a newspaper he had also sent to the Sanfield Press, as well as two subcommander badges.

This is Jane Manning back to you with a broadcasted report of the esteemed Captain of GLASS, Brendan Cardinal, announcing some very intriguing news!

There weren't a lot of people there. Understandable. The citizens of Sanfield were incredbily resilient, but the barrage of attacks no doubt had them fearful and reeling.


Valentina set herself up particularly close to the ocean. She started making a sandcastle and a little girl joined in.


"Hi."

"You look weird. Why are you at the beach by yourself?" The little girl stared at her.


"Ahaha..." Valentina shrugged not having much of an answer.
