[IC Thread] Act 1, Scene 2 : Seas of Blue and Red... [Creation is your oyster]

"Coriander..." Misora reached out to her friend as she walked away. "You aren't imposing..." She looked at her friend with a smile, she then spoke again, softly. "I haven't gotten to see you all day, I missed you."

Misora wasn't sure if she should have done that, Tsunami and Coriander had a bit of tension between them. And not the good kind. But she did miss her dear friend, and pretty much was having withdrawals... Kind of.

The captain nodded at the manner that Misora ran after her relative before shrugging as she returned to keeping an eye out as the ship lead the flotilla towards safe harbor.

"It's alright, you were obviously having a lot of fun, don't let me ruin it for you." she said with a thin smile, unsure how to take that reaction but still playing along "I'll be fine here, the fresh air of the sea is revigorating." she offered sheepishly, gazing at Misora calmly.

"Look over there, serious ol' Tsunami's taking it personal, don't toy around with her, she's a proud woman, even if she's a poor judge of character." casually Coriander ruffled Misora's hair in a manner reminescent of how Tsunami did it, they probably had more in common than they would care to admit "It's alright, you can run along, I won't go anywhere." she figured the adorable Ledaal was worried that she would get jealous or some such.

"Oh... Okay..." Misora backed away, heading back towards Tsunami, looking back at Coriander as she did. Misora was quite confused... Usually Coriander would have jjust dragged her off somewhere without even considering that she may have been talking to someone. She was worried, but she didn't press further.

"I'm... I'm sorry about that, Captain..." She looked down at her feet sheepishly. "I didn't know..."

"Ah?" an eyebrow rose at the contrite manner that Misora spoke, it's clear that the captain had to have great self control given how... vulnerable and meek the air aspect appeared, almost as if asking to be ravished in much the manner a rabbit prostrating itself before a wolf was asking to be eaten.

"Don't worry about it, go along... I'm sure my younger cousin will enjoy playing with you." Of course, the manner that she spoke implied a certain type of... play normally associated with Cynis.

"Oh..." it was evident in her voice she was devastated. It was confusing, both women kept telling her to go to the other. She didn't know what to do, she sighed and decided to listen to the Captain. "I'll see you for dinner... Captain." Then, turning around, she took in a deep breath and ran after Coriander.

What am I doing? I'm supposed to be moving on... And here I am chasing after her once again. I'm weak...

She reached Coriander and stopped. She looked at her friend, obviously saddened or something. Maybe just confused, well, definately confused. The poor girl...

Coriander had been leaning against a door, enjoying a quiet smoke pensively until Coriander ran back to her, obviously wrought with worry and anguish, causing a pang in the grown woman's chest as she circled her with her arms, smiling as if nothing could ever be wrong, fully 'ignoring' her distress "Hey there, sweetling, back so soon?" she teased mildly, quickly moving on "I'm sick of the ocean already, let's go back to my cabin." she offered while pulling her gently down bellow the deck, so they could actually have some privacy.

She figured her best friend wanted to talk and seeing her expression it wasn't all that pleasant.

Misora nodded silently and followed Coriander, occassionally glancing at her as they walked. The silence was awkward, it made Misora worry even more. She made a mistake. She must have done something wrong. Did she ruin their friendship?

Why do I have to be so stupid... I should have just told her a long time ago. But, I can't, can I? Stupid.

"What's wrong Misora?" she asked at last once inside her cabin, the door closed behind her, gazing worriedly at her friend "Seriously, you look like a total mess, you're even shaking a little bit!" she sighed heavily, sitting on a nearby chair and gesturing for Misora to use the bed to seat herself "Did Tsunami hurt your feelings or something? She can be a bitch like that, I'm sorry if she did, I should have known better than to tell you to go talk to her..." she seemed genuinely regretful.

"You know you're my best friend..." she smiles warmly, getting up and leaning down so she can kiss Misora's forehead, while stroking her hair "Aren't you?"

Misora, trying to muster all the courage she had, was planning on telling Coriander. But she just couldn't. She looked up at just the right time as Coriander was about to kiss her on the forhead. And before she could process what was happening, her body spoke for her. Raising her head just a bit, as to catch the kiss. It was a pleasant few seconds before Misora realized what had happened, then it dawned on her. She made a huge mistake, she should not have done that!

At first the innocent kiss did not register fully with Coriander and even when it did a few seconds later she didn't say anything, merely stepping back with a blank expression of shock.

The silence was deafening and heavy as lead on the shoulder of the young Ledaal until with the sound of her voice Coriander broke it "I'll be honest, that's not what I was expecting." she smiled impishly, giggling "So you're... into girls, aren't you?" she purred out distractedly, leaving her signature kiseru on the small bedside table as she caught her beautiful friend's chin before she could turn her face away.

"Is that what you've been wanting?" she whispered softly, not quite sure what this meant for them, but being at least aware enough to get the message. Her friend wanted into her pants at the moment and she wasn't entirely unwilling to entertain the notion.

Nodding nervously to all of what Coriander said, Misora was shocked at her own actions and wasn't quite registering Coriander's words properly. She was still dazed even as Coriander grabbed her chin. Then she snapped out of her reverie and looked her friend in the eye. "I... Ummm... Yes..."

She wasn't sure what to expect next. Surely it wouldn't be that easy. All this pain for years and all it took was a stolen kiss?

"Really, well alright then." Coriander chuckled darkly, smirking widely as she lightly slid her hands to Misora's forearms, grabbing them tight and pinning her down on the bed, following her on it, straddling her and pressing against her as she did so, her face a mere inch away from hers, their breath tickling each other's lips.

"I always had my doubts, that you were more perverted than you let on. The lingerie and the novels, I thought you were waiting for the right man... but I was wrong, wasn't I?" her lips coil into a wide grin, almost predatory in nature, the sultry vixen enjoying her hold on the female Terrestrial under her "You're a lesbian..." she says it with a rather surprising amount of satisfaction, pressing her lips down against Misora's in a gentle kiss, very tender.

Still holding her friend's arms in place, she parted their lips, speaking to her with an amused expression "Hiding so much from me, I should spank you..."

"I'm... I'm sorry... I thought you wouldn't like me the same way I liked you. So I hid it from you so I could at least keep our friendship..." Misora looked up at Coriander, blush on her cheeks already. She was enjoying this a lot. She had waited years and years for something like this to happen. She finally got what she wanted.

But now... She was at a loss. She didn't know how to proceed. She had always fantasized about this, but she never really put much thought in exactly what she should do. Things were always done to her in her mind.

Yoran suppressed his grin (and rampant imagination) upon seeing Misora and Coriander enter the latter's cabin. He was however a bit disappointed - now that the cat was likely out of the bag, the teasing potential was drastically reduced.

He rejoined the captain on the deck. "How are things proceeding, Captain?" he asked in a conversational tone. "Can we look forward to a serene evening? Or will the night be frantic and agitated?"

"You should have known better, you know I'm always open-minded, especially when it comes to my favorite Ledaal in the world, isn't that right Misora?" her hands wandered all over her body, settling on the small of her back, stroking idly even as she kissed her again, this time a bit more deeply, taking her time to admire the gentle scent of her need and her skin flushed with heat, desire and hesitation.

"Now, I'll have to punish you a bit..." she grins wickedly, tilting her head slightly as she leans down to whisper into her ear her secret request, it would be very interesting to see what would come of it.

Misora blinked at the request. It was very easily done. She smiled weakly, responding with a small "Of course... I'll be sure to go back to my cabin after dinner... I'll do exactly as you said." Now she waited for Coriander to get off. If she said they'd do this later, then Misora was sure that she'd get off soon... She hoped.

Coriander let go of Misora's arms, slipping off her though laying right next to her, closing her fingers around the young Ledaal's, smiling warmly at her "I'm going to make you squeal. Fufufufufu..." in all their years together that laughter had always been the prelude to Coriander scheming in some fashion, though in this case it was more arousing than anything.

Slipping one hand through Misora's hair, Coriander flashed her one of her usual confident and yet unbelievably attractive grins "Need a kiss before going, little minx?" she teased her but it was good-hearted, always that had been a part of their relationship and it was reassuring to know that some things would never change.

Her smile grew as Coriander ran her hand through Misora's hair. She nodded and replied "O-of course I would..." Words could not describe how happy Misora was right now. She had gotten everything she wanted... Well, almost. It was a good step in the right direction, anyway.

She was glad that some aspects of their relationship stayed the same. It was something she wouldn't want to be gone. Coriander teasing her was apart of her everyday life and she'd miss it otherwise.

Coriander giggled softly at the affirmation, understanding just how affectionate her friend could be when she wasn't being so shy and awkward that she crumbled under the weight of her own guilt. Without any more need for confirmation she pulled her on top of her, circling her waist and holding her gently as their lips met, their embrace passionate and lasting far too long, yet it felt like they parted so soon as to have barely brushed against one another.

Yawning softly, the proud woman let herself drift on her bed "I'll see you tonight, lovely Misora." she winked, knowing that her friend danced to her tune.

"That you will, Coriander..." Misora picked herself off of the Cynis and straightened herself out before quietly leaving the cabin. She might as well get ready for dinner now. So she went back to her cabin and got re-dressed. As she undressed, she looked over at the book she had read this morning over on her bed and smiled. After getting fully dressed, she went over to said book and sighed. A lot can happen in one day.

She decided to go back on deck for a while. Just watching the waves as she quietly thought to herself.

"Well... we should have a serene night... hopefully, quiet enough for you to enjoy yourself," the cool look on Tsunami's face said she wasn't going to be baited that easily by the fire aspect.

"Enjoyment really seems to fit the mood as of late," Yoran commented innocently. "Pardon my curiosity, but have you ever seen an elemental dragon such as the one we met earlier during your travels? I have travelled only twice out of the Blessed Isle, and I have heard little of this subject at the Heptagram. I wondered if someone as experienced as you with seafaring matters could enlighten me."

Slightly further away from where Misora stood by the railing contemplating life, creation and everything... Captain Cynis Tsunami was talking to Yoran.

"Something that large? I'm afraid not... but I have heard that there have been sightings of elemental dragons that size to the West," the manner she said west didn't mean west as in to their west, but rather the West of Creation. "Rare sightings beneath the waves... but that's just hearsay or... as they say... gossip in the fleet."

"I see," Yoran said, while leaning his back against the railing. "Do you have other interesting gossip to share? Mysterious occurings, legends of the sea, the sort of things that you might have encountered during your journeys." The Fire aspect was indeed in an inquisitive mood.
