Don't worry YOU WILL reach the level soon. It's all in the details and considering the surrounding settings around your character not solely your character. For example in Lucem's post his character was examining other examinees from a distance and describing the material on them and how it appears to his character.
It's not an immediate thought for a writer to consider what is around, it takes practice and some thought into it.

I'm not sure if this is correct, but I think Offense refers to Strength and Defense refers to Resistance. Explanations on Strength, Resistance, and other stats can be found in the Rules tab.

Resistance alters the amount of defense rolls you are allowed to make. When somebody attacks your character, they will use dice to perform an attack roll and your character will perform a defense roll. If the number on your die is lower, the attack hits. If the number on their die is lower than or equal to yours, the attack is successfully blocked and no damage is taken.
As of right now, we can only roll one die for attack and defense. By increasing your resistance stat, you can make more defense rolls. Strength allows you to make more attack rolls.
Since Technique isn't listed in the IC, I don't think Resilience would be Dodge. As Quirk said, it is likely Health. Health shows how much damage your character can take before being defeated.
