*Eva walks onto stage slowly and quietly wearing a light blue dress with blue flats and smiles sweetly at the crowd shaking Cesers hand firmly before sitting down saying softly* Hello Ceser.

"Hello Eva. Arn't you elegant tonight?" He said. "Just one of the many perks of the Capitol. Here you been enjoying your stay?"

Yes, thank you very much for noticing. I wanted to look my best and my stay has been just wonderful. *Eva smiles sweetly at him*

Cesar put on his best smile and "I'm glad you have been treated well. Heck, better than well right?" He chuckled a little. "So, did you know Leo before coming here? It seems like he wishes to protect you."

I saw him often in the village, but we never talked much. It must be because of being on the same side but he seems like a very kind person. *Eva says softly and smiles a little*

"That's the impression I got, wouldn't you agree?" The last part he said to the audience. "Maybe a little ruthless, though. Do you plan on teaming with him? Don't give too much away, but what's your strategy?"

Ah, haha to be fair I'll be behind the scenes. I have no big advantages sadly so it's follow the leader kind of thing. *Eva says with a small smile*

"And your leader is strong enough to save you, I'm sure. Any last comments before you leave?" Cesar looked like he was sad she was leaving and wanted to spend more time with her.

I wish you all the best and wish everyone in the arena their absolute best. Have a good everyone. *Eva says with a smile to Cesar and the audience.

"Now comming to the stage, Richard Johnson from District 12!"

Richard walked onto the stage, confident in only one thing, these people would simply never care, nevertheless, he walked to Cesar, and politely extended his hand for a handshake, "Hi... how are you?" was all he said, I'm going to try and get through this as quickly as possible he thought

"Oh I'm just fantastic! Thanks for asking!" Cesar said delightfully. "I trust you have been treated like royalty?"

"Yeah..." Richard said, remembering the suite he had been given, "but it's not really my style, I'm used to conditions in district 12... in fact, I kind of wish that some of my friends were given that, instead of me... especially my friend, Rachel.. " he looked away for a second, he missed her.. more than he should.

Cesar leaned in closer. "Who's Rachel?" He was trying to build tension, and the crowd seemedc to be buying into it.

pulled back out from his thoughts, Richard said "Rachel? She's my.. friend.. She's helping to take care of my family while I'm gone.. I've known her for years... I realized a moment ago that I miss her more than I would miss a friend though.. i think I won't be able to tell her though....", he knew that the people in the capitol would eat that up... but truth was, these were real feelings, not some show to parade in front of the decadence and pomp of these savage people... but still.. it helped to tell someone

"Well, your live right now. If she doesn't see it then someone will surly tell her" Cesar stated. He knew he was digging into private stuff, but the Capitol would like it no matter what he answered. If he didn't talk, then they would like his resilience and maybe try to keep him alive long enough to find out. If he did tell now, then they might feel sympathy.

"I... I think I need to tell her myself... after I win," now Richard had a reason to win... he had to try now... for Rachel... "You know... Cesar.. you're always interviewing everyone.. but we never know about you... tell me about you, if you don't mind.." now he was going for interesting.. he had never had a reason to trick the capitol.. now he did.. for Rachel...

"Well, there isn't much to me really" he said. He was slightly uncomfortable, as this had never happened before. "I just love to get to know people. I'm unique, you're unique, everyone in this room is unique!" With the last comment he threw up his hands. "I just want to know people, that's all. Now, if you don't mind me asking, what are you planing to do in the arena? You surly must have a strategy of some kind."

"I do... but why would I say it in an interview.. I don't want the other tributes to know it." He chuckled a bit, that question seemed a little.. ridiculous to him.. of course he played it off as if he thought it was a joke

"It looks like we are out of time" Cesar said frowning a little. Good luck and may the odds be ever in your favor."
All of the interviews are now over. Before we start, I need team status on Roger and Olivia..
I'm also going to skip showing out talents for a score. If it ever comes up later, just give a reasonable number for your character.

So Shog when do we start?

Leo was in the Preperation room below the arena. His stylist was explaining that the grey and black suits were water resistant and had a light thermal. He caught the information he needed, but was thinking about what he had told his team. He said "When the gong sounds, grab anything useful without going too far towards the cornucopia. Then book it west and we will meet up. If there is a major barrier west, head east. If for whatever reason east is blocked, head north. Don't get a big head. We can not take the cornucopia for our selves." He hoped they listened.

Leo stepped into the tube and it soon rose up to the arena. He saw a forest with large trees and boulders everywhere excepte the area surrounding the cornucopia. Everything had moss on it in at least one place. Several small streams ran here and there. Everything was clear to the West. Items were scattered around, but the more valuable ones were in the center. He spotted a spear he liked, but it was fairly clots to the cornucopia. There was a bag he thought he could get to first as well as a couple of knives.

-----

Alex ignored his stylists babbling and was greatful when he rose to the arena. He took in his surroundings carefully. He saw weapons he wanted and chose his targets. 'This is going to be fun…' he thought.

Olive's hands were shaking as her stylist was going through vivid details of the do's and don'ts. "Do find water fast. Don't stay there for too long. Do cook raw food before you eat. Don't start a fire at night. Do try to leave the cornucopia with at least a small dagger. Don't get too close to the middle." Her mind was racing really wishing she had a piece of paper to write everything down.

The next few moments passed by in a blur. There was hugging and crying one moment and suddenly she was standing in a platform staring at a gigantic metal sculpture that, you guessed it, looked like a cornucopia.
Guess they don't get too creative with names. The cornucopia was filled with all types of deadly weapons, but her eyes focused at the care packages. There was one several feet in front of her and she figured that if she was able to reach it fast enough she could dart away before one of the weapons was sticking out of her body. She looked around looking at all of the different emotions that crossed the other tribute's faces. Fear, anger and even glee was being shown. Her face showed fear.

Carmen wasn't anxious on getting out there, she new that this was not a game anymore. Sure training had been tough, but you were safe back there. Now it was either them or her. Carmen hoped for the later. The bright sun blinded her for a second as her platform crept out of the tube and into the arena. She quickly scanned her surroundings looking for tall places she could climb or small places she could crawl in. She smiled at the sight of trees and boulders.

Carmen looked at the cornucopia and her eyes fell on a bright silver sword. It wasn't deep inside the metal cave, but it was far enough in for it to be a risk.
Am I willing to risk myself for a weapon. She looked around hoping to find something else near by. There were small daggers and a machete at a reasonable distance. She quickly formulated a plan in her head taking account that because of her age and physic she was faster than most. It seemed decent enough and there was a chance to escape at all points with at least a small weapon. She waited for the countdown to hit one positioning herself to bolt.

Eva listens to her stylist briefly, understanding the basics of what they were saying. When it was time to say her goodbyes, her little brother came alone and she told him to take care of their mom. He nodded but no tears were shed, they weren't close so why bother with tears? She gets lifted up to the arena seeing daggers and a small bag not too close to the cornucopia so she knows what she'll target.

Jason, standing in that room, alone, was preparing for the mental aggravation of the games. Olivia thought he loved her... well... it wouldn't matter in a week at most... she would be dead... What he needed to focus on was the other tributes.. especially that pesky tribute from 2... he would be a surefire ally.. until Jason had to stab him in the back.

No emotion, only pure force of will would win this.

Richard stood on the platform, with only one thought on his mind, "Rachel... I need to get back to you..." As he waited for the platform to raise, and for him to see the battleground... a million things suddenly hit his consciousness, the most important being the fact that he could die here... I may need to ally myself to the district 2 kid... for now... I need to be a ghost.. I'll run the other way, and find a place to hide.. then, when everything's quiet at the cornucopia.... I'll take whatever is left....
