You know I was thinking about the sealing cuffs thing again and how Seifer and Renee were using magic despite them and I was like, wondering how Lydia could figure out and realized that maybe because of the break up, she was thinking of Sasha and accidentally summoned her without saying the spell.

So I was thinking about the character that I was thinking about putting in here. xD I made the decision because I was like... every other RP I enter dies almost right out of the gate so why try joining new RPs and instead just stick with this one and just make more characters? But she's an old character, a ninja... and think like... Chenglei but worse and more of a shameless flirt and a lot less calm.
