I think in their relationship, Kenren was the one who went after Chenglei. I was thinking, maybe Kenren thought he was going to die and suddenly these beautiful purple eyes appear out of nowhere and he gets the brilliant idea of kissing that person before he passed out. And hence, Chenglei's first kiss was stolen.
