Fantasy Howl's Flying Castle - OOC

Here's a riddle for you:

A woman is sitting in her hotel room when there is a knock at the door. She opened the door to see a man whom she had never seen before. He said "oh I'm sorry, I have made a mistake, I thought this was my room." He then went down the corridor and in the elevator. The woman went back into her room and phoned security. What made the woman so suspicious of the man?

He went straight for the elevator.

OH! That reminds me of a creepy story. When I moved out of my mom's house I moved into a studio apartment with my boyfriend and one day I was sitting in the apartment watching TV. I left my door unlocked all the time because my mom moved into an apartment right down the hall and her and my sister were always coming over so I didn't see a reason to lock it and the door opens one day and there's just this random guy standing there looking around.

I was just like, "uh... can I help you with something?" And he just looked really confused and didn't even look at me and I think he mumbled some stuff and then he left again. D:

Here's another one:

A king has no sons, no daughters, and no queen. For this reason he must decide who will take the throne after he dies. To do this he decides that he will give all of the children of the kingdom a single seed. Whichever child has the largest, most beautiful plant will earn the throne; this being a metaphor for the kingdom. At the end of the contest all of the children came to the palace with their enormous and beautiful plants in hand. After he looks at all of the children's pots, he finally decides that the little girl with an empty pot will be the next Queen. Why did he choose this little girl over all of the other children with their beautiful plants?

I have no idea. xD I feel like the answer is there and I just can't get it.

Aaaaaah... yeah, I didn't get that at all. xD

I'll post an easier one then:

A man is trapped in a room. The room has only two possible exits: two doors. Through the first door there is a room constructed from magnifying glass. The blazing hot sun instantly fries anything or anyone that enters. Through the second door there is a fire-breathing dragon. How does the man escape?

I can just imagine the cast being lost in the manor and one-by-one being separated. Then to hear a voice trying to lure them somewhere.

Now hear this chilling news:all the windows would be blocked by debris or other furniture (the outer corridors would be collapsed and in-traversable) , meaning the only way out would be the main entrance (which is guarded by a spirit) and it would be lost in the maze of burnt rooms and corridors.

all the-while, something is watching them.
That would be spooky...

Her plant couldn't fit in the pot.

Lure the dragon into the magnifying glass room.

What has no weight...
Can be seen by the naked eye
