General: Humans are versatile and very numerous, the most populous race in Wonderland. Humans also have a tendency to be very innovative. They occupy all the regions of Wonderland, except the Shadowlands of course, and have massive architectural strongholds with cast cities and towns surrounding them. Humans are also very adaptable to most situations and settings.
Size: Humans average from 5 feet to 7 feet.

Abilities:
Determination: Should your character die, they get a second-wind with near-fatal injuries, a foggy mind, and unclear vision. This will not work a second time.
Subraces:
Northern: Humans of the North are tall and large, very defined, and strong. Men often sport long beards. The normal hair color for them is blonde with the eye color of blue, though there are some with brown hair.
Southern: Humans of the South have darker skin and both men and women usually have short, black hair. In some areas of the South, humans have lighter skin with red hair. The typical eye colors are brown and green. They are typically faster and more dexterous than others.
Eastern: Humans of the East have long, straight, black hair with black, almond-shaped eyes, though some have blue eyes. They are leaner than other humans, but they are deceptively strong.
Western: Humans of the West have pale skin and brown hair with brown eyes, though some have platinum hair with grey eyes. They aren't very strong, but they make up for it in intelligence and charm.
General: Veras are very similar to plants, but with a humanoid figure. In the place of blood is sap. They have roots, but they can retract them and form feet. They have a natural outer layer of armor, which helps because they cannot wear armor. Armor would bruise their leaves and block sunlight. Veras do not need to eat, they only need sunlight, water, and nutrients from their roots. They are not born like any other race. They spend their time within The Ancient, which is an extremely large tree in the Vera Forest, growing and maturing, absorbing knowledge and experience from its roots until they are of age to be released into the world. Inside the Vera Forest, they are the most powerful, which is why there has never been a successful invasion of the Vera Forest. Most veras prefer to stay secluded inside the Vera Forest, though a small number venture outside. Many feel uncomfortable when not surrounded by nature.
Size: Veras can range from 4 feet to almost 8 feet.

Abilities:
Telepathy: Speak directly to others' minds.
Root: Dig your roots into the earth to eat or recover your health.
Natural Form: Become your natural plant-form. You will become the same plant each time you use this skill.
Bark: Natural defense against light attacks.
Ancient Roots: While in Vera Forest, cast up to heavy spells without consequence.
Subraces:
Floral Vera: They sport colorful blossoms and their sap has healing properties.
Arbor Vera: They have a tougher layer of bark covering them and can be very tall
General: Fae look similar to humans with some differences. Their skin is slightly rougher, and their complexion can range from pale to human skin-tones to an ashy grey color. Their eyes are typically red, yellow, orange, pink, or silver. Their eyes also allow them to see well at night. Fae are famously known for being able to control magic without as many side-effects as other races, but they aren't immune, only resistant.
Size: Fae are on average 5 feet to 7 feet.
Languages: Common, Fae, Lo-Tongue
Abilities:
Mind over Matter: Strong willpower and resistance to insanity when casting spells.
Fae Blood: Strong resistance to poisons and sickness.
Subraces:
Blood Fae: Elongated fangs allow them to drain lifeblood from enemies and recover their own.
Mountain Fae: Tough skin protects them from light attacks, and horns on their heads allow them to detect sudden movement from afar.
General: A morphling is a creature with the ability to transform into human form as well. Creatures can range from things like house cats to large beasts like jabberwockies. In human form, they look like a normal human except for certain aspects that they retained from their creature form like wings, ears, or tusks. Morphlings were previously enslaved by the fae and even some humans before the emancipation after the establishment of the Four Royal Families.
Size: Morphlings typically can be 5 feet to 7 feet, depending on their creature.
Languages: Common, Lo-Tongue
Abilities:
Morph: Become your true creature form.
Natural Ability: Depending on your creature, you will have abilities such as flight, agility, or even fire breathing.
Subraces:
This depends on your creature. You might be a lion, cat, wyrm, jabberwocky, etc. If there is something you'd like to be that is irregular or of your own creation, go for it!
General: Eunumbras are shadowy beings that don’t actually have a physical form. They typically take the shape of a shadow human with glowing white eyes, though they cannot actually interact with anything physically. In order to do that, they have to posses an inanimate object. They prefer to possess things like dolls or mannequins, as they give a good range of movement. Eunumbras come from the Dream. Some theorize that an Eunumbra is created when a dead person’s spirit returns for unfinished business.
Size: This depends on the object possessed, but in shadow form, they are human-sized.

Abilities:
Possess: Become an inanimate object. Only things like dolls and mannequins can give you full range of movement. Possessing a teapot won’t do anything for you.
Telepathy: Speak directly to others' minds.
Metaphysical: You can only die if you are killed inside an inanimate object. While in shadow form, you cannot do anything but watch.
Subraces:
This depends on the object you possess. Common ones are mannequins, dolls, steam-mechanical humanoids, etc.
General: Silvarians are marine humanoids with smooth, silvery skin and fins. Their eyes are similar to those of a vera, but instead of green, they’re either blue, purple, or silver. Some of them have small horns at the top of their heads and running down their backs. Their teeth are sharper than that of a normal human. They have lightly-colored hair, usually light blue or white but sometimes darker colors. Most silvarians call the lakes of the West home, though they can be found around the seas surrounding the continent of Wonderland. Many humans find the look and song of a silvarian very alluring. Silvarians speak to each other through their songs.
Size: They average 5 feet to 6 feet.
Languages: Common, Silvarian
Abilities:
Dual breather: Ability to breathe underwater and above water.
Finned: Move faster while in water.
Scales: A natural defense against light attacks.
Song of the Sea: Lull unsuspecting targets.
Subraces:
Lake Silvarian: Typically smaller then ocean silvarians but faster on land.
Ocean Silvarian: Larger than lake silvarians with tougher scales.
General: Exitols are creatures of minerals and metals. They are very tough, and often very large. Depending on what the exitol is made of, that determines what it looks like. An exitol made of steel can look something like a machine, while one that is made of a stone-like material can look like a golem. Whatever they are made of, they can manipulate and add on to themselves at the cost of much concentration and exhaustion. An exitol is entirely made out of one material. Exitols are found in the mountains of the North but also underground in the labyrinths of the South. They are typically hired as miners, being paid with the mineral or metal of their type.
Size: An exitol can vary from 3 feet tall to 9 feet.

Abilities:
Combine: Take control of something made of your element at the cost of much concentration and exhaustion.
Subraces:
Metallic Exitol: More flexible and agile in form.
Crystalite Exitol: While more brittle, works really well as a wall of defense, and can do much heavy lifting.
