Aliviyah Carter, Calista Fairchild, And Thirteen Others...
    Follow-Up Email! Read ASAP!!
For your convenience, I suggest that you don't move too much while reading this email. You have been warned.

Good afternoon half-bloods! You all have managed to respond to the following email and have all agreed to spend your time in the full house. Over the past week since the first email went out, we've been preparing for each and every one of you to settle in our little home. This includes getting everything from clothing/accessories, foods, and beverages, individual rooms, various forms of entertainment, and so many more things ready and set to your liking!

Now the reason for the warning I gave at the beginning of this very informational text is because in front of your feet, you'll find something. Looking directly down you will all notice a small brown pouch at your feet tied with a gold ribbon. DO NOT OPEN IT YET. But this is how you will get to your new home! The pouch contains the winds of the North. On the very next day when the sun begins to rise you are to be ready to leave. You may take with you anything of sentimental value but you won't need anything more as we've made sure of. Once you feel ready, simply pull the ribbon loose and the winds will carry you to your destination. We promise it to be a very safe journey as well so please do not cask any concern or doubt over it.

Once you arrive, you are free to do as you please. It is, after all, your new home! If you need anything from me, please do not hesitate to reach out.
    Good luck demigods!

The sender watched as slowly but surely, a small buzzing set off by their phone signaled one notification after the other. The vibration triggered a silent curse. With a wave of their hand, the laptop they had sitting in their lap faded into a grey mist that resembled the kind one would see from the smoke of a newly lit fire. Facing closed curtains they rose to their feet and caught the barely traceable outline of a figure swiftly moving aside. If they didn't know any better, if they'd still been mortal, then they would have waved it off as a trick of their mind. But they did know better and too were in fact, no longer a mortal. "You may open it up to them and remember...Treat our guests with the same respect that you do me." The very second they spoke those words mellow light poured in from every angle as every curtain was drawn back to reveal the beautiful fields that the house had been built upon. The very gardens and meadows that they had poured both their time and essence into making. Once again the invisible figure changed their place but instead of moving away from the goddess, it moved to her side. This time they didn't see it but instead felt the smallest shift it caused for them to move through the room. In an hour they'd be hosting a house of trouble-some demigods. The goddess didn't know what to make of the quick responses each one sent forth. She wanted to think of them as foolish and naive for even considering an anonymous invitation to an isolated place in a world where anything...And everything was out to kill them, in some cases even including their own parents. But she had to give them credit for their courage even though they knew that the odds were usually stacked against them...Even if it was powered by ignorance. They could feel the small nod of understanding from the transparent figure and with that confirmation, the reject took one last look at the Foyer before dissolving into grey mist just as they had done to the laptop.

The new day was still young and the nearly invisible figure watched as Apollo drove his sun chariot through the sky, replacing his sister's beautiful silvery moon.
Oh, what fun this would be.
With a small smile, they set off to unlock the doors to the experimental home. Here is the second when...

The Trials Would Finally Begin.

Dawnelle Blake
In the state of Ohio, the weather always proved to be rather unpredictable. It could be sunny and warm one day then bitterly cold and snowing the next. It just so happened to be one of those rare days when so far, the week had carried on with pretty consistent and warm weather. Walking through the streets of Cleveland with her head down she easily blended in with the crowd of children, teens, and adults alike who had gathered outside to enjoy the nice temperatures while they still could. However, Dawnelle wasn't out here to enjoy it with them. As she weaved through the sea of people the watch on her wrist had been beeping loudly though no one seemed to pay the alarm any attention. She was looking to get away from the busy city, eventually finding an empty ally between a couple of long-abandoned pizza places that had once been open when she was small. Too small to remember what they used to look like when they were still in business. Once she had walked to the back of the narrow space, it was then that she turned her alarm off. With a small exhale, she pulled out a small brown pouch from her jean's pocket.

Earlier the previous day she remembered first picking it up while she was at school and was glad to have seen it when she did before some other weird child snatched it up. As much as she'd love to see one of those nose-picking slobs she had to call peers go flying through the concrete wall, it was her only way to this new paradise of a home. She was admittedly uneasy about the possible consequences of trusting a random stranger who somehow got ahold of her contact information and accurately sniffed her out as a demigod.
In fact...The more she thought about it, the less sense it made for this to lead to anything good. She was already here though with a curiosity that would undoubtedly get her killed one day. A sense of curiosity that overpowered her better judgment and common sense. Very slowly, she pulled the ribbon off the bag until she held them in different hands. In her right hand, the pouch felt empty. She'd been expecting something spectacular to happen, something worthy of the mystery that surrounded the simple pouch. Just as she could feel the smallest sliver of disappointment settle in, the air around her suddenly grew heavy and it became hard for her to take deeper breaths of air. Understandably caught off guard by the change, her first instinctual reaction was to keep her hand by her waist where a small butterfly knife was sheathed in her front jean pocket.
Then a voice. A voice that she'd never heard before.

"Hello demigod. I thank you for choosing North Wind Air! Are you prepared to take off?"

Dawnelle's eyes scanned the area around her but she saw nothing. She still, despite her building confusion, stood on edge like she knew exactly what was happening here.
Then proceeded to prove that she did not.

"Who- Or what are you?"
"North Wind Air!" The cheerful feminine voice then responded.
"Yes- I think I've got that part by now. I meant what are you? Species, race, breed etcetera!"
"You may know me simply as a wind spirit."
"I- Wait what?"
"Boreas was generous enough to gift me to you!"
"Who?"
"You aren't familiar? Hm, Boreas is the spirit and therefore god of the north wind and lord of the winter."
"Wait- If he's the spirit of the north wind then how are you-"
"I am simply a stand-in. Boreas isn't too fond of interbreeds."
Dawnelle was taken aback for a moment at the label.
"Of...What?"
"Demigods? Your kind in general."
"And why n-"
"Conversation has exceeded the set limit, are you prepared to take off?"
Being cut off in the middle of her very important question didn't make her feel any better but it sure did take care of her anxiety.
"What limit??"

The heavy air had finally lifted and allowed her to take a breath before she was whisked into the air. She sat in a non-existent seat of pure air and she could say that it was still a better cushion than any couch she'd sat in. Just as she was processing what the fresh hades had just happened the self-proclaimed wind spirit spoke again.

"We are off to our next destination, please strap on your seat belt and keep all hands, legs, and heads inside at all times. In the event where something might happen including injury, the loss of or any damage to personal possessions, sickness, diseases, or even death we will not be held responsible."
"Huh?!"
She had so many questions in her head now, the most important ones being:

  • "How would I get a disease from this?"
  • "What kind of god-given 'gift' has the possibility of killing me??"
  • "Who is the 'we'?"
  • "It's air. What seat belts are you talking about? There is no seatbelt."
Before she had the chance to ask any of those questions, her body pressed firmly against the invisible seat that had formed underneath her. It served as her only support as she was taken through the air at the speed of a jet. If that jet was also hopped up on... Whatever the plane equivalent of steroids was. In a matter of seconds that felt more like hours, Dawnelle found herself in a flowery field. Alone. Looking to the sky she could hear whispering in the wind that made the plants at her feet sway.
"Thank you once again for using North Wind Air! Continue straight ahead and you shall reach your destination."
Her gaze moved to the space ahead and she could in fact make out a small amount of a building. Taking her first step forward, she could swear she had also heard a final;
"Be sure to rate your experience the next time you fly with us!"
But she brushed it off as something her mind had made up and started her trek through the meadow to the supposed house that was said to be waiting down the way.

Gods....... She hated flying now.....

Location: The Woods
Condition: Battle Weary
Clothing: A torn Black hoodie with a purple jaguar on the back. Blue Cargo Pants.

Dan woke to the sound of music playing softly like a lullaby to his ears. Like a weird, distorted lullaby accompanied with the smell of smoke. He tried to move, and immediately felt a burst of pain through his body as it protesting at the sudden movements Maybe it wasn't bad that he was laying on the floor. Naptime did not sound bad right not. But he turned his head and saw his mace lying next to him and he felt a jolt through his body. A jolt of fear. Why did he have his mace out? I smell trouble..make it DOUBLE! He grinded his teeth and sat up, looking around him. Golden Dust falling of of him and gently dispersing on the ground. The sight in front of him caused his heart to go in his throat and he raised his hands in the air, giving a cry of disbelief "HOWWW!"

For in front of Dan, was what remained of his van. Looking like it just went through a compacter. The obnoxious purple van of epicness, that carried all his equipment and his whole LIFE was wrecked. Dan immediately let himself fall back down on the ground as he listened to his car, with the last of its juice. She was playing him a rad greek song in farewell. A tear came to his eye, and he pounded a fist against his chest "Vanaticus..you will be missed." The song slowly faded off, as the van truly died as the battery depleted itself. Dan grabbed his mace off of the ground and looked around wildly. Where was he?! If something wanted you dead, would have already killed you by now.

Dan sighed and sat up again, slowly rising to hist feet. He looked aorund in confusion at the nature and trees aorund him. Seems like he was in some random woods...he looked around with a raised eyebrow as he was still unsure of how he even got into this predicament. He rubbed at his chin, and patted himself down as he looked for his phone. Eventually finding it in his back pocket. Pulling out the phone revealed cracks that spiderwebbed all along the surface. He gingerly poked the phone and it lit up. Otterboxes for the win! He grinned, and immediately tried to call a Contact titled as "Emergency Response Encyclonepedia" but it failed to go though..no bars. She probably is busy anyway. OR doing some smart stuff. Snitching on somebody.

Dan's grin turned into a frown, and he sighed as he rolled his neck and looked at his van. He went to doing what he did best. Making the best of a shit situation. He made his way to the van and opened the back. Looking through the crumpled interior and almost crying at the sight of his crushed equipment. But he soon found it..his emergency duffle. Just in case of a monster attack, or anything. He had this duffle with some money, supplies, cloths. Something to last him a week. Should have packed mooooore. Never know when van crushing events can make your life come to a CRASHING HALT! HA!

He was just heading away from the crash, when his phone dinged..He frowned and quickly grabbed it, looking at the notification on the cracked screen...a email notification. He opened his email..and while he had no network. yet he still was able to open the email. And his eyebrows raised as he read it..when did he agree to such a thing? As he started to rack his slightly concussed brain, there was a plop as a parcel thudded against the ground in front of him.

He looked at the parcel, and the email. His lips pursing. He took one look back at his ruined van..and said simply "Well, dad didn't raise no wuss." He laughed at his own joke, and he quickly opened the envelope. And watched as nothing came out of it as he shook it vigorously. Did..did you just get pranked? "Oh what the-"

"Hello demigod. I thank you for choosing North Wind Air! Are you prepared to tak-" A small cheerful voice said!

"AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!" Dan yelled as he swung his mace around wildly at the sudden voice! His immediate thought was that he was being sneak attacked. SNEAK ATTACK! CQC! CQC! His mind started to ring with a loud whistle and he just swung blindly about. Finally feeling the exhaustion of surviving his van wreck. His instincts screaming at him to keep alive, as he felt it harder and hard to beath.
"WAIT!-STOP! WHAT ARE YOU!..Can you stop Swinging! Ughh, you know what?! LIFT OFF!"

"Lift Wh-" He managed to gasp out, pausing a moment in confusion. Yet he was propelled upwards, and Dan found his body quickly being constricted like he was being hogtied! I got nothing, you dead man. You are not aerodynamic.

"We are off to our next destination, please strap on your seat belt and keep all hands, legs, and heads inside at all times. In the event where something might happen including injury, the loss of or any damage to personal possessions, sickness, diseases, or even death we will not be held responsible." A huffy voice said, with a dark tone at the end. First time we pissed off the sky, hey look there is a Mcdonalds!

And thus found himself rocketing through the sky, unable to move. Yelling his heart out. For him it felt like a eternity. When in reality in just a few seconds. He was thrown into a flower field, bouncing across the Earth before finally skidding to a halt. He groaned and heard a small voice in his head about a review..before just laying on the ground and simply saying "Today is not my day." When is it ever? "Shut up" He said to the air as he stood up. His hair poofing up like he had been blasted by the biggest fan.

He soon got his bearings, and the mad son of a god made his way to a house in the distance. He was out of it. Mentally, physically. So he really was not being vigilant or alert for his surroundings. Yet he pushed on. When in a shit situation. You make the best of it. Sounds wise..but for you..is that an excuse?

Confused but happy
Dakota Vikkie Robinson

If you always try your best
Then you'll never have to wonder
About what you could have done
If you'd summoned all your thunder

And if your best
Was not as good
As you hoped it would be,
You still could say,
"I gave today

All I had in me."

These were the first words that spilled from her thoughts and onto the paper. Left with only the music of her playlist playing in black Bluetooth earbuds as she sat atop the rooftop of her childhood home. It wasn't uncommon for her to spend her afternoons writing like this. Flipping back a few pages in the notebook she'd been writing in, her eyes lightly scanned papers with every filled line that'd been born of every emotion that a human could have. Dakota had often found the creative outlet to be rather relaxing and a good way to pass the time when she needed to.

Dakota laughed to herself at the small memory that then ghosted her memories of children before gazing over at the small pouch that she had laid at her side. The day she had gotten it, Dakota had been on the same very roof as she was on now, reminiscing about a time a no longer existed. One that the simple plain pouch could start again.
Well-
It would either do that or kill her and she was holding out hope that she was not going die anytime soon.

She picked up the pouch and pulled the ribbon loose from his hold around the velvet pocket. Dakota held her breath as she waited for something or anything to happen. However, when nothing immediately changed she lightly huffed making a few of her curls blow up in both disappointment and irritation.

"Oh, come on, I did not just get myself all pumped for nothing!!"
And she was right.
Her disappointment was short-lived as the wind around her intensified, nearly toppling her off the rooftop. Her eyes widened, considering a strategic retreat to avoid a concrete splat. However, a voice echoed through the wind, and instead of caution or fear, Dakota's excitement took the reins.

The wind around her blew hard and she nearly fell off of the ledge. Her eyes wide, she was considering getting down so that she didn't end up going splat on the concrete. Until she heard a voice from the wind and it made her jump to her feet but not in caution or fear. But of excitement.

"Hello, demigod! I thank you for choosing North Wind Airlines! Are you prepared to-"
"YES!"
Her response came without hesitation, without doubt, and spoken with a sort of...Child-like wonder. Though the wind spirit was caught off guard at the instant response she got and minimal questions to it, yet also appreciated it when mortals didn't question the work of gods. After it all, it wasn't their place to.
"In that case, we are off to our next destination!"
"Wait- Where exactly are we going?"
"Hm...The Violet Refuge."
Dakota nodded and threw in a little, "mmhm," just so she sounded like she was listening, but in reality, she was too excited to leave. Being a demigod, Dakota had done her fair share of digging in all kinds of Greek mythology and the myths involved in it so by now she knew full well about the North Winds. She recalled the many spirits of the North Winds being the very reason Eros (Aka. Greek Cupid) met his wife. She also remembered that Boreas, the god of the North Winds could manifest his servants into physical beings that could interact the same as any other living person. But as an...invisible human. That's what she called them anyway. She lightly gasped when she was picked up and sat in a seat she couldn't even see. But she didn't need to see it to feel its comfort.

"Now, please strap on your seat belt and keep all hands, legs, and heads inside at all times. In the event where something might happen including injury, the loss of or any damage to personal possessions, sickness, diseases, or even death we will not be held responsible."
Dakota wasn't all that concerned with the possibility of death. Who could worry about dying when you're about to go on a ride that people could only dream of experiencing once every few centuries?! In a matter of seconds, she would be blasted off through the clouds. As much as she wanted to treat the trip like a rollercoaster ride, it was over in the blink of an eye and the spirit was nowhere to be seen. Her comfy seat was gone as well, which she could have almost cried over. But then she heard the voice again.
"Thank you once again for using North Wind Air! Continue straight ahead and you shall reach your destination."
Dakota almost immediately followed the spirit's instructions, failing to catch the rest of its words. She saw someone. And once she set her sights on them, there was no escaping. She took no time to register the stranger's features but they had looked to be heading the same way she was directed to. She took off, running through the field to catch up to the other person before she felt confident enough to take a leap of faith.
Literally.

She launched into the air and securely latched onto the back of a male who looked to be of the same age, if older then not by much. Dakota didn't know what she expected him to be exactly but then again, she didn't care to think about it.

"Oh, hey there! The name's Dakota and I'm pretty sure this isn't your average meet-cute, right?" Dakota greeted the stranger with a smirk, her eyes sizing him up with playful curiosity. "So, spill the beans, you a demigod or just a regular old mortal trying to catch some air out here?" Dakota raised an eyebrow, before leaning in as if sharing a secret. "Don't worry. I won't tell anyone if you're secretly Zeus in disguise. But hey, if you're just a regular Joe, that's cool too. I've had weirder Tuesdays."

Without waiting for his response, she abruptly shifted her attention to another figure in the distance.
"Oh, look at that, another potential adventure waiting to happen!" Dakota smoothly pivoted away, her farewell casual yet laced with sarcasm. "Nice chat, buddy, but I've got a date with destiny. Catch you on the flip side!" She winked before dashing off, leaving the boy behind with a now bemused expression of her own.

Callie's green eyes followed the flames of the campfire as they danced about, illuminating the faces of her friends and siblings all dressed in orange t-shirts, eating s'mores, chatting with one another or singing along with her. The dancing fire seemed to be imitating the excitement she should be feeling at this moment.

Though her fingers fretted the strings of her guitar and a cheery melody flowed from her lips, the blonde felt a small pit in her stomach. Had she made the right choice in accepting the offer in that mystery email? Should she really take a complete stranger at their word that she would have a new idyllic home away from the turmoil of being a demigod? Chiron had encouraged her, and she always trusted his judgment...

Well, now here she was on her final night at her lifelong home; Camp Half-blood, surrounded by the only family she had ever truly known and she almost regretted her choice.

Wasn't she supposed to be "Little Miss Sunshine" always optimistic?

This afternoon she had gotten the fright of her life whilst halfway up the climbing wall. She had been completely focused on her destination when a brown pouch tied with golden ribbon flew toward her at top speed. She'd let out a loud exclamation of surprise and lost her grip entirely on the hand holds, falling with a painful thud.

'Agh! What in Hades?!'

That's when a notification had appeared on her phone with an email explaining that the pouch now beside her on the ground contained the North wind and would take her to the safe house.

'Oh sure,' she had said irritably, 'You couldn't have delivered it without me almost falling to my death?!'

☀️

The next morning, Callie awoke before sunrise as she always did, not in Apollo cabin as was usual, but at her favourite spot overlooking the beach sitting against Zeus' Fist with her little night light still shining. The pouch lay beside her as did her most prized possessions: her guitar, her bow and quiver, and her yellowing, dog-eared journal.
'Here goes nothing, I suppose...' she muttered under her breath, feeling a tad more optimistic as she unwrapped the pouch.

To her disappointment, nothing happened. With a sigh, she stood and began picking up her things. She really should have known it was probably some weird prank. But then...

'Hello demigod. I thank you for choosing North Wind Air! Are you prepared to take off?'

Callie blinked a few times to make sure she wasn't still half asleep and tilted her head to one side with a bemused expression that quickly transformed into realisation and then a sunny smile. This was kind of quaint and wholesome. Weirder things by far had happened at Camp Half-Blood.

'Oh, hello North Wind Spirit, it's nice to meet you! Sure, I'm ready,' she said as she hastened with gathering her things.

'Why thank you demigod!'

Callie suddenly felt a seat beneath her and, with only slight hesitation, she leaned back against the back of the invisible chair. it was pretty comfy.

'We are off to our next destination, please strap on your seat belt and keep all hands, legs, and heads inside at all times. In the event where something might happen including injury, the loss of or any damage to personal possessions, sickness, diseases, or even death we will not be held responsible.'

At the warning, Callie clutched tighter to her belongings. Any apprehension she had felt seemed to have melted away at the exciting prospect of seeing the wider world again for the first time since she was seven years old; experiencing extremes in weather, hell, even rain!

The journey was rather pleasant, but sadly short. She had been set down in the middle of a meadow of sorts with a gentle bump, much gentler than when she had fallen from the climbing wall.

'Thank you once again for using North Wind Air! Continue straight ahead and you shall reach your destination.'

'Thank you so much, and please thank Lord Boreas for his generosity too!' Callie smiled as she looked around her and made her way in the direction she had been pointed. It seemed a few people had already arrived. Perhaps they too were demigods.

It was early, really early. He'd woken up way before the sun could crest over the hills and trees of camp, and as he sat outside, he'd only thought of how he'd gotten there just a few months ago. In the morning dew, in the cold, he'd run a hand over the scar on his back leg whilst he sat on the steps outside his room. Hermes. I can't believe I'm here, and that I knew so little about my father. He held his head in his hands, staring out into the foggy landscape. Looking at the other cottages that hosted other demigods, he was jealous. So many beds, some lights still on in the early morning, he felt so alone. Why couldn't I have had a father with more children? He'd asked himself. It was such a short amount of time before stumbling into camp, bloodied and bruised. He mended quickly, but the scars of the past had to take some more time. He hadn't made many friends, just short and often interactions with the other campers. Not only that, but he'd known people had feared him, with his swordsmanship, but he didn't know if people liked him. But, amidst the darkness, he knew he was safe. Nothing would come to scare him again. He checked his watch- 05:30 am. Sighing, starting another day, he went back to his cabin. He had the privilege of having a large space to himself, since no other children of Hermes have entered the camp. One part of the room, was dedicated to his sleeping quarters, another room, was for his cartography. But, as he got dressed and grabbed his sword, he sat down and unsheathed the guide. A beautiful, well-taken care of falchion sword that he cherished deeply. He'd traded some contraband (using his lock breaking skills) to the blacksmiths, and they had created a beautiful weapon just for him. He'd inspected it, looking for nicks and cracks in the metal. Inlaid, on the blade of the sword, was a quote he had written himself. "To be slain quickly, is a merciful death" In Greek. A few nicks, a few dents in the blade required work. The handle, needed to be buffed and smoothed. The leather straps that wrapped around the base of the blade, needed to be replaced. He'd only used this sword for training, but he tried to keep it in top shape in case of real battle. As he placed the sword on the whetstone and begun sharpening the blade, he'd remembered how he would always be chosen first for battle games. How he was useful, and was always in the lead attack for games like capture the flag. His swiftness in swinging the blade, and effectiveness in stunning the enemy and taking off-was especially powerful. He remembered the one time he used his teleportation skill to grab the flag after leading an army of demigods away from their chosen castle. It was then his name was recognized and remembered. "The guy who is fantastic at swinging a sword, Eddard. As he sharpened, finding angles and checked his progress, a notification flickered on his phone. He stopped working and opened it. His eyes widened at the invitation, and shortly afterward, a slam on his front door. He'd finished his work quickly on the sword, and opened the door to find no one standing there. But, as he looked down, he saw a small pouch that had fallen over when he opened the door. He picked it up, and went back inside. The gold ribbon was a tell that it was something of importance, but he couldn't figure out what it was off the top of his head. So, he opened one of the books of magical objects he'd acquired from the camp library. After some searching under lamplight, he'd discovered that it was a pouch of the north winds, and upon opening it he would be transported somewhere. So, out of curiosity, and from the email, he connected the dots. So, as quickly as he could, he'd packed the necessities, a few books and journals he'd written with his exploration hobby, his lock picking tools, small rocks used to sharpen swords, extra leather straps, and of course, his sword strapped to his belt. He'd know that his items would show up at the house, but he wanted to bring a few things for himself, so that nothing would get lost in travel. Then, he looked at the pouch, picked it up, and opened it. "Hello demigod! I thank you for choosing North Wind Air! Are you prepared to take off?" He'd smiled, and spoke his consent. But, he'd forgotten about the importance of being outside when opening the magical pouch. So, the air that carried him slammed him into the wall before flying out of the door. Fortunately, his reaction was quick enough to protect his bag as he took off.

He was shocked at how fast he traveled, flying through the air comfortably. A few seconds passing by, and the wind that carried him slowed and placed him in a field. Nearby, he saw a man absolutely eat shit, but in his distraction of watching him fall, he also, fell on his landing. It wasn't as terrible as the boy before him, but he sort of did a quarterback-slide to the ground. Standing up, brushing himself off, he looked over his surroundings. A flowery field, a house nearby, and three people. One had jumped onto the back of another, and then leapt off, running towards the direction that they were going. They seemed like they knew each other, so he took note of that. He saw another one, a blonde. She was in front of him, and the back of her head rung a bell in his head. Callie. The girl that I played volleyball with, once. I train with her too often. He was glad he knew someone else embarking on this adventure. So, he followed where everyone else was going, making no attempt to catch up with anyone. He'd figured they would all be as confused as him, and wouldn't want to bother them with too much talk.

code by low fidelity.

Egyptian cotton sheets began to rustle as Eva woke from her slumber. She could feel a companionable warmth beside her and rolled over to take in the magnificent sight of her fellow co-star on the movie they had just finished production on. He had the classic movie star looks, chiselled jaw, dimpled chin all the shit she had honestly seen so much it had become no big deal to her. She only vaguely remembered how he had ended up in her room, but she assumed it had something to do with the wrap party, tequilas and a suggestive conversation.

Just as she moved to leave her bed, her co-star, Chance, began to stir, looking up at her with a smug grin. Ugh, it's that conquest look again, Eva thought, though she offered him a coy smile anyway. I'm pretty sure I got you into bed dude.

'Hey there, beautiful,' Chance said, in a low, seductive voice, 'Enjoy our last night in Greece?' Eva laughed a little, clearly now detaching herself from the night of fun she had had. 'Your last night in Greece, maybe, but this Princess of Troy is not going anywhere. I'm having too much fun.' Eva raised an eyebrow at him as she finally rose from the bed and began to saunter toward the bathroom. 'Either you join me one last time, or I guess I'll see you at the premiere.' She winked and disappeared into the bathroom leaving the invitation entirely open.

True to her word, Eva was still exploring Greece two hours after most of the cast had left for their flights back to L.A. Eva had been determined to delay going back there. Hollywood was not her favourite place in the world, and probably never would be. Besides, something outside of herself seemed to be urging her to stay. So now, she stood at the base of Mount Olympus, surrounded by people. Not a movie star, but just a fellow tourist (albeit a very glamorously dressed, demigod tourist), taking in the sights like everyone else with her cellphone at hand taking pictures.

She was in the middle of getting the perfect shot when an email notification popped up. 'Shit. Now, really?'

Eva saw that it was a follow up email to one she had gotten only a week ago offering her a place in a safe house for demigods. The offer had taken her by surprise and she wasn't sure why she accepted. Perhaps it was so she could meet others like her. She had never met another 'half-blood' or whatever the hell it was called. She half believed they didn't exist, but how could she possibly explain the weird things she could do?

The email explained about a small brown pouch at her feet that she was not to open. Eva bristled at being explicitly told what to do and very nearly did open it, but something in the back of her mind halted her impulsiveness and she waited until the assigned time.

The next morning Eva awoke early and opened the little pouch as she stood on the balcony of her hotel room overlooking the beautiful blue ocean. When nothing happened, she shrugged. But the sudden voice from nowhere startled her so much that she backed up, nearly tripping over her own heels.

'Who the hell are you? Where the hell are you? What is North Wind Air?'

'There is no need for that language, demigod. You may call me Wind Spirit. We are off to our next destination, please strap on your seat belt and keep all hands, legs, and heads inside at all times. In the event where something might happen including injury, the loss of or any damage to personal possessions, sickness, diseases, or even death we will not be held responsible.'

'Wh-'
Before she could say anything else, Eva felt an airplane seat beneath her, like the ones in first class. As she felt herself rising into the air, she began feeling a little nauseous, but it was when the invisible chair began flying at top speed over Mount Olympus that she really thought she was gonna die....

And then it was over and she landed unceremoniously in the middle of a meadow, her hair now a complete tousled mess and her breathing shallow.

'Gee, thanks for the smooth landing...' she said as she stood and fixed her hair a little.

'You are welcome demigod.' said the wind spirit, not noticing or possibly ignoring the sarcasm. 'Thank you once again for using North Wind Air! Continue straight ahead and you shall reach your destination. Please give us a great review when you can!'

'Yeah, right.'
Eva said, shaking her head. There was someone just up ahead of her who appeared to be going in the same direction so she caught up with them.

'Hey, did you get carried here by the wind by any chance?' she said as she caught up to the man who seemed pretty lost in his thoughts. With the general vibe Eva gave off and the intensity of her gaze, one could be forgiven for thinking this was a pick up line of sorts, but, for once, it wasn't. Even if at first glance he was kind of cute.

"Well, for a son of Poseidon, I thought you'd keep me here. I can quite literally bring the house down... If you know what I'm saying." He'd said in a low, and sultry voice. Those watching him speak could see the spittle and slurred speech come out of his mouth. Usually, this kind of voice brings him exactly what he wants, but, he wasn't buying it. "Sir, I don't know what you're talking about. Poseidon is an ancient god, who nobody cares about or worships." He laughed in his face, turned from him and expanded his trident to full view, swinging it around and pointing it at him. "Don't speak about my father that way! He may be... ancient..." He lowered his voice, and approached the man clad in all black and a shirt with the words "SECURITY" on it. "But he did... create me." He stood and posed, flexing his muscles, but when he did- he stumbled slightly. The man looking at him grabbed the trident from his hands, and told him, "Sir, you cannot be holding a deadly weapon in the bar, I'm going to have to ask you to leave." Caspian regained his composure, and gripped the trident, opposing the man's strength greatly. "Ask me that again, and I will have to cut you into a million pieces. I'm the life of the party!" He cheered, looking around while still pulling on his weapon. Nobody cheered back. They all stared agape and this jock hunk with a very sharp and long fork. He laughed, and turned back to the man, which suddenly became three men... and then, silence.

He woke up in a jail cell, handcuffed to the bed, and his trident waiting for him outside the bars of his enclosure. "Is that all you got?" Those are the only words he could muster before a police officer approached the door of the cell. "Lets go, Harris. You've got a package waiting for you outside." He sat up and waited for the police officer to uncuff him. But, as he did a wave of vomit came out of his mouth and splattered the concrete floor. Wiping his mouth, he looks up and says, "You got a mint?" As the man uncuffs him, he stands up and stretches, making sure to step OVER the vomit before collecting his things. The police officer, checks him out of the cell and says one last thing before handing him the brown bag. "Listen, this is the last time your mother can bail you out. You're a grown ass man. Getting drunk on a friday night and scaring other civillians is the last thing I want on my mind." He chuckled, and snatched the bag out of the man's hand. "You're right, but I'm the most action you had all night."

He stepped out of the police station, taking his phone out of his bag first. It's dead. He sighs, and starts making his way back to his apartment. He now notices the hangover beginning to brew in his head, and in his stomach. He grimaced at the pain and went on. Eventually, he made it back. Plugging his phone in, he took off the tarnished clothing he wore the night before, and took a shower. Feeling the cool water run over his body was enough to heal his fleshwounds from the bar fights of last night, and other smells he desperately needed to clean off. For being in a small town, he made quick work of all the bars in the area before getting arrested and spending a night in jail. As he sipped his weird ass "i'm so healthy" juice he made, his phone blinks on with a response from the email he'd received a few months prior. He looks at it, and then dumps out the contents of his paper bag in response to the email. In there, was a cloth bag with a gold ribbon on it. He chuckled at it, "Using the North Winds again? Why can't we just have a car come and pick us up?" He finished getting dressed, and grabbed his trident. "Well, guess I won't need anything else from here." He said, and then opened the balcony of his apartment, then the North Winds enclosure. Immediately, he spoke his consent and took off. Flying through the air, he couldn't help himself to scream and laugh in joy. The wind "tickled" him because a new adventure was beginning. After what didn't feel like long enough of flying through the air, he calmly landed in a meadow, along with some other people the same age as him. All of them, he'd never seen before, but his eyes searched for the best looking person there. His eyes trained on A blonde's back of the head. He smirked, and popped a piece of chewing gum in his mouth. He ravagely searched the meadow for a flower that he liked. Unfortunately, he wasn't smart enough to pick a beautiful one, it had a few wilts on it. He approached the girl and said, "Flower? I thought it would suit your hair." He reached up to her hair in an attempt to place it behind her ear.
