Fantasy High school for the angelic, and demonic

[Spotine]

Karen raised her eyebrows and took the number. She opens her mouth to say something but nothing comes out. She also turns a nice shade of crimson and looks at the piece of paper containing Kaneki's phone number. "Uh... Yeah... I'll see you..." Karen stuttered before picking up her suitcase, still staring at the paper. Once inside the hospital Karen snaps back to reality. She smirked. "Well what do you know, my flirting actually paid off." She thought as she headed to the front desk of the hospital.


(We got some stuffs goin' on up in here!)

 

[Krillin]

Kaneki turns around and starts walking towards his house.


"Where are we going now?" Asks Sasori.


"My house." Says Kaneki.

 

[Spotine]

Karen reached Kyra's room, still smiling. She tucked Kaneki's number in her pocket and opened the door. "Sis!" Karen called out to her excitedly. "Oh my gosh! Karen!" Kyra smiled as Karen came towards Kyra's hospital bed. "Aww these little babies are adorable! So I'm an aunt?" Karen said, leaning down towards Athena. "Yep. This is your aunt Karen Athena! Say hi!" Kyra said to Athena in a high pitched voice. Athena waved her arms in the air and smiled. "She likes me!" Karen said happily as she picked Athena up. "What are you doing here?" Kyra asked as she adjusted the other baby in her arms. "I thought I'd surprise you. But that doesn't matter anymore, guess what? This guy gave me his number outside the hospital! He helped me with directions and he had this really cute little kid who was his brother, and he was super hot, and--" Kyra cut Karen off, giving her a stare that said "really?" Kyra sighed. "Sis, were you flirting?" Karen looked at Athena in her arms and smiled. "Maaaybe." She said. Kyra shook her head and chuckled. "Well it looks like it finally worked! Maybe you'll be the next one having a baby!" Kyra said teasingly. Karen nudged her sister's arm playfully and the two burst out laughing.

 

[Krillin]

Kaneki walks into his house and starts making him and Sasori tea. Sasori jumps off of his back and sits on the couch. "Do you think she liked me Kaneki?" Asks Sasori.


"I don't know probably. You are an adorable little kid so I don't see why not." Says Kaneki handing Sasori his tea.


"Hey I'm a big boy now. I'm eight years old." Says Sasori drinking his tea.

 

[Spotine]

Kyra and the two twins had fallen asleep and Karen was pretty tired herself from the trip here. Karen set Athena down into Kyra's arms and took her suitcase. She headed downstairs to the lobby and took out her phone. She asked siri where the nearest hotel was and followed siri's directions to it. Once checked in and in her room, Karen took her phone out again and texted Kaneki on the number he had given her. Her text said:


"Hey! Karen here! Is this Kaneki? I've checked into a hotel on main street and I'm pretty bored. U got any plans?"

 

[Krillin]

Kaneki feels his phone vibrate and he reads the text. "No I dont have any plans just hanging out with my brother." Texts Kaneki.


"Is that her?" Asks Sasori.


"Yeah its her." Says Kaneki.

 

[Spotine]

Karen hears her phone buzz as she's unpacking. She rushes over to it, hoping it's Kaneki. As Karen replies, she's smiling like an idiot. "Kewl wanna go grab something to eat?" She texts back.

 

[Krillin]

"Yeah that would be amazing. Is it okay if Sasori comes?" Texts Kaneki.

 

[Spotine]

Karen was still unpacking when she heard her phone buzz again. She practically tripped over everything as she ran over to answer the text. "Nah that's cool. Where do ya' wanna eat?" Karen texted back.

 

[Krillin]

"I know of a good restaurant not to far from here they have practically everything." Texts Kaneki changing his clothes.

 

[Spotine]

Karen read Kaneki's text and replied almost five seconds after he sent it. "Awesome see u there." She sent. Then Karen began to pick out the perfect outfit, preparing for the first date she'd had in about two years.

[Krillin]

(Yeah sure)


Kaneki sits down at a booth and orders some drinks. He then stares in amazement at how beautiful Karen looked.

 

[Spotine]

Karen entered the restaurant, looking as amazing as ever. She spots Kaneki and sits across from him. Karen winks and crosses her legs, accidentally brushing hers up against Kaneki's. She smiled and rested her chin on her palm, looking into Kaneki's eyes. "So how are you?" Kaneki feels her leg brush up against his. "Eh i'm great how are you?" Asks Kaneki. Sasori is sitting across from them trying not to laugh at how red his brother just got.

 

[Spotine]

Karen looked at her nails, which she had done a couple of days ago. "I'm great." She said happily, smiling at Kaneki. The waiter came with their drinks and Karen took a sip of hers. "Oooh this is good! They don't serve drinks like this in Africa." She said, giggling slightly. Karen looked up at Kaneki, letting some of her hair fall in front of her face. "It's nice of you to meet me here tonight." She said.

 

[Krillin]

''Yeah i'm really glad to be here." Says Kaneki still very red.


Sasori starts giggling and covers his mouth trying to hide it.

 

[Spotine]

Karen noticed Sasori giggling, but decided to ignore. She took out her menu and positioned it perfectly so that all you could see were her eyes and her long eyelashes. Karen looked down at the menu, trying to decide what to eat. "What are you getting?" She asked Kaneki casually, knowing he was blushing extremely red.

 

[Krillin]

"Oh im just getting a stake with a side of vegetables." Says Kaneki. Then he kicks Sasori under the table and Sasori covers his face with his menu hiding his laughter.

 

[Spotine]

Karen looks over her menu nodding. "Steak sounds good... But I think I'll get chicken parmigiana." She said thoughtfully. Karen set down her menu and smiled at Kaneki. Just then the waiter came over to take their orders. Karen raised her eyebrows, waiting for Kaneki to order first.

 

[Krillin]

Kaneki orders and then Sasori orders a hotdog with fries. "And he will take vegetables." Says Kaneki.


"Kaneki I dont want vegetables." Says Sasori.


"Well if you want to get strong like me you will have to eat vegetables." Says Kaneki.


"Fine whatever." Sasori mumbles to himself.

 

[Spotine]

Karen laughs slightly at the brother's conversation. She looks up at the waiter and orders as well. When the waiter leaves, Karen takes another sip of her drink. She looks at her nails again, not knowing what to say. For lack of another conversation starter Karen says "so... Tell me about yourself!"

 

[Krillin]

"Well I grew up with me and my mom. Shortly after my dad died Sasori was born. A few years ago I moved out to the highschool and went to school for 4 years and this year I moved into my house." Says Kaneki.


"And we are rich." Says Sasori.


"Sasori please shut up." Says Kaneki.

 

[Spotine]

Karen nodded. "Very interesting. I'm sorry about your dad." She paused and took another drink. "Well, I grew up out of town near the woods and one day my parents disappeared. That same night our house caught on fire, and my sister, Kyra, and I fled to live in the forest." Karen said this smiling, like it was nothing. She decided to ignore Sasori's comment as well.

 

[Krillin]

"Wow that sounds like a lot for one night." Says Kaneki.

 

[Spotine]

Karen nodded. She took another drink and the food arrived. "Finally I'm starving!" She said as the waiter set her dish in front of her. Karen began to eat and looked over at Sasori. "So how old are you again?" She asked him, not wanting him to feel left out of any conversations.
