I know that "Time Manipulation" isn't allowed, but would it be possible to have a more specific time-related power? I'm talking something along the line of returning an object to a previous state it had. Think along the lines of Crazy Diamond from JoJo.

- Wall gets destroyed.
- Goes across.
- Uses power. Destroyed wall returns to its previous, intact state.
