I forgot to say this, but there's a choice you can make. Put it in your CS's.
Choice 1; You have not unlocked your Power yet, thus you do not know they exist and also makes you cautious of other Humans, limiting your interactions until the panic settles.
Choice 2; You have unlocked your Power but you have very limited control and understanding of it. If the other Humans find you have it and catches you, your character will receive a harsh punishment which could result in your death or imprisonment but you're free to interact with others.

Also, regarding the Ratings, you can have ONE S-Class Rating but only ONE, no more. Of course you can also have no S-Class Ratings too.
