Sorry for the wait but Ed’s post is finally up! So fun fact but the track I used for Winry’s scene is Concerto, which in brotherhood is played during the scene in which Edward promises the next time Winry cries it’ll be out of joy. I thought it’d be fun to basically take that track and focus on the subtle kinda somber sound it has and basically flip its purpose right on its head. Also in general I’ve been using solely Brotherhood tracks for any Winry related scenes to hopefully kinda accentuate that emotional divide that’s there between her and Ed for a lil fun fact lol

SheepKing I know we need to have Ed and Winry talk at some point she’s gonna have questions for sure of his timeline and I suspect the same with Ed about the FMAB timeline. The Princess having a chronic illness that both affects her physically and mentally, that sways people's opinions about her made me realize how similar she is to Komaeda.

Now she potentially has a character she can relate to and find solace in because while her decease is a fantastical one and Komaeda's are real, there's a comfort of knowing she is around other people in similar situations like her. Possibly making her feel less isolated and able to talk with someone who understands the effects of chronic illness.

However, Komaeda might never admit his illnesses to the group. I do hope some characters catch on to him as it is unfortunate none of his classmates showed much understanding. Granted, Komaeda not talking about it didn't help with that but when has he ever been forward about anything? He spends most of the game being vague towards the love interest main character.

Andromeda would probably appreciate that, of she were ever to find out about Komaeda's disease. She's a rare type of person who sees the value in all life, and realizing that hers is nearing it's end, it scares her to no end. She def needs someone who understands what she's feeling instead of the comforting words she's always fed.

If not for both of my characters being brought here after they had their "Friendship and trust solves everything." arcs. Being betrayed would be a reverse character arc for both. (Yes, this is Marivel being nice.)

If I had brought G era Shirabe she would already be attacking the mages and/or running away.

Perhaps they should be wary, though it would be for nothing. Maybe he'd steal from someone as a prank, but petty theft ain't his style. He steals hearts after all LOL. Plus even if people were wary of him it wouldn't be the first time for him. Being outcast is what got him where he is now

I kind of assumed petty thieving wasn't really his style, but he really should peek into Komaeda's pockets every once and awhile though. Bro has gone to class trials with bombs and entire file folders, I wouldn't be surprised what other useful stuff he keeps in there.

But since we are talking about Joker, I was surprised that you write him talking. I thought he was a silent protagonist, unless he spoke in the anime.

Bro has some big ass pockets to be hiding those things in them LMAO. I'm sure Joker would be surprised to pickpocket a whole ass bomb or something

While he is a "silent protagonist" in the sense he is not fully voiced and dialogue options are player picked, having dialogue options does indicate he does speak, and regularly at that too. He does have fully voiced bits here and there in the game that back that up as well. Plus he is fully voiced in the anime and in one of the spinoffs (which sadly hasn't come West yet) he is voiced and isn't locked to player choices letting him speak more freely which is fun

I promise Komaeda won't cause Stenir too much trouble. I just need him to hold his hand and take him to the cabin. And hopefully Komaeda doesn't blow something up on the way there.

It's become a bit of a running gag in the fandom that Komaeda just keeps all kinds of things in there. Why did he need to carry a gun he bought from overseas, that he somehow got past Japanese airlines, that he potentially was just carrying around in school? Don't worry about it.

I guess that wouldn't make Joker a completely silent protagonist if he isn't really Link levels of lacking dialogue. But William from the latest game being fully voiced did catch me off guard. It's a shame that there are still medias unavailable to western audiences, Person 5 is pretty popular over here.

Clearly the depth of men's pockets knows no bounds and Komaeda is the prime example of it!

Yeah he's not on Link levels in the slightest. With Will being voiced in Metaphor it does give me hope Atlus will keep going in that direction moving forward cuz it was really nice and it makes me wish Joker had that in P5. And as far as the P5X game goes, Atlus does want to bring it West, but have been incredibly slow on it

Ren is just a lost puppy that Carmen did not want but now she'll be stuck with him. She dared to speak to him 1 time and it was all over for her. Of all the people to find in her company it had to be the only other thief
