The Tale of My Remarkable General Store Worker Crush
A Ballad
by Saedor
It began on a beautiful August morning:
I was the most smart author/general store owner around,
She was the most remarkable general store worker.
She was my crush,
My remarkable crush,
My general store worker.
We used to push so well together,
Back then.
We wanted to eat together, around the world,
We wanted it all.
But one morning, one beautiful morning,
We decided to eat too much.
Together we fired a general store worker.
It was strong, so strong.
From that moment our relationship changed.
She grew so single.
And then it happened:
Oh no! Oh no!
She caught a chip munk.
Alas, a chip munk!
My crush caught a chip munk.
It was moist, so moist.
The next day I thought my teeth had broken,
I thought my ankles had burst into flames,
(But I was actually overreacting a little.)
But still, she is in my thoughts.
I think about how it all changed that morning,
That beautiful August morning.
My ankles... ouch!
When I think of that remarkable general store worker,
That remarkable general store worker and me.
