Hahaha, I know the feeling this is the only RP I haven't had more than 3 characters to control (Lol, that limit rule I put in place mainly so I didn't get carried away myself cause I have so many idea's and a character waiting in my google docs to use if my guy dies or something) You can feel free to make up to 3 characters if you want to

So, I feel as if my abilities are a bit too....overpowered I suppose. So, I'm going to change them. @Sinister Clown is fine with this, however I did request from him a certain ability. This ability WILL affect the storyline, as it has the power to destroy all of Hell city, including myself, in one fell swoop. However if I do use it, I'm going to activate it to initiate a mini-arc that will last EXACTLY 24 hours after I post the activation. Now, I'm sure as you all must know by now that you might all die. Which is somewhat true. My ability will mark one and ONLY ONE character within this rp. That character must be killed within the twenty four hours. If not, all of hell city will be destroyed. Fret not however. It will not be too difficult to kill this character.
