Fantasy Hell: Casual Days

Tempest curled in delight at the praise and affections of her owner. Even if she didn't particularly like her purpose, she couldn't help but feel overjoyed whenever she was treated this way. When Satan mentioned a playdate with cerberus, she pondered over it for a moment. She had played with cerberus before and it had been fun and all but her human side found it beneath her. However, her canine side loved the idea and she smiled up at Satan, nodding in agreeance. The two henchman had slipped her mind at this point but she sent them a sharp glare to make certain they knew she was still watching and still prepared to quite literally rip their throats out at any time.

Mara gave a faint nod--one that wouldn't be noticed if one didn't watch her closely and intently. She acknowledged Lucifer's amusement. Secretly, she appreciated it, too. Before she could utter a response, the prince's phone rang. She had encountered this situation many times; she had already gotten used to it. While Lucifer was screaming obscenities at his phone, Mara silently waited, acting like she was suddenly interested in the tortured souls.

Her attention shifted back to the prince when he finally spoke. Mara responded, "Understood."

She watched Lucifer's back until it eventually disappeared, marking the return of Mara's dull days. She turned and floated north. Ahead was Hell's entrance, where she decided to visit an old friend.

Nyx jut nodded and with a small gulp managed to get out the words "thank you Sir, " he was naked but she kep eye level And hiding behind the two men was a bonus because she didn't have to see anything.
"Dex, Mark, where now? " Nyx asked with a small smile as she listened to Satan's way with words. Maybe this place would be alright and if she did good, could ask Satan if there was a pool she could swim in. Hopefully...maybe...no?

"Oh shit where's my phone!?" She'd only just realised and she burst this out loud. At first Nyx was a shy girl, a little embarrassed but when you knew her, she could run her mouth and got real comfortable.

"Fuck this, my bags in the changing room, shit..." she huffed under her breath still waiting behind the two men.
"Well that thing would have melted to goop anyways down here." Dex stated. He pulled out a shiny chrome phone and tossed it to here, "These are the only phones with decent service down here. Keep it. Satan's already a contact should you need to speak with him."

The two led Nyx down a long corridor, took some turns and went into a bedroom they proclaimed as hers now. It turned out Mark was right about the dainty mistress outfit. Dex handed it to her with an apologetic shrug.

"Get dressed and call us for anything you may need.

Satan's Humble Abode:

@Stamper

"Excellent! I'll inform them soon." He smiled at Tempest, amused with her death glares. His phone rang again. "Dammit all. I'm going to throw this wretched thing out the window!" He grumbled, leaving his hold on Tempest, but looked relieved to see it was Senin @Maximus

"Senin! so glad you could help! Make it spooky, no cutesy shit. The more real the props, the better" Then as after thought added, " Also kill that damn decorator, I don't care if he's my third cousin or not."

@aether He hung up and texted Mara

Lucy: Mara, bring you and the feisty pup over soon. He and Tempest will have a HELL of a time (B^D) (dont hate me for my puns)

While floating to her destination, Mara felt a slight vibration on her leg. She reached inside her left boot. She took her phone and flipped it open. The only one who ever really knew her number was the prince of Hell, himself.

To be honest, Mara had almost forgotten that she had a phone. It must have been months or years since she had a message. She still didn't care about it.

Glossy blood-red eyes slowly moved as Mara silently read the text, all the while still flying towards where she wanted to go. If smiling was in her nature, she may have done so. But only a small speck of emotion was evident in her face.

She texted back, of course.

mara: we'll be on our way.

She hesitated, but sent another text anyway.

mara: i don't hate your puns.

Her hating the prince was the most impossible thing she'd ever imagined. Her turning into an angel seemed far more probable.

She reached the Entrance to Hell soon enough. She pushed the humongous gates with her hand. A little crack was enough for her to slip outside Hell. Well, evil still reeked everywhere, but she was technically not in Hell anymore after having crossed the gates.

Mara caught sight of the sleeping three-headed hell hound. A bloody demon corpse was under its paws. Either the unfortunate one tried to escape, or Cerberus was just needing company.

She landed softly, on rocky ground. She walked towards Cerberus, arms crossed. The hell hound's six eyes snapped wide.

"Time to play," she spoke as the monster loomed over her.

Nyx followed and nodded, before smiling at him, after the scary and unusual appearance he was really nice. Taking the phone with gratitude, she saw Satan's number there as well as Dex and Mark, in bold.

"Thanks again, at least it's sonething," Nyx waited until they both left, he room was spacious and comfortable, warm which was good. It obviously was going to be. Walking with the outfit behind this thing that se didn't know was, she changed out of her costume and placed on the uniform. If you could call it that.

"God, welcome to Hell much?" She laughed at herself as she walked from behind and looked at her horns in the mirror. "I'll ask Satan during the party," was all she could say after hearing Satan shout about it down his phone.

"Alright then, what first?" Nyx said aloud to nothing and headed towards her door before pausing. Maybe calling Satan would be better other than walking about?

"Do I have magic? How am I going to clean there's nothing in here to do it with?" Nyx worried before pulling out her phone, her finger hesitating over Lucifer.

"Screw it," she pressed it and held it up to her ear. "Sir? What the hell am I cleaning with and where?"

Vedix was busy in his laboratory, messing with various mixtures. Leaning over and wafting the scent into his nose, he nodded. A pleasant "Mmmm" escaping his clasped lips. Walking a bit to the left of the pot that was boiling over a pool of magma, he felt along the counter, counting the bottles until he found the correct one. Well, where it should be anyway. Frowning, he stretched up a bit and felt along the upper side of the cabinet and sure enough, there it was. "Damn kids..." he muttered before making his way back over to the pot. Popping the cork, he pouring a bit of the acidic liquid in, the odd mixture sizzling and releasing a nauseating gas into the air. Fanning his hand so the stench would clear somewhat, his blind eyes watering. Grabbing a large metal spoon that was always on the counter next to the pot, he began to stir, murmuring softly. The spell soon working its magic, the goop heaving and spluttering. Taking a step backwards, Vedix took hold of the plate behind him. Flaming projectiles soon shot out of the pot and having done this many times, the Mage easily maneuvered the plate to catch them all. Blowing the flame out, he set the plate on the island counter where it was before. Taking one of the now cooled items, Vedix bit it. Chewing then swallowing, he nodded. "Satan is going to love these cookies."

Satan's Phone:

@Stamper "Tempest!"
He called again, "Cerebus is coming soon. Heed my warning, you're a strong vicious guard dog, but he rough houses and doesn't understand limits. So... behave" he smirked.

Nyx just nodded and murmured a yes before ending the call and running to the closet he had said. "Please," she said desperately hoping nothing was in there.

"Holy shit!" She jumped out of the way, grabbed the broom, the pan, cloth, and a duster before pushing the body with her foot and closing the door. "How am I supposed to life this?" Nyx pulled her phone out selecting one of the boys numbers.

"Hey? Err there's a dead body in the closet wuth supplies, I am not lifting it, can one of you help me out please?" Nyx asked worry in her voice.

Boss's Men @LaDyGrEy

"Hello?" Dex was having drinks with Mark down at Vice on Ice bar. The music was loud and he held a finger to his ear as he tried to listen to the other end. Mark, with his persistent annoyance leaned in to hear as well, "Oh! and on the first day too..." he said, turning from Mark's straining ear. "Yeah, we'll be over and show you the whole corpse procedure. It's not so hard."

"It was the nautical sweetie, huh?" Mark asked with a devilish grin, "Already wants me around."

"Please, she practically ignored you." Dex scoffed, downing the rest of his drink, "She probably thinks you're a pervert, and I already
know you're a pervert."

"Well, I'm not a saint and neither are you. I'm hell bound because I can't keep it in my pants and you?" he asked. Dex ignored him, already irritated with the direction this conversation was headed. "What about you Dex? Come on, say it."

"Shut up, Mark." He growled, already heading for the exit. Mark was beside him.

"Come on, Dex. There's nothing wrong with being gay! At least not here in Hell."

They drove in silence as they headed for Satan's house, Dex fuming with resent. He hated the fact that he was here, torn from eternal bliss, because he got off by guys instead of girls. He deemed it unfair.

They reached the mansion gates keeping wary for the guard dog and rang the doorbell waiting for Nyx to answer.

Satan's Humble Abode: @StoneWolf18

"Alright, I'm bored!" he said. He had been lying in bed not 10 minutes. "I can't just sit here anymore. I did too much coke because I thought I'd be busy with some kind of work..." he told Tempest who had drifted into a light snooze by him.

"Whose around? Who to bother..." He was expecting Mara and Cerebus but sometimes they pulled a no show, he might call them again later to confirm. @aether He went through his contact list, sneering at some and raising an eyebrow to others. "Ah! Vedix and his charm is something I miss." he said, calling the number.

Sounding through the Underworld was the loudest half-roar, half-bark that any demon may ever hear. Mara could already foresee the demons' dreadful expressions (plus the tortured souls--their looks were priceless) when they were to reach Lucifer's home. A playful and joyful Cerberus pounced up and down and around her, barking at Mara while doing so. A short sigh escaped her. She never understood what Cerberus saw in her that wasn't in other demons. It would be a lie to say she never was curious about it.

As lively as ever, Mara thought as she stared at Cerberus. After a long time of expressing its happiness, the hell hound sat, its heads cocking to a side, as if asking, "Why aren't you happy as well?"

Mara understood its language, even though it had never relayed a message to her with the use of words. She looked off to the entrance. You know well enough why, she thought. Without another word, she motioned for Cerberus to follow her, and she went back inside Hell. Home sweet home.

Eventually, she reached Lucifer's household. Each of Cerberus' heads had a corpse in its snout--playtoys, she supposed.

Mara, who had been sitting on Cerberus' back the whole trip, directed the hell hound to approach Hell's gates. It seemed excited to meet the mansion's residents again. The hell hound stopped abruptly and growled lightly. Mara peeked at the right to see what it was about. Two males stood in front of the doorbell.

Mara patted Cerberus' back. It approached slowly.

"Oh." She muttered so softly that only she could possibly hear it. She knew them well, and often saw them around. Lucifer's aides. She didn't trust them, but Lucifer seemed to.

Mara stepped down, her wings assisting in giving her a soft landing. It growled. "Cerberus, hush," she spoke. It groaned and proceeded to chew on its toys. She walked towards the mansion gates. She could fly up, or try to open it from outside. But she didn't. She grabbed her cell phone once again and quickly sent a text before stashing it back into her boot, where it was safe with her left leg. She added an exclamation point in her message, too. To give life to the statements that she couldn't when talked to personally.

mara: we've arrived !

Nyx managed to make her way back to the gates and jumped at the dog, the dog, let her past and she opened the door. A broom in her hand she looked at the two boys with a happy smile. Pulling the hem of her maid's outfit down slightly, Nyx walked back to the cupboard where the bodies were laying. "So yeah, is it, like ok? To leave them about won't their be like maggots and flies?" And we'll all get sick? Right?" Nyx was very worried as she pushed the body with her foot, cringing at the sight.

"Mara and the dreadful Cerebus" Lucifer beamed, playfully grappling with the hell-hound. One head barked in excitement, dropping his corpse, "I'll take care of this one Nyx, Let my henchmen show you what to do with the others. Tempest is napping right now, Mara but let the fiery beast roam around a bit. IF he piddles I'll give him a good smack. How have things been for you? "

Boss's Men

The trio left to the closet where three terribly rotting corpses had been stuffed. There were already flies.

"Yeah those are ripe..." Mark said covering his nose.

"I'm sorry, sometimes the Boss forgets about them." Dex said grabbing a large black bag, " Help me, Mark."

Mark winked at Nyx and rolled the bodies into the bag, kicking them with his foot.

"Now all you do is throw this thing in the bag," Dex continued, grabbing a small pouch off the shelf of what looked like yellowed salt and poured it in, "Tie the bag and the bodies decomposes to dirt in minutes. Then the bag goes into the trash." He smiled

Mara watched as Lucifer's henchmen followed an unfamiliar female into the mansion. She must be new here, Mara thought. She proceeded inside his "humble abode", Cerberus tromping behind her. "He knows how to micurate on specific places." Like on plants, and on unsuspecting demons, she added in her mind. She glanced apathetically at the guard dog, Tempest, who was still sleeping. Cerberus pounced around the mansion, probably waiting for its playmate to wake up. Dull, she was to say, but "Satisfactory," she responded to Lucifer's question.

She watched as Cerberus desperately tried to wake Tempest up. A dog's got to sleep, Mara thought.

"How's your upcoming party?" She asked, her sight never leaving the hell hound.

Satan's Humble Abode:

"I have no clue, honestly." He said, startled by the fact. He checked his phone for any missed calls or text but found it quiet,

"Shit...SHIT!" He growled, "If this party goes awry I swear I'll turn this place into a real hell hole! I try to have fun because I want to, but this lack of communication is goddamn ridiculous!"

He went to the coat rack and put on a gentlmen's hat, nothing else, "I'm going to find out, will you come with me Mara? You can chain Cerebus or bring him."

Rei made her way to Satan's home, smirking. "I wonder if he'll remember me..." She muttered as she knocked on the door.

Satan's Humble Abode: @NightCasterZ

As Lucifer was ready to head out, he was just waiting on Mara, he heard another knock at the door. Cerebus's head tilted, ears perked, with an alert poise.

"Well I'm popular today." He stated sarcastically as he went to answer the door, "Better be that party coordinator or I'll be damn sure I-"

He stopped in mid sentence as he looked down at the young girl standing alone on his doorstep. He stared at her for a couple seconds, unsure what to do.

"If your here for the rave, Dear, you're a bit early..."

Nyx just gagged as she quickly turned around as they did so. "You expect me to do that? I thought I'd jut be dusting or sweeping like they do in the movies, " she rolled her eyes before nodding at Satan and watching then managed to watch the boys.

"Ok," was all she said, grabbing the bag from the closet, putting in the stuff they used and then extra useful items. "What if I'm not strong enough? I mean yes I can swim and all that but seriously? Do I not have like magic cause I'm down here? I have this tiny horns?" Nyx was asking with an annoyed look as she watched the boys work, smiling at Mark as he winked at her.

"God it's disgusting why wasn't I in heaven I didn't do anything wrong, I was a good girl," she whined slightly under her breath hoping the Demons didn't hear; knowing her they probably did.

Boss's Men:

"Have you tried your strength?" Dex asked as he helped her tie up the bulky bag, "You still need to practice the witchcraft to have magick here, but there are other natural benefits you get here in hell. Your strength is improved, your reflects should be too, and did you notice there's no odor from these bodies? Our senses are adapted here as well. I mean, the polluted air of cooking bodies would shrivel our lungs every time we'd go out around a public burning pit."

"The horns are almost like a branding. Certified Hell occupant." Mark added. "But if you were such a... good girl," he said in an aroused tone that made Dex shake his head dissaprovingly, "Why do you think you're here, Sweetheart?"

"God, Mark. Why are you endlessly interested in others damnation." Dex grumbled as he leaned against the wall crossing his arms. Mark didn't answer, instead he waiting for Nyx to.

Nyx shrugged, public burning put, she decided to ignore it and carry on. "No I haven't tried my strength, nor have I had a chance to test my reflexes, ok, remind me I need to start magic lessons, please tell me Hogwarts is real!" She smiled and laughed before listening to Mark who was talking about why she was down here.

"I don't know how I died either, I was swimming then...black; I don't know what I could have done? I'm 17, Virgin, straight, I skipped class a fee times but that was only to go and swim, I didn't cheat in the swimming gala's or tournaments but people didn't like me because I was well...good at it, I had friends and family? A sudden death happened, my dad, suddenly just died in a car crash in the way to pick me up from my training? I don't know!" Nyx recited these things without a care in the world, she was so confused, did he die because of her? Her personal trainer was a nice woman, gave her, her drink when she was thirsty cared for her that her mother never really did. No drugs she was a good girl, just skipped some classes to swim. At night she might sneak out to party but doesn't every teenager?

"Anyway, what about you 2?" She asked moving the subject from herself to them.

NightCasterZ said:
"I heard I can find Satan here..."
He smirked, hearing this. "The one and only." he said, placing his hand flat upon his chest. "But seriously, what do you need, Hun? I have things to do and people to burn and it's best that I get on it asap."

Mara simply nodded. It was an honor for her to accompany him, though she might never tell. As Lucifer went ahead, she whistled for Cerberus' attention. She heard a loud bark in response. The hell hound was sniffing around Tempest impatiently. The bodies which were once in its bites now laid ragged and messy at a side. "Be good while we're gone," she said.

Mara raised her palm in front of Cerberus. It paced away, knowing what would come next. A dark violet glow emnated from Mara's hand. "Bind."

Pieces of chains appeared around the hell hound, who let out a short whine. It was as if it was saying, "Not again!" Mara would feel sorry if she normally did. "I'll return," she said, but it didn't seem to comfort Cerberus. In a few moments, strong and shiny golden chain collars--one for each head--materialized. So did a short, enchanted black pole that served as a sort of anchor that allowed the hell hound to reach a few meters away from it. Cerberus simply sat beside the sleeping Tempest in defeat.

Mara proceeded to the front door, where Lucifer was. From behind, she could hear the exchange of words between the prince of Hell and who seemed to be a little girl. Mara sighed and floated around to waste time while the conversation went on.
