hmmmmmm i think it's just like. if you Want to take a character with a certain role or w/e, then it'd probably be ideal to talk to merci/us about where they would fit into the whole larger plot? which would mostly be like.......... relations between other existing characters/npcs, i would think. like i dont think we could realistically plan out EVERY LITTLE THING since this is such a huge world, y'know? or if there is something important being left out, we could probably help you with ideas. we were just talking about it since u mentioned the "good spots" and figured that would be something you wanted to do. 0 pressure for you to do anything. its just an option if you have any ideas about your potential character or otherwise. does that help/make sense? tb100%h im a little confused myself so LOL

I'm currently thinking of either an asocial mage who's maaaybe has a minor seat in the high court or a somewhat magnificent bastard-ish demon.

There doesn't seem to be many demons yet, so I might go with the latter

hmmmmm chinhands thinking emoji. i personally never really recommend asocial characters because theyre hard to get involved with ;A; but maybe being in the high court could be a remedy to that hmmmmmm, if ur up for getting a little political. if ur in the high court we could probably work with something w my guy that's also in the high court!

but lol bastard-ish? im guessing u dont mean the literal definition of bastard by saying that. you could maybe do that! but i would stick with my recommendation of having any other species have a reason to be in the human realm since thats where most of the plotting is going to be done. not that they Cant be in the human realm or they need some super special reason/u cant come up with a personal mini-plot to have happen in one of the other realms, but thats probably why the cast of characters might seem a little less diverse

Are there any distinguishing features for the Prince? Like, maybe a birthmark or strange coloring? Just wondering. I'll probably make characters later.

For the part that Pine mentioned (character participation), otherworldly creatures could always be workers on Earth (devil’s advocate anyone?) for example or members of the embassy or something. You can pretty much go ham in this aspect.

You can pretty much go ham with his CS. Only thing I might influence is the biography. Like plot-based the crown prince never wanted the crown, hence he ran away (from responsibilities). We will have to work this out with animegirl20 . So if you REALLY (certainly, permanently) want the prince role please let me know. I’ll write you both a pm then.
