no, humans most definitely do. They just don't really know about everything. There's a lot of Deep Dark Mysteries relating to their attendance that'll (hopefully if this doesn't die) get revealed as we go

No. Witches are the offspring if a human and a supernatural creatures. They aren't exactly human, although they appear it for all intents and purposes
