I highly doubt Amber would care if the NPCs get hurt my your character as long as they don't die and they aren't on his team.

True , as long as your character doesn't constantly target him when he is jumping of his broom then Amber won't send anyone after him. His battle plan : Seduce and cause confusion, if annoyed make sure the person who is annoying is stopped.

If your jumping off your broom he will likely target you and it will be very painful especially if your making all kinds of plays against his team. He's a bludger, it's his job. And if he feels annoyed his revenge can be really elaborate even off the quittich field
