Ravenhurst University of Magic was founded by Dean Amelia C. Ravenhurst and is located in Germany, in the centre of Europe. This year will be the year of its opening and a select group of talented young students will be invited to join the ranks of the first alumni.

Ravenhurst University needs the best of the best and that includes its professors. In short, Ravenhurst needs you!

Students can hail from anywhere in the world and come from a variety of schools, from Hogwarts to Beauxbatons and everywhere in between.

Ravenhurst In General

Ravenhurst has it's own quidditch and quadpot teams, competing against other teams around the local area twice a year in summer and in winter. It is noted that for students coming from hot countries, warm clothing is advisable as European weather is unpredictable at times.


Ravenhurst's suit of arms is a shield with a castle turret over a purple and white background.


Dormitories are in the East and West Wing towers of the castle. Boys are in the East Wing while girls are in the West Wing. There are four per dormitory room. Teachers may live in castle quarters or in the village accommodation nearby as it is a wizarding village. Students and professors are reminded that one cannot apparate around the borders of Ravenhurst for security reasons.
