"Lafayette was hit by a car?!" She replied, raising her voice a little. "Is Peggy okay?!"

Hospital. Peggy replied before breaking down into tears again. MJ had to be okay. Peggy couldn't live with herself if he died.

Eliza stepped back. Peggy hated her. Her baby sister hated her. You could practically see the heartbreak on her face.  She ran from the hospital and just kept running. She didn't know where she was going, she just wanted to be away from everyone.

"I don't want her help!" Peggy snapped. "It's always about her. She's always the center of attention. Every time she visited me when I was here it was because she wanted help, not because she wanted to see me!"

Eliza ignored him and just sprinted until she didn't know where she was. She sat on the side of the road and sobbed into her hands.

Alexander eventually caught up and gasped for air, sitting next to her. He wrapped an arm around her shoulders. "Eliza, come on now. Peggy's obviously stressed. She didn't mean what she said."
