Realistic or Modern Haenghada High (CLOSED)

Everything that happened was overwhelming for G. The ambulance ride they put Yuri on oxygen and gave her an IV. When they got to the hospital they scanned her chest, cleaned her up, and told her that she couldn't talk. She started to cry and freak out and they had to drug her even more than the pain meds they were giving her! He couldn't feel more worthless than he did as he sat awkwardly next to her.

"Stop it, you know they want to see you. They don't care that you can't talk, and they don't care what you look like. You look gorgeous every minute of every day, though." He reached out and held her hand as he looked at her covering herself up. "Yuri..." He couldn't help but sigh. "Babe. You can come stay with me in the hotel when you get out, I don't want you back there without me." Especially since she was going to have to be on a xanax or that ativan stuff to keep her from being her hyper self.

"Did that idiot actually set the fucking place on fire?!" Yubin yelled as they ran, her feet struggling to keep up with Hyunn as they moved through the people on the sidewalk. Once at the hospital, the guard tried to stop them and Hyunn began arguing with him. Yubin went to step in but it was obvious that the poor dude was terrified of Hyunn and he quickly took them back to the others where she instantly let go of Hyunn and moved to sit by Rosee as the Choi left the room.

Yubin felt like total shit. She was the one that turned off their phones... But how in the hell was she supposed to know something like this was going on! Every single time that her phone went off like that in the past few days was because of gossip! "Guy's I'm so sorry... I turned off my phone and made Hyunn too. I was just trying to avoid the drama... fuck." She sighed and hung her head, resting it on her hands as her elbows rested on her knees. Even fucking Fei was here and Yubin was the reason Hyunn couldn't be here when his sister and best friend were in the hospital.

Finally she reached into her pocket and turned on the phone which almost instantly froze from all of the phone calls. Most were from Jin or Rosee. "Shit..." Yubin looked over at Jin, "Go back and see her and tell G to fucking leave so Hyunn can go back too. Then when you're done I'll go see Minho with you... if that's okay?"

The nurse said only two people and G was already back with Yuri and honestly he felt like he should let Hyunn go back first but he couldn't help himself, plus not to be a dick or anything but Jin was the one that pulled her out of the house. Twice.

Jin stood and started to walk out of the room when Hyunn and Yubin spoke up, a part of him was pissed at Yubin's confession but another part felt bad for being pissed, it was obvious all the attention was getting to the group, especially if miss popular was getting annoyed already. But to turn of her phone like that? "Uh yeah, that's fine. And Hyunn I'll send G out quickly. He doesn't get to do this." G's comment back at the house was still annoying Jin to the point of wanting to hit the cocky fucker, and Jin hated confrontation.

He moved back to the hospital room until he found Yuri's, she had her blankets pulled over her and G was sitting beside her. It sent a shiver through his body, it was awful seeing her here at all and having G here just made it worse.

"Hey Yuri..." Jin took a seat in one of the chairs against the wall and folded his hands in his lap before looking up at G with a hard face. "G could you go sit in the waiting room for a little while? So the others could also come see Yuri. So we don't have to do one at a time. I'm sure her two best friends that have been waiting out there would really appreciate it. Considering we never got any updates... Thanks for that by the way." His eyes were mean. Hyunn hadn't been waiting long but G didn't need to know that. G had been back here the whole time and didn't think once to send anyone a text with an update, despite all the questions Fei had been sending.

Rosee gave Yubin a weak smile as she sat beside her, still holding Hoya before finally pulling back and putting her hand on Yubin's back as she apologized, "Yubin it's okay! We just wanted you guys to know what was happening. I understand." She really did, hell she freaked out today for the same reason Yubin turned her phone off. Maybe they should all just get those pay as you go phones for texting only. That would be a good idea...

"Yeah..." Rosee stood and hovered for a moment, wanting to give Choi a few moments alone with Minho before she finally followed in and found the room.

"Hey there! Oh is it just your hands? That's good! Well not good. But it's better than your face or something! Your hands would suck if you were like a manual worker or something but - I'm rambling. Trying to make you feel better. I'm bad at it." She smiled sheepishly and rubbed at the back of her neck. "Anyways, you guys talk. I just wanted to check in. I think I'm better suited for keeping the waiting room calm." Rosee gave Minho a gentle hug before backing out of the room and heading back to the waiting room and smiling at everyone. "Let's give them a minute, I felt tension. Yubin just wait for Jin and then go back."

Rosee gave a quick nod and sat down between Hoya and Yubin again, tossing and arm around the both of them.

Minho couldn't help but laugh at Choi as she tried to make him feel better with her small jokes, it hurt a little but nothing a few sips of water wouldn't fix. He sat up a little better in his bed and leaned forward a little bit, searching over her face before reaching out and pulling her down next to him, wrapping his arm around her. "Just give me a few seconds okay, while no one is here to take pictures or hate us, you. Because there is only one girl that I want worrying about be. And only one girl I'm very worried about right now." Minho swallowed hard as his face flushed to the heat of the fire all over again and he used his other bandaged hand to run over her hair.

"Well, I mean I'm really worried about Yuri too. But thats besides the point." Minho coughed a little as he started to back pedal. Last night he was confused. But today? When everything was happening with the fire. He could only think about helping one person, the reason he was trying to act all hero. The way that she reacted to him on the lawn. All of it. It was because he liked Choi. Like more than a friend.

"Listen, why didn't you pull away in the backyard?"

Yuri couldn't help  but whine quietly underneath the blanket when she heard Jin's voice. How was she supposed to face him? She was the reason he ended up going back in the house again. He could have gotten killed just because she wanted to get her phone to call 911! All she felt was guilt, sadness, and embarrassment at this point. Though what he had to say to G made her smile slightly. "J-Jin-" Instantly she started to cough, regretting the fact that she tried to speak. She was just so used to talking! Quickly she shot up and took a small drink of water, making a pained face as she swallowed the water. It felt like needles and knives against her rough throat.

Setting down the water she sighed and laid back, picking up the white board and pen before scribbling on it, showing Jin when she was done with it. Are you okay? I can't apologize enough. How's Minho? Choi? Her face was covered in worry as she looked up at him with tears in her eyes.

Choi felt her face light up a bright red as Minho pulled her down next to him, her heart quickly racing as she laid there next to him. Her arms tucking around his waist to hug him to her as she listened to him talk. At this point she was pretty sure her face was going to light on fire. "W-Well whatever you've done to me worked, because I was worried about you. Really worried." She was glad her face was buried in his chest and not looking at him. If she was looking at him she was sure she'd try to make some stupid joke, or try to change the subject or something. But the way they were? Her next to him, him stroking her her, her arms around him...It almost felt like a dream.

When he brought up the backyard she started to bite at her lip nervously. "I don't know. Because I like you?" At this point she buried her face deeper in his chest in attempts to hide. She didn't want to talk about this, she wasn't going to end up heartbroken. That's how this would end up, right? Kyo would throw a fit, his stupid fan girls would throw a fit. Why was he bringing this up now? "Why does it matter? You know as well as I do if we try anything we'll just get yelled at by Kyo, or get in trouble or something." Slowly she pulled her face away from his chest and took a moment to look up at him. "Shouldn't you be resting?" And not mulling over their entire relationship?

From the moment Jin walked into the room G felt instant tension and hostility. He instantly felt bad that he was still back here and that he didn't keep the others updated. He really didn't even think about it. "U-Uh, yeah, sure." He stood up and leaned down to Yuri to plant a kiss on her cheek. "I'll send in Hyuun, okay?" He smoother over her short brown hair before he took his leave from the room and walked to the waiting room. He eyed a depressed looking Yubin, worried looking others, and an angry Hyuun. "Oi, Hyuun, go see our girl." He gave him a pat on the shoulder before he sat next to Yubin. "You uh, you okay?" He rubbed the back of his neck slowly. He wasn't the best at comforting people. Okay lets face it, he was awful at comforting people. But the least he could do was make an attempt.

Lord knows trying to comfort Yuri was a complete and utter failure.

Hoya cocked a brow at Rosee as she walked out of the room. "'Tension'? What kind of tension could have been in there? They're friends, there should be no reason to be tense." Hoya was literally dumb when it came to people liking each other. You could place an obvious couple in front of him and he wouldn't even know it. Like Yuri and Jin, or Choi and Minho, hell even him and Rosee. His eyes looked over at G as he came out and he couldn't help but smirk. He was in for it. Either Hyuun or Jin were going to punch him at some point and he couldn't wipe the smirk off of his face. If anyone was more hated than Hoya it would be G.

"So uh, Minho looked like he was okay?" Hoya wasn't close enough to either one of them to really be one of the first ones to go see them, but it wasn't like he wasn't worried. He wanted to be kept updated on their conditions, and he wanted to know how they looked. Plus he didn't even know how to face them, being that it was his fault this happened. "Do they need me to run and go get them anything?" Considering he was the reason they were in there Hoya was going to have to work hard to earn their forgiveness.

When Rosee came back so soon Hyuun raised a brow. "Yeah, what kind of tension?" Choi and Minho were just friends, right? Did he have any reason to be a worried brother and breath down Minho's neck? Ask him what his intentions were with his sister? Not that Minho was a bad guy, but he did have a womanizing reputation that he didn't really want involved with his sister.

He didn't have much time to mull it over. G walked into the room and Hyuun ran out and into Yuri's room. "Yuri." He sighed and walked over to her, hugging her tightly. "Goddamn, this is why I can't leave you. You get yourself into too much shit." He pulled away and looked her over. She didn't look too bad, but the IV in her arm looked like it was attached to a couple different bags. Being the doctoral son that he was he looked at the bags and read the medication. "Ativan, saline, hydrocodone, jesus Yuri. This is a nice cocktail you've got going on." His eyes looked back at her and noticed the plaid notebook. "You managed to pull this out of the wreckage?" He picked up the book and glanced down at her curiously. "Was this the thing you went back for?" If it was he was going to punch her.

"They're all fine, and Choi is with Minho right now. Rosee went to see him as well. Everyone else is in the waiting room." Jin smiled at Yuri, not paying much attention to G as he left the room. All of his attention was on her, trying to keep up a cheery disposition as he watched her eyes well up with tears, "Hey now, it's okay. We'll all be okay. Some of us will just take a little longer and that's fine!"

Jin looked up at Hyunn entered and he peaked an eyebrow when he ran off the list of medicine, "Wait ativan? Yuri exactly how hard did you fight the doctors? About as much as you fought the paramedic?" The thought made Jin smirk a little, at the time he wasn't too happy but now that she was in a safe place it was actually pretty comical. Yuri was usually so mild and kind hearted.  However when Hyunn called attention to the notebook, his smile fell. Jin could kind of understand, writing was hard work and that book held a lot of emotion for Yuri, but that was no excuse. Though he was pretty sure that it was mostly for the phone. "You went back for the phone didn't you?" Jin said suddenly as he looked over her face for any sign of an answer. "I know I asked you to call but you could have asked the neighbors, or just waited! Nothing was worth putting yourself in that danger for."

Jin shifted in his chair and put a hand over his mouth as he coughed a few times, before cringing in pain and taking a sip of the water in his hand. He was talking way too much.

Yubin pulled her knees up to her chest and wrapped her arms around them, resting her cheek against her knees as she looked over at G. "Yeah, I'm okay, I'm just an idiot. No big deal."  The whole situation was still kind of shocking to her, like how did this actually happen? Why did it have to happen? Yubin still didn't even know how bad the damage was, where they were going to go tonight, or for however long... If they could get their things or if the house was completely blocked off. "I'm more or less in shock I guess. Hyunn and I were out shopping when it all happened... Was Yuri okay?" She was the only one she hadn't heard about and while Yubin wanted to see her badly, everyone here deserved to see her more. Yubin had spent all of last night being angry with the girl only to realize how stupid it was once she realized the danger they were in during the fire...

Next to her Rosee was flopping an arm over her shoulders and causing Yubin to sit up a little straighter and lean her head on Rosee, that girl was like the mom of the group. And while at first Yubin found them all utterly annoying, after this short two weeks they were all like her family. Maybe not Jin... But the rest of them. "So how bad was it? Like where do we go when we leave her and what not?" Her eyes darted to Fei for a moment who was on her phone arguing with someone. Sounded like it was about a hotel maybe? She wasn't quite sure and it was too hard to hear her over in the corner.

---

Fei was getting more and more annoyed as she called around to hotels in the area, but it was a weekend in Seoul. During buckwheat flower season. The only hotel with a vacancy that was decent enough for the students was The Plaza and only the one suite was available. The Royal Plaza suite. Which whatever, but the school would never pay knowing that both boys and girls were in the same room. So what did Fei do? She just paid. On her own card. She even bought a day at the spa in the hotel for the girls, the boys were G's problem. Though that only meant G was paying, not that he could decide not to. "G." Fei sighed and handed him the phone after setting up the reservations for a dinner and the boys spa, "Card info. Give it."

Minho silently held her for a few minutes, giving her a tight squeeze before loosening his hold and moving a hand under her chin, looking down at her with a gentle smile and running his thumb along her jaw. He didn't really know when or how it happened but all that supposedly harmless flirting turned into a lot more, at least for him. But she said she liked him too right? "Then I wait. I hide it. We talk to Kyo. I ignore the insane fans. Any of it." His eyes moved to the door for a moment, he should be getting let out at any time, they had already given his clothes back and taken off the oxygen. "But right now, it's just us."

"Would you pull away now?" Minho ran a finger along her bottom lip and pressed his forehead against hers. A small smile spreading across his lips as he watched her reaction. The hospital was out of his mind completely, obviously because when a knock came to his door he jumped back from her and wrapped his arm around her shoulder again as the door opened.

A nurse handed him discharge papers and quickly scrambled away with a bright red face. "I think we made her nervous. But it looks like we have to leave and go back to all of the crazy. So, I'll ask you. How do we go about this... I'll do whatever you want."

"Yes yes, tension. Choi was yelling at Minho for trying to put out the fire." Liar. Rosee scolded herself silently but it wasn't anyone's business, hell if Rosee didn't have word vomit she wouldn't have said anything. But she did, and so be it. Beside her she could hear G talking to Yubin and her eyes rolled on their own, she couldn't help it. For some reason everything the guy said rubbed her the wrong way.

"Oh, well earlier they said no way for today. There was a lot of small fires and the kitchen is destroyed... they were going to go through and collect everything that could be salvaged from the ash and smoke and give it to Fei and G tomorrow. And let us figure it out from there. But they said it could be a few days before the school can get everything repaired." Suddenly Rosee had an idea, turning to Hoya with bright eyes. "Hoya! There's something we can do!" Rosee leaned over and put her hand up to his ear to whisper.

Rosee came up with the idea that they could go shopping, get everyone some pillows and blankets, pajamas and cell charges and just basic things. Hoya always tossed money around like it was nothing, and they could get cheap stuff anyways and some outlet.

At the mention of Ativan she scowled slightly at Hyuun and gave him a not so nice look, a look that told him to stop prying. Especially at the mention of the notebook. Her face even flushed when Jin asked her how hard of fight she put up. A little more than she liked to admit. Their main concern was her crying and yelling, it would hurt her voice further and they and to calm her down somehow.

When Jin started to interrogate her about the reason she went back in she instantly started to bite her lip and erased her whiteboard. She started to write something on the board only to stop when he started to cough. Quickly she tried to stand up and go to him only to feel the tug on the IV, yelping quietly in pain as she sat back down to rub her arm. Slowly she wrote on the board before she turned it around to show him. You okay? Please calm down. I'm sorry. You told me to call and I didn't want to let you down. Forgive me? Yuri knew she was cute, so why not use it to her advantage? She looked at him with big puppy dog eyes and gave a small, pathetic cough before giving him a small pout. If this didn't work she didn't know what would.

Choi felt her cold heart well up in her chest when his hand moved to her chin. What was this boy doing to her? He was a whole hell of a lot smoother than she'd like to admit. Usually she hated people and refused to let them in, yet here she was completely at his mercy. When did all of their flirting turn into this? "You sound like it's easy..." She muttered quietly, her brown eyes watching as he moved his finger to her lip. Could her face get even more red at this point? She couldn't pull away even if she wanted to, it was like she was completely frozen in place. The finger across her lip, the forehead to hers, the look in his gorgeous eyes, and the smile on his perfect face. It was all too much for her to handle.

When the nurse came in she finally let the breath she had been holding out, giving a small laugh when she left. "How do we go about this? Well, I'm a kind of high maintenance, and I'm very difficult girl to please. You're going to learn how to satisfy me and keep it a secret from everyone." Quickly she sat up and stretched out. "Get dressed and lets go deal with the crazy." She slipped out of bed and gave a small stretch. "Oh. Before I go." She turned to him and held his face between her hands, her lips crashing down on his for a long passionate few seconds. Quickly she pulled away and shot him a small wink. "That's for all the teasing you've done to me. Now, get dressed and let's go deal with everyone." With that said and done she jumped up and walked out into the hallway, her heart beating loudly in her ears. So they were together now...should she had done that?

The air in the room was tense between Yuri and Jin, especially as she started pouting. Hyuun found himself coughing into his hand to clear his throat. "Well. I'll just uh, take my leave here and give you two some space." He bowed his head as he walked to Jin and pat him on the shoulder. "Good luck, she usually wins at these things." He smirked down at him before he walked out and headed to the waiting room, stopping when he noticed Choi. "Oi." He quickly pulled her into a tight hug and squeezed her even tighter. "I deserve every punch you're about to give me. I'm sorry. Really. Are you okay?" He looked down at her and looked her over. "There's ash in your hair." He silently scolded her and let her go, picking the ash out of her hair with a sigh. "You and Yuri. Really. I can't leave you alone even for a couple hours."

He tossed his arm around her shoulder and escorted her into the waiting room. "Yuri's fine, by the way. She can't talk but she's drugged to hell and has Jin, so. And what's this with you and Minho? Are you mad at him about something?" He glanced down at her curiously, like she owed him an explanation.

"Yuri's drugged. Recovering. I actually have to go sign some dismissal forms for her so she can go home with you guys." He looked over at Fei as she handed him the phone, his brows perking up as he yanked out his wallet. "Sure." He stood and shot Fei a curious look as he read off his card information to the guy over the phone. " A suite, and spa? Sounds like a good idea. I'm assuming the school doesn't need to know about the one hotel room thing?" He smirked and handed Fei back her phone. "I'm going to go do the discharge thing." He gave them a small wave before taking off.

--

Rosee's idea was gold. Like pure gold. Hoya jumped from his seat and clapped his hands together. "Let's go. Yubin, you can come too. I'm not picking anything out for you, I'm sure I'd just pick out something you wouldn't like anyway." He looked over at Fei. "Oi. Text me with our hotel info. We're going to go out and buy some things. Don't worry, our phones will be on." Since Yuri and Minho were going to be okay he figured it was okay to go out and get some of the things they needed.

Everything they bought Hoya had one of his friends, family? Who knows... it was a little fuzzy who they were. Anyways, they would magically appear and take the bags back to the hotel so they didn't get weighed down. They bought pajamas, both shorts and pants, some hoodies and blankets. They even bought a game console for all the games that Hyunn and Yubin had returned with. Then Rosee remembered the dinner and spa, they had to be in decent clothing for the dinner. The resort had a dress code... so she picked out pretty simple things for everyone. Sleek red dress for Choi. Cute cocktail dress in royal blue for Yuri. A tight strapless black one for Yubin and another cocktail dress for Rosee but in yellow. The boys? Suits.

"Well we're done, wanna head there finally?" Rosee held the last bags in her hands as she looked up at Hoya. She hoped it would brighten everyone's day at least a tiny bit. They had learned that Yuri and Minho were allowed to leave the hospital and were headed to the hotel a little while ago.

Yubin had been counting the seconds until they were on that trip away from the house but now, in this hotel? That countdown stopped. The place was amazing!!! It was damn near as big as their house if it was one story and not three. It had one bedroom with a king sized bed, a giant bathroom, another half bath, a kitchen/ formal dining room and a lounge area with two couches and plush chairs.

It had been decided that three of the girls would share the king and another would use the only cot the hotel could provide. The boys were in the lounge.

Yubin in was sitting on one of the plush couches and flicking mindlessly through channels as bag after bag was being delivered by bell hops to the door. What in the heck were Rosee and Hoya buying?! When the game system arrived, Yubin set it up and set all of the new games near it before propping into the couch again and sighing. She still felt like total shit about turning her phone off.

Once Yuri was discharged Jin helped her walk out to the waiting room but unfortunately he had to quickly hand her off to G and move to hold Choi's hand as they left the hospital. So many people were waiting with cameras and notepads... it was so irritating.  But there was nothing they could do about it for now. Well ever maybe... Kyo was just their manager as aspiring idols, what would their actual managers be like? If they even got one...

Jin had helped them all get situated once inside, moving he cot into the room and answering the door every time that it rang. However it was quickly starting to catch up with his lungs. Jin was starting to cough all the time and his throat was burning. "Oh hell." He wheezed as he opened the sleek fridge and downed a bottle of the expensive water.

Sure they could have called a cab and carried all the bags back themselves, but that sounded troublesome and Hoya was emotionally exhausted from the days events. So he called a couple guys to deliver the bags to the house and had one of his dads cars delivered. Shopping was more tiring than he thought it would be though, he was ready for the nap by the time they left the last store. The sun was going down though, and they had been up since the crack of dawn thanks to him. It's no wonder he was tired.

"Yeah I'm ready. Fei sent over the hotel information, so I'll drive us there." With that said he held open the door for Rosee before he hopped in the front of the 2017 Maserati GranTurismo convertible. One of his dad's new toys that he bought, used once, then gave the keys to Hoya. The sleek black car made its way to the hotel and stopped in front of the door. Two of the guys held open each door and Hoya tossed one of them the keys to the car. "Take it back home. I'll call you if I need it again." The men were body guard looking type guys, all black suits, slicked black hair and black sunglasses. Very intimidating looking guys if they weren't used to them.

"Right. Let's go up to the room." Hoya awkwardly rubbed the back of his neck. He didn't really like to call his guards, but today made for a few exceptions.

Yuri was busy napping on one of the other plush couches, the drugs in her system making her sleepy. She was given a couple liquid medications to keep her calm and pain free, each of which she hated. It had been what, 12 hours since the fire? Already she was sick of being quiet.

The constant knocking ringing of the doorbell finally woke her up and forced her to let out a long yawn. "Mm..." She quickly caught herself from saying 'morning' over to Yubin. Instead she gave a small wave before rubbing her eyes. Big brown eyes watched as Yubin hooked up the system, a small wince passing her lips as her chest started to burn. She could tell Yubin felt bad about the whole phone being off situation and she wished she could be of some comfort to her. Somehow she felt like she'd make things worse so she stood up and wandered to the kitchen.

Once there she gave a small smile at Jin before she realized he was chugging water. Quickly she pulled out the white board and wrote on it, showing him after. You okay? Worry was written all over her face. It was her fault he was hurting. He would have been fine if he didn't go back in for her.

Choi was standing outside on the balcony of the large hotel suite talking on her phone to her parents. "Yes mom we're fine. Hyuun's fine and so is Yuri." Should she have told her that they weren't one hundred percent? Maybe. But why worry them? There was no reason to. Might as well let her think they were okay. Hopefully their father didn't hear anything from the hospital. He was on vacation, right? Who knew.

"They're napping. The whole experience was exhausting. Yes, yes. I'll tell them to get a hold of you later. Love you too. Buh-bye." Click. God lying to her mom sucked, but knowing her she'd end up coming over and doting on all of them. That was the last thing anyone wanted or needed. With a long sigh she walked back inside and went to the kitchen. "Excuse me kids." She reached into the fridge and grabbed a couple waters, tossing one to Yuri. "Drink. Jin listens, you don't." She shot her a quick serious glance before leaving the room and making her way to Minho, tossing a water at him. "Here. Drink up."
