SO. I found one code that a user named Uxie created. I modified the colors and some info to be a touch more user friendly? They're both mobile friendly. One has more code than the other, so you may have to scroll to find the correct places to put your info in. These codes are absolutely BEAUTIFUL and well done. Good Job Uxie

She'd have to have a good reason to search him up in the first place, meeting a weirdo on the street is one thing in a city like NeoGen, knowing you'll have to be dealing with someone of questionable background for months on end? Then she'll start digging.
However, due to her general want to stay unnoticed, she's never really tested the waters of legitimately diving into private government files, so everyone's safe from her knowing everything, however public record like newspapers, sex offender lists, school files of grown ass adults... Those are fair game.
So unless they've have had prior contact, for a relatively good amount of time, and he's given her reason to suspect him of shady shit? I'm gonna have to say no.
Now, my own question, would Jun and Morgan know one another? At least in passing?
