Ephie kicked her feet up on the opposite seats, between Morgan and Ghoul. She sat with her straps unbuckled, hands behind her head as if relaxing on a cozy passenger train rather than a military aircraft thousands of feet above the earth.
“Glad to know someone will live to remember us, then,” she sighed wistfully, gaze sliding off into the distance.
The other chopper was veering north-east, and after a moment her own blackhawk sped up to follow it, making Ephie lurch in her seat. Her legs dropped to the floor of the aircraft to brace herself, her smirk flickering somewhat in annoyance. It wasn't gone long though, and with its return so too did her feet jump back into the space between Morgan and Ghoul.
"On second thought, let's stay positive! No one's dying today, right ladies? Well, no good guys anyway." Her smirk widened into a sneer. "We're in one of God's little gardens, after all."
"Does your... Helmet protect against anthrax? Or radiation?" He asked curiously, voice a little nervous still.
"It doesn't have to, because there won't be any nukes going off, or any anthrax getting released." She patted him on the shoulder.
"Besides, I can outrun it." She chuckled.
