Yis Jeff’s a character from earthbound one of the main cast actually. Once you have access to the heavy bazooka and multi bottle rockets you don’t need Jeff’s normal weapons anymore. I use them to keep his stats up of course. The sweet thing about the bazooka is you can use it as his primary weapon through the rest of earthbound.

However, it’s found as the broken bazooka in a trash can in the sewers of Fourside. You need Jeff’s IQ to be at 45 for him to fix the bazooka but it’s sooo worth it.

The heavy bazooka is in the same sewers as the dungeon boss it’s not missable as it’s in one of the rooms. You can’t beat the game without beating said boss cuz you need one of the eight melodies.

As for the Sword of Kings yeah it’s missable cuz only one enemy drops it but it’s exclusive to your last party member.
