Here are a few rules for OOCC (They're similar to the RP rules):
Don't be a jerk. Nobody likes jerks.
Respect one another and each other's opinions (Even if you happen to disagree)
Use proper grammar and punctuation.
Keep it clean. Don't be sexual, and try to keep vulgar language to a minimum.
